If you’re looking for good food, this isn’t the place. The wings taste like they’re a day old. To be honest it’s shameful to even ask for money for those. The burger is manufactured and gross as well. The service was terrible too. I think we had one of the most ridiculous waitress. I don’t think she even knew her name. So out to lunch. Terrible. We will not be returning ever!

First visit. Came away with a 70/30 opinion. Finding parking is a challenge, mind you it was Saturday at 1 pm. Cool ambiance, classic Irish style pub. Still smells new. Server was great, prompt delivery of drinks.
Took a tad long for the food to arrive, and the reuben I ordered was absolutely horrendous. The grease was overwhelming, and the meat was tough shoe leather. Throw in the amount of fat on the corned beef, and you had the making for one of the worst sandwiches I have ever eaten.
Questionable return.

Everything was great. We ordered beer and cooler. Nacho for appetizer and burgers with soup for dinner. I can only say cheese on the nacho was very little. It was a good experience.

Im celiac, and they even have a separate fryer for us! Food was great, excellent nachos, too Just confirm with your server before ordering if celiac.

Our friends recommended to give it a try for lunch. Establishment was not quite busy. However, service was slow and inadequately timed, friendly and polite. Our food came out only after an inpatient request to "calm" the children. Definitely had sat under a warming lamp until the sauces had a skin on top prior to serving. Food was meh. Our drinks were good enough.

Other than a subpar visit. Seems like a neat enough spot. May give it a second chance.

Great food, great atmosphere, and tons of beer and scotch. Perfect combination. The staff are the best, friendly, polite and quick. 10 years of amazing service. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

Food was great, had the fish and chips. Can't go wrong with $5 pints on a Sunday! Went with the fam, all enjoyed.

But the service I got was great friendly staff.

Excellent Baja fish tacos and a good selection of drafts. We were also able to find a booth away from the TV sound and enjoy a good conversation.
Returned with the wife recently and enjoyed the shepherd's pie and one of my new favorite beers, Village Blacksmith. She loves the maple salmon and greens.

My favorite pub. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Quick, efficient service. Place I can relax for an hour and forget my daily troubles.

Most of the food I like. It can get pretty busy in here and they could up the amount of staff they have to cope. Oh and the rubin sandwich is very lack luster.

Make sure you call ahead to confirm they will let the public in. We just went to go for dinner (all the way feom Citadel in NW) and we're asked to leave because they "are closed for an Elvis night". There was nothing posted on the website and when we checked to confirm hours before we left it said open today until 2am. Never have I gone to a pub and been asked to leave for a function that wasn't posted on their website or mentioned in the business hours for the day.

Excellent service. The nachos were a little overdone and hard to take apart. Beer was delicious and cold.

My parents came to watch Elvis last week and had an absolute BLAST! The atmosphere was perfect and they said the food was delightful. The manager even got them a table instead of the bar seats. Much appreciated and they will defiantly be back. Thank you for making such a perfect atmosphere for all ages!

Do not order take out at this establishment! What you order is not even close to what is presented on their online menus. It is over priced for what you receive, McDonalds offers the same quality. It is really unfortunate because they they use to have great food.

Edit: I usually have to ask to be served. No greetings. Good steak, poor dry ribs, and great pizza. This place isn't what it used to be. When they have a LIVE band it's nice but avoid otherwise.

Nice atmosphere, good food. I'm assuming it was an off-night, as the service was mediocre.

My whole family is a regular here. Everything is always great. We did run into a problem with an order recently, which happens, human error is normal and we shouldn’t always be so negative on reviews. I spoke with one of the managers Mike, he was very easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable explaining an odd situation. He was very kind and resolved the problem fast which was appreciated and we moved on with another visit and great food. Cheers.

Great food, fun atmosphere, service leaves something to be desired though. Do not expect spot on service during calvary game days. They always seem understaffed. But if your looking to go chill on a patio or don't have a schedule, go for the food.

Our waitress was very attentive and lovely. Everyone in our party of about 10 stated that they thoroughly enjoyed their food. I had the chicken sandwich with yam fries. The yam fries was made perfectly with a lovely Chipotle sauce. Will visit again definitely.

Been there a few times now and food is always amazing along with the service definitely recommend

Visited from Toronto to Calgary and came here based on the suggestion from friend. Wow good is too good and so are the service. Enjoyed eating here and would love to visit again. Thank you!

The food here is amazing, we always try to have different dish when we are there and they all taste amazing not to mention presentation.

Food is good for a pub, although overpriced. Servers are amazing. There was an amazing manager who got canned recently. He was a great guy and always around making sure you were enjoying yourself. I ran into him working a retail job not to long ago. He was there because the owner (s) of Kildares canned him with almost zero notice. He had to sell his house to take care of his kids and sick wife. It completely broke my heart to hear that. Of course I only know his side, but it sounded pretty ruthless of the company to do that during covid, when they knew his options would be pretty limited. Place has a different vibe now.

Great food, great specials, great selection of beer and whiskey. Favorite place to watch football.

Food was good, reasonably priced! Place is kid friendly. Staff was polite and very responsive to everything mom had ask for or needed. I would recommend at least trying the place if you are in the area.

Usual pub, but warm and inviting. What sets them above other pubs is their solid food! Great sandwiches. Really enjoy the beef dip and the chicken club.

I have been disappointed the last few times. I have found the service very slow and it’s hard to get anyones attention. Just an acknowledgment will go a long way, say I’ll be right with you, or something….

The food was very good in the beginning, but has gone downhill. Last time I had the beef dip and the meat was tough and hard to bite through.

Just left after sitting for 15 minutes and receiving no service. This is not the first time service has been an issue here but it will be the last time I give it a try.

We were excited to try this place as we never had been there. The interior and atmosphere was inviting and lots of TV to watch the game. The service was extremely slow for amount of customers present. Our food was not even hot and mediocre quality. Perhaps a busier night might of been better but prob wouldn't be back again anytime soon. Lots of menu items to choose from however but tables were left with old dishes the whole time we were there. Seeing staff on cell phones when there were tables to bus or clean was a bit unprofessional also.

Solid pub with good specials, steak sandwhich and fish and chips are really highlights. Tiny bit of craft beer on tap but don't expect anything too crazy. Worth popping by if you're in the neighborhood!

Nice Pub in Silverado! Wings were good, hot sauce was hot! Pizza was also good. Beer was cold and service was great! Winner!

Always love this place.but my mussel's were sold out.missed Friday.as sick all weekend with a Cold! Got tested.not covid.but yaa.nice place.

I just moved into the area a few months ago and have been ordering and going to Kildare's the odd time I don't want to cook.

Kildare's does every single thing right to make you feel at home in their establishment, and the food is completely stellar.

My partner and I have eaten at a lot of places and have never had pub food this consistently good.

It's right next to our place, and even if it wasn't It's worth a drive.

We arrived at the place today Wednesday, July 14,2021 at 9pm looking to relax and have a good time and after waiting half an hour seated, the one who was attending the place passed us by to attend the neighboring table and did not ask or explain anything. We thought it would be busy and we kept waiting. We were ignored with a total lack of education and professionalism. The man who runs the place tonight is a man with a very bad attitude. I would seriously think twice before go there again

We just placed an order this evening for 2 appetizers via Uber Eats. My boyfriend ordered wings. The wings that came were chewy, then seen to be raw on the inside half of them. We had to finish doing their job by cooking them longer ourselves. I would seriously think twice before ordering chicken here.

Food is delicious. House red delicious. House Yorkies tasty. Horseradish crusted salmon sumptuous. Spacious. Patios. Comfortable booths. Plenty of bar seating. Up beat music.

Fantastic Pub. The service, drinks and food are always excellent. Mike is the best manager/front of house lead you could ever ask for, he makes sure that the experience is perfect every time. Thanks!

Well unfortunately this Pub is no longer one of my favorite pubs in the south of Calgary. The servers are nice, but the food has been inconsistent for months now. I took my family for Brunch at the pub. We ordered 3 classic Benny's and a Chorizo bowl. Eggs on the Benny's were all overcooked. The side of fruit consisted of 5 berries, more of a garnish. The Chorizo bowl was more bacon bowl than Chorizo. The 2 Sunnyside eggs were also overcooked and I was missing most of the white on one of the eggs. This seems to be a management quality control issue. Good luck Mill Pub Group.

Nice little spot! Spent our time on the patio. It is near a somewhat busy intersection (near the new housing areas). Service was a little bit slow, but drinks were good, and cold!

Came here with two buddies after some disc golf. We had the pizza and the truffle garlic tries. Both great menu options that I would recommend. The pizza is a little bit on the thinner style but tasted great. The fries are very garlic heavy which if you love garlic is great but if you don't be aware. Would definitely come here again.

Every time I have visited this pub it has been a wonderful experience! Good is great and service is even better! The atmosphere is also chill and relax!

Above and beyond service. First time enjoying their food. By far the best beef dip, and artichoke spinach dip I've ever had, as someone that works on the road and eats out a lot that is saying a lot. Looking forward to when restrictions are lifted and I can become a regular here!

We used to go here for years but the food quality was lacking so we stopped. We decided to revisit about a month ago as it has a great atmosphere and nice friendly staff. To our surprise the food was good and we were very impressed and have now been there 3 times in the last month.

I had the pleasure of getting Kalie as my server! Her drink recommendations are fantastic and the service and food were phenomenal! If your looking for a great atmosphere with great people, Kildares is 100% where you should go!

A nice family friendly restaurant on one side, and a good pub with plenty of TV's on the other. Decent beer selection and a good menu! Also a patio on the south side of the building. Currently one of the best options in the deep SW (Silverado).

First time we went tonight. Staff was friendly. Really good beer selection and the food was really good. Some of the options were elk burgers and several types of fish and chips.
