Doctor Falodun recommended me to the worst reviewed Psychiatrist I've ever seen (hermitage medical clinic). Multiple horrifying stories about this clinic. Yet he recommended it to me. So this new psychiatrist asseses me for 20 min, belittled and condescending me the entire time, and then prescribes me a drug I told him I reacted poorly to. He never listened when I told him my ADHD drugs are the only medicine working. So he took those away, flagged my account and booted me out. Needless to say, Dr. Falodun removed my psychiatric meds on the word of this absolutely abysmal doctor. I no longer can recommend Dr. Falodun because he literally told me (on the phone today) he doesn't care what people think about their doctors. But please be weary and look up testimonial for HERMITAGE MEDICAL CLINIC. And although I've had Dr. Falodun for many great years, he really effed up my life by recommending this other doc, and then proceeded to gaslight me over the appointment. From his words and his tone, i just got the feeling that Dr. Falodun doesn't actually care about his patients anymore.

Dr. Abdalla is the best doctor I have had by far. Proactive and thorough! The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Im done with this office and not only are the receptionists rude.they interrupt, not to mention Dr. Falodum. I have not had a good experience at all. He has taken nothing seriouly.not through at all and doesn't make you feel welcome or that you can ask questions. Ive had chronic pain from my back which has gone into my legs.have had it for 2 years which at my age is sad as Im not old. He took none of this serious. I had to go into emergency to an MRI sooner when he could have made it happen sooner. But no he told me I would have to pay $500 to have it sooner. Meanwhile the emergency doctor said its considered an emergency and all my doctor had to do was code it as urgent. But no I've sat and suffered. Rude. Uncalled for. My new today referred me to a clinic to help with this. Also don't come here as you have to in for the simplest perscription refill such as heartburn medication.you shouldn't have to go in every 3 months. He won't even let the pharmacy call and request it as they want people in to bill. My new doctor was very good today and took this serious. Never mind showing up 15 minutes early for your appointment cause even when you are on time.be ready to sit around for an hour. They want us to respect their time but they don't respect the patients time either. They need new front desk receptionists that are nicer and kind.

I honestly get that clinics are super busy and everyone is probably really stressed. Anytime I phone to try and make an appointment with the doctor, the following always happens:
Phone line will ring and the reception will immediately put me on hold before even greeting me and sometimes never return to the phone call. Today was the last straw, I phoned at 3: 45 the call got disconnected so I phoned back. The minute I phone back it says they are closed for the day when indeed their phone lines do not close until 4: 15 as stated on the web. Something needs to change, I say this in a calm tone as I do enjoy my doctor visits here. 5 stars for the doctor.

I never once asked about a walk in clinic.the receptionist would not stop talking over me telling me they weren't a walk in clinic. So i rightfully snapped n hung up on her.

I wasnt asking about a walk in clinic, calm down for a second and let people speak. I wasnt looking for a walk in clinic i never even mentioned a walk in clinic if you would calm down n let someone else speak. Ive seen trained dogs answer a phone better.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Abdallah for two years now. She is very through and always provides excellent medical advice. She’s great with our two children as well. She does run a bit late for appointments but she’s worth the wait!

Been visiting this clinic 5 years, they are all amazing! Very friendly and accomodating. Shout out to all staff/receptionist in this clinic.
Dr. Abdalla is one of a kind!
