Customer service was not good. It took more than 15 minutes to order because the staff didn't pay attention to the table, and even after that, the wait continued. The stone pot bibimbap and seafood casserole that I ordered were delicious, but there were no side dishes other than what I ordered. Side dishes must be requested at an additional cost.
My family and I shared Christmas Eve dinner here this evening. The food was delicious and the service was even better. The owner gave my four month old daughter a small gift! She was dressed beautifully in what looked like traditional clothing. Great spot! Thanks for having us.
Had lunch here with wife at 1PM. Ordered, mine was delivered first, didn't come out at the same time. Her's was about 40 min later. Very poor memory and services
Perhaps because a lot of foreigners came here, the stew tasted like an all-purpose seasoning and ramen soup. I smelled it at first bite. I didn't go back.
Food is amazing, however if I pay 25$ for a dish I expect there to be more than 2 oz of rice. Ridiculous When we eat there we get a large bowl, takeout. I shouldn’t have to make my own rice at home because I was only provided with enough for 1/4 of my $25 Bulgogi Disappointed
Very bad service. We had ordered 3 meals but they just gave 2 meals. When we asked for paying and we confirmed that we had ordered 3 meals but just giving 2. The girl with yellow hair did not only say sorry but also have bad behaviour with us. POOR Services
So so good! Us four shared the combination for four and got a side of seaweed salad and kimchi! We love Korean food since we have it regularly in Seattle and this was just as good! You guys have to try! Enjoy!
The atmosphere: pretty average nothing special, but nice art.parking (paid) right infront and not very busy when we went (8: 00pm).
service: the servers were kind, however after serving your food they don’t really bother asking how the food is (which was terribly mid).
food: i got the kimchi stew and the hot beef bowl.coming from toronto ontario, where i normally get korean food, this place was pretty disappointing considering we paid $45 for no sides like kimchi, pickled radish, etc (unless u wanna pay for it). The kimchi stew was pretty dull and lacking in flavour as the “kimchi” had no taste whatsoever.the beef bowl was actually not bad, tasting pretty okay and a huge serving size.overall: below mid and overpriced
Amazing! Thank you so much. Me and my uncle had 4 items on the menu and it was very fresh and tasty. Definetly a great restaurant instead of a grill pub or bistro classics. Loved it!
Compared to a few Korean restaurants I have eaten at Toronto, this one is like a gem in this small town. Tokbokki at first was quite weird but tasty and the soup is well prepared and delicious. If I have a chance to go back, for sure I will choose you
This is not a Korean food at all. Owner has to something with their food. But, I know she is not going to do. Told her nicely to their food, she got mad about it…
Don't know why this place was rated 3.9 - definitly deserves higher. Food is great, especially for a secluded place like Jasper. Ambiance is mediocre but honestly the flavors are more important.
Excellent Korean restaurant, it was a full busy the service was fast efficient the food was tasty, hot and well presented. The owner knows what’s she’s doing, great front of house service
Great tasting food and friendly staff. Even tho they were busy they took care of us fast. The lady who was mamaging or possibly the owner made us feel at home.would definitely come back on our next visit.
Food is so delicious, and seemingly authentic. I dined with a good friend of mine who lived in Korea for 4 years and he loved all of the food we ordered. Also very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get and being in a national park. Excellent place to eat!
Poor waiter. The waiter is slow to respond. We need wait for 10 min before a waiter talk to us. The chef is also slow. You ordered “to go”, they did not put utensil inside. There are something hard in the food. Attached.
Super busy on a Thursday night at 7: 30pm. Did not get greeted at the door. Waited 10-15 minutes for a table. When our table was ready, we were told food would take 1 hour. The female server was rude. We left. Ridiculous.
Disappointed. Was craving for Asian food and we were very happy to find a Korean restaurant at Jasper. However the waiting line was long and no server is there to guide the customers. Overheard a rude staff told the group before us that she doesn’t know how long it’s gonna wait for a table and it’s gonna be another one hour waiting time to order the food after sit in. It’s ridiculous, not sure how could a business survive in Jasper in this way. So we left and found another restaurant
The best choice to have lunch or dinner in Jasper. The food was so good that we went 3 days in a row! All we ordered tasted really delicious, and very healthy. Besides, both the owner and the waiters are all very nice, charming and wellcoming.
