This company has to be one of the worst companies to deal with. They don't care
if they lose your Freight (A new mobile scooter for a friendin in a wheelchair). And when you call and try to talk to them. For daily updates, they accuse you of harassing. The branch manager says "he can appreciate 40 years of trucking that you're gonna lose some freight and not everybody's gonna be happy about the outcome of it. " Of not being able to find the mobile scooter on a 4x3 foot pallet. It also was shipped with 11 other scooters from same location and all 11 of them made it to their destination but mine fall off the truck between locations. The worst service. Use that own risk warning.

I have never seen such a disorganized and unprofessional trucking in my whole life. Stay away from them at all costs. I had 2 shipments going from Edmonton to Red Deer and its taken over a week and my customers still haven't received their shipments. All i get is excuses to why they can't deliver the orders. I get no apologies and all i am told is to wait. Just horrible. I will advise people never to use them.

This place has went so downhill: absolutely brutal customer service, my distributors have used them to ship for the last 6 years. We ship from Bc - Edmonton, used to be 1-2 business days. Now it’s 4-5, I get shipments quicker from Toronto or Montreal. They always give you the run around and have “lost” multiple skids of products in the last couple months alone. Very unprofessional and service time is a joke.

Super affordable rates but UNRELIABLE. They picked up a pallet in Edmonton on a Friday and was suppose to deliver it to Sherwood Park (20km away) on Monday but miraculously lost it over the weekend. They have yet to find it 4 days later. The incompetency is unreal. Use at your own risk.

Edit they found the pallet 5 days later.

Aside from the drivers being friendly. Kindersley managed to damage one of 2 crates from dropping it. We had to have them shipped back for repair. Not surprisingly, they managed to damage the second crate on the way back.
Most definitely not a professional company.

The driver Phillip helped with a very heavy delivery. Super friendly.

I set up a delivery on a Tuesday and was quoted a one day delivery ETA. They didn't come pick it up until the following Monday and I had to chase them down in order for this to happen. They left the pickup for 3 days before asking if it was dangerous goods. There's a section you click a box for if it is a dangerous good. They judged the pickup by the name of the delivery address and didn't phone to straighten it out, just left it on the backburner as an assumption. This was a time sensitive order and was prepaid by the customer so changing carriers to get it picked up would have costed more. Do not recommend.
