Aside from the drivers being friendly. Kindersley managed to damage one of 2 crates from dropping it. We had to have them shipped back for repair. Not surprisingly, they managed to damage the second crate on the way back. Most definitely not a professional company.
Was supposed to deliver a box to my residence from the south of Calgary to the north.a 20 min drive. They stated that it will be delivered anytime between 10-2. However, they didn’t show up. I had to stay at home the whole day to receive the box. However, It never showed up. An email or call or anything stating that it won’t arrive today would have been nice. But no statement causing my whole day to be wasted.
Natasha at the Calgary branch went above and beyond her regular duties to help me out in jamb. I would like to say Thanks to Natasha and all those who helped her yesterday. Absolutely 100% awesome service. Keep up the great work Natasha. Great Customer Service is what keeps us coming back.
Disappointed in the service, will be moving on from using them. Last two shipments picked up with interline company. Both times no sticker tracking number provided. One time they didn't even show up to pick up until the next day with no call or warning. Call was place early in the morning for pick up. Second shipment sent on a Tuesday from Calgary to Saskatoon. Delivered on the following Monday. That's right 5 Business days to Saskatoon. The lady in customer service is the only good part about them, but doesn't fix the multiple issues. Here's an idea, Let your customers know if you cant pick up the same day, and if your regularly scheduled shipment times are running behind.

Kindersely transport Ltd not good company as owner opt, just waste time this company and business account down to down every pay check, not pay oritacion. Management not good.
HR never responds to your email when you are applying for a job. I have applied for their driver posting at least 10 times, and i see an ad from them everyday over the internet looking for drivers. Never revert back to you with the application status, just say we have forwarded it to the operations team and they will let you know. I don’t think a company like this should be in business.
Attention Kindersley Drivers: PLEASE use your signals in traffic. I really cant guess where you are going in your 4300 unless you do. Thanks. The rest of us.
Probably the worst customer service I have received from another carrier. Got a quote on a shipment from Lloydminster to Edmonton and was told it would be there next day as this is their daily lane. I work for another carrier and needed this shipment in Edmonton so I can send it down to the United States. Screwed me over big time with my Customer. No one replies to the customer service emails, you have to chase them to get any updates. When you do hear from them its conflicting information from what the other person told you. Long story short it is will now take 7 days to get my shipment 160 miles. Worst of all they make you feel like this absolutely normal! Horrible!
THE WORST customer service and communication I have had in years. Two days the company failed to deliver on time and cost me $ and stress and professionalism. Terrible experience, I would rather sherpa my cargo around on a bike than have to deal with this company again. And this is coming from someone who never writes bad reviews. The screwed up BIG TIME- TWICE! ️️️
