King Eddy

Great food, exceptionally hot. Spicy chicken sandwich was actually spicy. I had one sip left in my drink and they took it away while I wasn’t looking. I exclaimed in protest and they gave me a free shot. Fantastic experience!

The king eddy is awesome! One of the more wheelchair accessible bars in Calgary. All the staff were super accommodating and shout out to our server Lindsay for being absolutely amazing!

Had brunch with friends. Good food while being unpretentious. Acoustic music was excellent thanks to Melody (sorry forgot last name). Great service. No cover charge. Will go again.

This is a favourite of mine because of all the live music that takes place here… plus, the Rolling Stones’ recording studio bus is sitting next to you while you eat, drink, sing or dance! Pretty sweet!

Live music during brunch on the weekends has been such a delight.

I definitely think the menu could use an upgrade. The kids menu is good. Bar food staples would be perfect.

Food here is very average. The burger and fries here were ok but at 24 with tip I rather get my burger elsewhere. The girl showing people to tables was borderline contemptuous of me I felt. It's like she wanted to say, "ok loser sit there and don't bug me" bad body language and attitude. Good venue for music but bad for food drink and friendly staff.

We loved the Saturday Brunch so much we came back again on Sunday! Each day was a different musician both fantastic! We did have the same server both days and she was amazing! We tried the Spicy Frittata, Breakfast Poutine and Eggs Benedict! Everything was consistent both day’s with perfectly cooked and presented eggs and those little potatoes are so tasty! We loved the laid back atmosphere and live music! I brought my 82 year old Mom and she said it was the Best day of her Life! Wheelchair acceptable, lots of parking on 9th Ave.

Great place for music & events. Been here mostly for private shows. Came down a few Sundays to enjoy a show and brunch. Prices are about what you’d expect for going out in Calgary.

Extremely overpriced, one good bartender the rest of thje service average unless you you know the staff. Very " clicky" group. Watch what you say or they will talk behind your back. Would definately not go back go up Stevens ave to a real bar where you are treated like a customer.

Food was good and one of our server was great! However the hostess and a number of the serve staff were not effective and needed training or work on their communication skills. It would've been less work to order through an app and pay instead of waiting around for the orders to be corrected and bills getting settled.

This is a good spot to get a bite. Menu is tasty l, presentation was good, and costs were reasonable. Be advised the live music is so loud you won't be able to converse with anyone you're sitting with.

Foods alright. Overpriced. Restaurant is overbooked and to busy for the size. Half of the time we ate we had 10+ people standing behind our table in the middle of the restaurant. Servers didn’t have enough room to work. The owner came up to me and asked if i could move closer to the table In Order to make room for the large group standing in the middle of the restaurant. Better management required

Definite upgrade from the original Eddy for cleanliness and food. Music is still just as good as ever. Nice spot to grab a bite and listen to some live music.

Love the Reno. Good for and great times. Great place to stop in and be part of the atmosphere.

The bar staff and management was under qualified. After bringing several areas of concern to the “manager” her total lack of understanding customer service became very evident.

The bartender changed the prices of drinks on every order and at last call the prices were astronomical. 10/10 would not recommend
