King LASIK

I recently had my Lasik surgery done at King Lasik. As an employee, I am proud to be part of an amazing team! Getting Lasik done at King Lasik helped me see the process from a patient perspective.

Mila, from Reception, always made sure I knew when my appointments were. During consultation, all my tests were done efficiently and professionally by my fellow colleagues. Dr. Bartel answered all the questions/concerns I had regarding the procedure, which allowed me to make an informed decision. Prior to surgery, Shawna was super helpful with pre and post op instructions and helped me feel at ease! Dr. Kassiri was my surgeon and both him and the OR team (Brianne, Rhonda and Tiffany) were amazing! Dr. Kassiri reviewed the procedure prior to surgery. During surgery, he made sure I knew what to expect and my colleagues would check in on me to make sure I was doing well. I did not feel nervous at all and the procedure was painless! I am grateful to be able to work with such an awesome team! I would highly recommend this place!

Had a painless and comfortable experience from consult to surgery. Shawna was very helpful in arranging a affordable way to get the best procedure for my eyes while also explaining the process very clearly, Mila and the front desk staff were super friendly and caring, Dr. Barton was honest and educational about everything before and after surgery. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and made me more confident in getting LASIK, especially since I was able to get surgery the same week as my consultation, and this staff was solid at easing my concerns and making sure everything was answered honest and completely.

I had my lasik surgery done here a few months ago and my results are wonderful! Thank you Dr. Kassiri! I went from needing glasses all the time to never needing them. The whole process went by so smoothly and the staff were wonderful about calming my nerves. Mila the receptionist was very friendly and went through all the steps of my surgery with me. Dr. Bartel checked my eyes again before my surgery and was very understanding about all the questions I had and took his time explain them to me. Shawna was wonderful at calming me down before surgery, and clearly went through all my post surgery instructions. In the OR Rhonda and Brianne were very friendly and were great at talking me through the whole procedure too. Prakruthi helped me after surgery and even held my hand during the procedure which helped a lot:) thank you so much! I highly recommend this place.

I had a very good experience here at King Lasik. From my initial consultation up to my surgery, everything went great! Everything was well-organized, smooth and easy. All their staff were great especially Shawna, the surgical counselor who was very helpful and approachable. Also, my eye surgeon was very nice too and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Service was fantastic, everyone was friendly and helpful. When I first showed up to find out about everything Mila helped me at the front desk and she was wonderful. King Lasik was an amazing provider of the lasik eye surgery from beginning to finish. All staff was professional and compassionate, with a special shout out to Shawna and Dr. King of course who put me at ease and walked me through each step. The procedure was relatively painless and they helped me manage my pain afterwards with follow ups. The surgery was also a success! Its so great to be able to see again:)

Amazing experience! From the front door to the back staff! Shawna helped me work through my nerves when reviewing everything! Also my post op was supposed to be downtown but they changed it to south side which was such a relief for me! Definitely recommend!

I chose the clinic based on these reviews, proximity, and the ability to get a consultation booked online the very next morning. The front desk team and staff assisting with the exams, and fee consultations were all very welcoming and concerned about the process options and procedure feeling comfortable for me. Day of surgery so far has been very simple and straight forward. I appreciate my consultation team and Shawna has been a great help answering questions for me pre- appointment as well.
I look forward to the next step and am not worried or stressed about future follow up appointments here.
