On October 1,2022 my wife received a life saving kidney and pancreas transplant.and Lindsey V2.0 was born and Life V2.0 began. My wife is not a jewelry girl and she is not gentle. On the night of her transplant she took off her wedding band and engagement ring that had been beaten up and abused from gardening, construction and life. Yesterday Lindsey V2.0 received her Ring V2.0 with a new diamond mount for the engagement ring, a diamond replaced in the eternity band, the two rings soldered together and Rhodium plated. Thank you to King's Fine Jewellery in Sherwood Park for the amazing work and for putting the sparkle back in her ring to match the sparkle in her eyes!

We purchased our rings many years ago when they were at Southgate and they have the same owners many years later. We noticed that my wife's ring must have hit something and she lost a small diamond. We took it to Kings and Brian looked at it right away. I thought that we would have to leave it and come back later but Brian had it fixed in 5 minutes or less. He cleaned it as well and checked the claws to see if they were damaged. Total cost was $25.

They repaired my wedding ring (cut off my finger, resized, fixed my claws, repositioned the diamond, polished) all for a very reasonable price and in less than a week! I went to get my medical ID bracelet engraved, had an amazing experience! Friendly staff, quick engraving, a wonderful environment. The quality of the engraving is amazing as well, and it was pretty cheap for what we got. Highly recommend!

Nothing explains things more but AWESOME staff, beautiful workmanship, sooo helpful, friendly and patient. We can't forget Charlie (the dog) what a cutie, friendly and loves to play. I had my wedding ring resized which had 3 rings soddered together and was able to wear again. Had to have my family ring cut off my finger and ordered a new one and after looking at many, many designs (I am sure Christine got tired of me already) picked the one I liked and it was beautiful.

This store is absolutely wonderful! I have unique taste and wanted a morganite ring, and after going to multiple jewelry stores for consultations, my fiancé said that King's was by far the best and most accommodating. He worked with the jeweler through the whole process, who sourced multiple morganite stones for my fiancé to pick from. He then helped him pick the setting and other stones and let me tell you.it is the most BEAUTIFUL thing I have ever seen! It sparkles like crazy and everywhere I go I get endless compliments. We went back for my wedding band and again worked with the jeweler to create a unique band I had in mind and he brought out loose stones from the back so that I could see general sizing and aesthetic. He gave us an incredible deal and throughout the process was not pushy in the slightest and was great to work with and had great suggestions. Every time I go in they clean my ring for me and all of the staff there are incredible friendly. The store itself is beautiful and full of beautiful pieces that include alternative gemstones and lab created diamonds. No matter what jewelry you are looking for, my fiancé and I would both highly recommend King's!

Made the mistake of buying a men's wedding band from Michael Hill's that turned out to be damaged beyond repair before having the chance to wear it. Brought the ring into the folks and was given advice on how to handle the situation. Their level of expertise and knowledge are next level, followed up with superior customer service. This is all from a business that I had not spent a dime with and yet still offered to help in any way they could, I'm blown away by this and from here on out will be purchasing any jewelry and services from these amazing folks. I wish I had checked them out before buying from a big box store, King's prices were even better then Michael Hill's!

Bought a chain there about 4 years ago. A link had broke. I went in to get it repaired with no appointment and they fixed it on the spot and I was out the door in 3 minutes of entering and they didn’t charge me because I had bought the necklace there. Amazing service

I can't say enough good things about this place! I had a couple of pairs of earrings and a ring that I wanted to swap out the stones. Brian did his best to source the gems I wanted but unfortunately was unable to find them. I know they were something unusual so I appreciate him trying. I also had a pair of Tiffany cufflinks that I wanted made into post earrings. A pretty simple task and Brian was able to do this while I waited. They look perfect! I'm so happy with the work and they match my pendant perfectly. The service here and quality of work are second to none. I would give them 10 starts if I could!

I have been a happy customer of Kings Fine Jewellery for 36 years. Brian Nelson, the owner, is managing his new store in Sherwood Park. He & his staff have always been very helpful in explaining the qualities, prices & characters of different gem stones & recommend designs to complement & bring out the best of the stones. The new store has parking right in front of it’s own entrance, so you won’t have to go through a shopping mall to find it. The store has a wide variety of different gem stones pieces to choose from. Brian can also bring in gem stones to make custom pieces for you. He will also repair or re-style your broken or old jewelry pieces.

King's did an amazing job in created a customer band to match my very unique ring. I am so happy with how it turned out! I can not recommend them enough!

Someone who can replace the battery in an expensive heirloom watch, or do intricate laser welding repair on a precious chain, or even decipher the symbols and meanings of the proof marks on the inside of your rings to determine value.
