Kings of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring

As a bit of a skeptic, I decided to check out König because of the ad I saw on Facebook when looking for some inexpensive flooring for a small renovation project. To say I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service would be a huge understatement. As soon as we arrived, we had the pleasure of being greeted by a young gentleman named Nathaniel. He was very helpful, explained the options available for the project we had in mind, and the best part was that there was absolutely no feeling of pressure to buy the most expensive product they had. He actually listened to what we needed and continued to assist us as if we were purchasing the best and largest quantity of flooring he had ever sold and not just 600 square feet of the most economical option. Once we had paid, he and another gentleman loaded all of the flooring for us and we were on our way. Kindness and professionalism go a long way, and although I have yet to install the product, I am certain that I will return for future purchases because I don’t think that level of customer service can me matched anywhere else.

They have a huge selection of products that are top off the line quality with great pricing and a show room and warehouse that made the buying experience convenient and stress free.

I stopped by here as my cousin recommended this place to me since he used them before. I needed a glue down flooring tile that I could use to install in my garage. Had the pleasure of working with Nathaniel and Anthony who were both super knowlegeable about this stuff. They showed me a bunch of different options and gave me a walk through on the best way to have it installed. I did end up getting a professional to install it in my garage and it's held up great for the past year and a half, even over the winter when it gets chilly. Also their building is massive lol, didnt realize how much stuff they have until i went in.

These guys know their stuff and their pricing is actually pretty good too, give them a shot if you have any projects.

The way I put it, there are so many vinyl stores here in Alberta but very few sell the right quality and have the experience of how vinyl is made, what components, how many mils is good for your home or commercial etc etc. König flooring is amazing! We came from Camrose and I did my research before I came to Edmonton, believe me. Tony is very knowledgeable about his products and he understands how to put together the perfect look, he knows what he's talking about, the man has a clue. Renovated a basement room January 2021 and used Konig vinyl plank. The store was a bit warehouse feeling but all the product was on display and the prices were decent. The salesperson helped me load the boxes on and off the cart, no complaints here. This was my first time installing this type of flooring, it went together alright once I got the hang of placing/sliding/tapping the pieces together. Installed it over an old vinyl tile floor after taping the joints to create a continuous vapour barrier. Close to two years later it's held up well to daily and occasional office chair use.

There is a lot to choose from. All of our queries were swiftly and easily answered by the staff.

So disappointed in the way this store is run. My family and I didn’t even make it into the store before the employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere, and will be recommending the same to all of the businesses I work with.

Very knowledgeable staff and large warehouse with supply in stock and lots of incoming orders for stock. Lots of selection. Staff answered all our questions quickly and easily. All your flooring needs and questions will be answered. The owner had a sample of his flooring with a sample of a random companies flooring to demonstrate the difference in quality. The other companies floor sample had a chemical smell coming off it. Yuck. Konig products didn't smell like that at all.

I installed their vinyl plank floors 3 months ago. Great quality. Easy to install. Best prices around.
