If I could give this clinic a 0, I would. Similar to a few other reviews, our doctor (Pandey) went on mat leave, and did not transfer her patients to another doctor. My husband suffers from an L5 Bulging Disc, is unable to walk, sit, stand or sleep (sleeping on the hardwood floor). When he went through a flare up in April, Dr. Moonsamy saw my husband twice, and prescribed him medication, and a shot. This seemed to help my husband until this past weekend, when his back pain flared up again. On Monday morning, my husband called Dr. Moonsamy's office and spoke to the curt receptionist who said, sorry but Dr. Moonsamy can't see Dr. Pandey's patients, and she doesn't have a mat leave plan, so go to a walk in clinic. She was rude and hung up on my husband. I called back to try and see if i could get some answers, as I was right there and overhead the entire call. She proceeded to tell me my husband was rude and hung up on her (this was factually incorrect, and more so her unwillingness to help).

Avoid this clinic. Do not go here. It is the equivalent of your child going to school, and the teacher going on mat leave without a replacement. The entire world is over worked, there are shortages everywhere, and unfortunately I have no patience for these "overworked" clinic doctors who have to work 8-3pm. It is laughable.

Horrible service. Staff is rude and makes up lies doctors don't care about there patients only what is in the bank account and tried to send my child to the hall to speak with me because I missed my appointment and I couldn't pay the fee. She talked over me and didn't let me speak and kept repeating the sane thing expecting a new result clearly doesn't like being a doctor she also complained that she didn't ho to school for 10 years for this.horrible office. But on the other side (the side with the pharmacy) great staff friendly doctors and nice to children:)

We’ve been to this clinic around 6 times combined between my husband and I. There has not been a single time where the people we have encountered at this clinic have been welcoming or even somewhat polite. We both have seen Dr. Mbonu and have been shocked at the lack of bedside manners and lack of attention to detail. Today, my husband had a missed call from the clinic, called back about 10 minutes after the missed call had taken place and the receptionist said, “Yeah, we didn’t call you. ” When my husband politely tried to explain he had just missed a call, she hung up. Would absolutely not recommend.

Dr. Mbonu is kind, patient, a good listener, and very thorough. Very pleased to find a great family physician!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I spoke with a woman on the phone to confirm my the time of appointment and they let me know that the location for my appointment was at the St. Albert instead of the west Edmonton location. I drove all the way there and waited for 20 mins for them to tell me they had made a mistake. The receptionist Mikayla was so rude and made me feel like her mistake was my fault. Horrible service for mediocre medical care. Now I have to reschedule the appointment as I took two hours off work to make it.

I have been seeing Dr.mbonu and so far really like her but recently have had major issues with the front end staff.on multiple occasions they have been extremely rude and unhelpful.most recently I developed pustule bumps on my chest that resembled monkeypox and given I work in homecare with vulnerable seniors I wanted to get in as soon as possible.the admin person I spoke to didn’t try to fit me in anywhere and said the earliest I could come in was Saturday (the day I called was Tuesday) I then asked if I could be seen by another Dr.in the clinic and she said “they don’t do that” I know this isn’t true as I have seen dr.rajoo in the past when I couldn’t see Dr.mbonu.still she didn’t offer any other solution.

On other occasions I have had issues where I have been sick and was waiting for test results. I was told when they come in someone would call you. I had to call the clinic multiple times when I received no phone call and was then told my results had come in days prior.and recently I had an appointment booked at 9: 00am on Monday with a nurse to have a stitch removed.the stitch had come out on Sunday so I called Monday to explain the situation and cancel my appointment.the person I spoke to was nothing but rude and told me that because I didn’t give 24hrs notice they would be charging me $40. I asked how I was supposed to give 24hrs notice if they weren’t open on Sundays? And her response was “there are people in the office but the phones are turned off” I asked to speak to the clinic manager and she responded with “they will tell you the same thing” she then brushed me off and told me I’ll be charged $40.

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with these staff, where is their professionalism? I completely understand charging someone who was booked with a Dr. As that’s a spot someone else could have been seen but in this situation my Dr. Time wasn’t affected at all.nor has this been a continuing issue.as for every other in counter this is just plain rude, they are not doing their job and really don’t seem happy to be there. I will be pushing this issue as I refuse to pay $40 for something that was out of my control and speaking with the clinic manager and the attitude of these staff members needs to be addressed.

Dr. Pandey is a very caring and thorough physician. She takes her time and listens to my concerns. I feel well looked after and am very happy that she is my GP.

Dr munsamy is a nice guy but as a doctor who is well trained and is well paid he puts no effort into medical paperwork nor will inform you if you ask for the incorrect information patients are not doctors so why do i have to tell you about your job you should already know documentation for sleep apnea for liscense is not a note

This review is for the office of Dr. Rajoo (I want to make this clear because this medical clinic have 2 separate offices. I'm only seeing Dr. Rajoo because my family doctor is on mat leave (Dr. Pandey). Recently I booked my son in for some health concerns and he was sent for bloodwork and then got referred to a pediatrician. Dr. Rajoo then requested for my son to get an abdominal xray which we did right away. Called the clinic few days after the xray to ask if I have to book a phone or physical appointment. Receptionist I spoke to initially said physical appointment is what they're booking him for which I booked. Got there on time and of course the almost hour wait is kind of expected. However what we didn't expect is when the doctor finally went inside the room, the main reason of why we were there was not addressed (discuss xray result). Called the clinic (I was at work when it happened and my better half took our son in) and asked why the main reason of the visit was not addressed. The receptionist advised me to book a phone consult on Sunday with Dr. Rajoo to which I questioned as to why (considering all interactions with the doctor is billed thru AHS) and the receptionist was very rude as to she doesn't know why it was not discussed as she's not the doctor. I requested to speak to Dr. Rajoo as I don't want today's visit to be put to waste (which it already was) but she insisted that I book a phone consult for Sunday. I said to the receptionist ok call me with the # we have on file and she wanted me to tell her my number again to which I answered my number is on the file and then she hung up. If medical offices put up a sign that they do not tolerate rude behavior towards their staff, maybe the staff should get off their high horses and deal with their patients PROFESSIONALLY and not sarcastically. I worked in the medical clinic previously and this is uncalled for and directly rude. I've already filed a complaint to the patient relations at AHS.

Dr. Daviduck has been my physician for over 10 years now. He is thorough, caring & I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Great clinic once you get through the inexplicable 10 minute holds which have been a consistent problem since they opened a half decade ago. I can help you supergeniuses set up a functional phone system if you want.

Dr.kurian was nice but he didn’t even spend 5 min with me although I had many problems not only one. I had to call him back to discuss the other problems but still the time he gave me was NOT enough. At the end I walked out with an expensive product from his clinic and prescription medicines for more than $300.
Had a bad experience looking at the time I had to wait to get the appointment and the time I had to wait in the clinic before he saw me.

Nearly two years of Excellent service. Looking forward to their new location.

Update: Dr. Munsamy continues to provide excellent, caring service. He takes the time to be very familiar with my chart before coming in, and to listen to my concerns. Very professional, but also very humanitarian.

I have been very disappointed with the medical care received through this clinic. I have had the physician write prescriptions based on bloodwork results obtained 2 visits prior showing that they are not addressed in a timely matter, or even at the next visit for that matter. I feel like issues are easily overlooked and the care is not thorough.

In addition when visiting the clinic during covid the receptionist put on a clean pair of gloves and proceeded to touch his face prior to completing my blood pressure check.
