Kingsville nails does a great job. My favorite place to go to get my acrylic nails filled and colour change.

This place has gone downhill. Used to be a frequent visitor. Went in today for a pedicure and they didn’t do cuticle or nail trim. Had to come home and do it myself. Not sure if the owner hasn’t managed staff well but they seemed to have lost all of their good nail techs.

Love Kingsview Nails! Anna is my favorite and I’ve been seeing her for over 4 years now! They are always great with anything you need done!

So I made an appointment and I ended up waiting an HOUR after that appointment time till I was finally started on. All I wanted was a manicure. Also a couple came in after me saying they had same appointment time but they got served first. Anyways, I did try leaving earlier and all the workers were staring at me. One worker perked up and said no come back, sit here. And what do you know I still waited another 10-15minutes before someone finally started. While I’m waiting another worker sweeping the floor. Like read the room. So I just got all black because they wasted my time and now I was late to my plans. On top of this, they still charged me FULL PRICE. I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t say anything but I just couldn’t believe it after how long I waited even though I had an APPOINTMENT. But wait it doesn’t end there…. I just went back to my regular nail girl (she was away on holidays that’s why I went to this place) and my girl said that they filed way too much and damaged my nails. Nice…

I had very good service here. Cherry did a wonderful job on my pedicure. And Teisha did a fabulous job on my manicure.
I will definitely come back again

I had Trisha today. And she was absolutely wonderful these girls are the best in Airdrie and I can vouch for that cuz I've Been Everywhere. Absolutely wonderful experience every time

I called on the slim chance they could take a pedi appointment on a Saturday. "Come right now". Salon was busy but not chaotic; took me right away. Quick and comfy pedi and very reasonably priced. All covid protocols in place - I felt safe. Will be back. Thanks

I have been a customer of Kingsview Nails for years and I always see Anna when I go! I appreciate the cleanliness and the great service I always get every two weeks when I go in for my nail fill and my monthly pedicures! As a regular, I see how hard all the ladies work! I would highly recommend coming here!

Nails done very quick and clean. It was my first visit and I loved the service here. Will definitely be going back.

Never coming back here. I got my nails done yesterday and 3 have already snapped off. When I called to book in and have them fixed they said they were fully booked and couldn’t help me. I have a sharp edge on my hand now because of the snapped acrylic. Really wish I didn’t tip them 30%. Never coming back

I do not recommend this place at all!

I was a walk-in for a new set and the lady that did my nails ended up starting the process and then left me for 20 minutes with just the tips on and said the other lady would help me so I waited for little longer and than the same lady came back processed doing my nails. When she started to Push my cuticles back she dug it as deep as she could ended up lifting my skin right off my nail and making my thumb bleed and my pinky. She was also in a rush to do my nails took me 2hrs that included me sitting and waiting as I got there and I only
Got one colour done and a simple length done also!

Great experience. Technician was awesome …. Unfortunately I did not get her name. Loved my mani/pedi

3pm appointment didn’t start until 3: 45 and very rushed after that as more appointments kept coming in. Could be short staffed but I made the appointment earlier that day so I feel like it wasn’t due to that. Once we were seen it was very rushed and not very relaxing. Friendly staff though ‍️

Everything was great but unfortunately some of my nails chipped the first day. The girls happily re-did my nails for me and they are perfect now.

I’ve been coming here since 2018 for manicures, pedicures, and acrylic nails, and all of the girls do an amazing job every time!

Amazing service, extremely clean and very friendly staff. They are very detail oriented and could not be more happy.

Really friendly staff. Showed them a reference photo and they knocked it out of the park. Price is fairly average for the manicure I got, and I will definitely be back!

Always happy with my nails and pedicure. Get lots of compliments on my nails. Ladies are lovely. Used to go elsewhere and most times was shuffled around with 3 technicians. Had to explain all over again what I wanted

Didn't clean, or cut nails and cuticles properly. They look grown out and dirty when I just got them done like 10 mins ago.not impressed probably the worst manicure I've had.: (before you judge me I paint houses in construction for a living.

Though my sisters both had great experiences, I’m not exactly happy with mine. The woman doing my nails nicked my cuticles (and even parts of the skin that’s not directly around the nail) multiple times, she didn’t put enough coats on so they are very transparent in some places, at least 3 are shaped very poorly and my thumbs are very different lengths. One of the only positives is that she was very quick to do my nails. Most likely will not be going back.

I don’t enjoy giving negative reviews but i felt this one necessary.now don’t get me wrong, everyone was very kind, i was given excellent service BUT my nails are not the shape i asked for and my pinky was practically pointing straight up! I asked the lady working if she could fix it and she said it was because my fingers were too small but my other pinky was fine? My friend who i went with got her nails done as well and they turned out gorgeous so i’m just a little frustrated that mine were not done to the same quality: (

The ladies do a great job of my nails everytime. They also do great pedicures. Sometimes worry about the cleanliness of it as they dont seem to change files. Im sure they do though and I just dont see it

This is the best place to go to get a pedicure. I got shellac on my toes and fingernails they look amazing. I will defineitly be going here again. I asked them not to cut any nails and they just did a tiny bit of filling to shape them. When I took of the shellac on my nails it wrecked my nails. They weren't the cleanest but they required a mask but they didn't sanitize they chairs when we were done.

I was a walkin client. It was extremely busy seeing as Christmas is coming. I noticed while I was waiting that 3 ladies came in to help! It was 5: 30 and they made sure everyone was taken care of! I will be back again

Went to the kingsview salon in coopers promenade. Walk in appt on a Thursday afternoon. Clean, quite and a great experience. I will return. Thanks “ water”. She was a great on my leg massage.

Have been going here for awhile now and decided to try out something new with silver foils on black nails. Normally I'm all about dark solid colors, and I wasn't totally sure how I felt about them. I came back in the next day and asked about maybe adjusting them so that there was more black then silver and they fixed it right away for me and now I absolutely love them! Very professional and will continue to come here:)

What an awful experience. Asked for shellac removed and redone as ombre. Get someone who doesn't know what they are doing. 3 nails in I said no.its not good. She removes and I say.just a plain French with pink. I get French plain.whatever.the white is crooked.smeared around my fingers and not removed. Its bumpy and looks horrid. Never ever going back!

Normally I try to avoid writing bad reviews, but this time I felt I had no choice.

A friend and I walked into the salon today, a Tuesday afternoon, around 1pm. The place was rather busy with 6-7 other customers which I took to be a good sign. We were asked to wait for 20 minutes so we walked over to the other side of the plaza to grab a coffee.

When we came back we were sat next to each other in the massage chairs. They used bags inside the foot tubs, which is something I’d never seen before but I appreciate the extra effort to keep everything sanitary. The massage chairs didn’t really work. The remotes were strapped down to the side table and you could only choose one of two preset massages. Both options included tapping which is rather uncomfortable unless you like the feeling of every ounce of fat in your body jiggling in front of a captive audience.

My friend and I both opted for French pedicures with Shellac. The pedicure started out fine. Temperature in the water was alright, though they didn’t seem to add any kind of soak or salts to the water. They asked us to soak our feet first, then shaped our nails. The woman I had didn’t cleanly remove my cuticles, which I’ll get back to later on. She filed my toenails, clipped some, filed some more, clipped again. The end result was inconsistent, with some nails more rounded and the rest more square, but I didn’t notice this until the polish was on.

She worked on the soles of my feet. Razor, foot rasp, and scrub. I did see everyone else get a white electric foot smoother thing used at some point after the rasp and before the painting, but I personally didn’t get the experience. She began painting my toes, and at this point I’m watching the same nail job done by another tech on my friend in direct contrast to the tech I had. The woman working on my friends feet used the very thin artists brush to do the white lines and followed the shape of the nail in light strokes until the line had the correct weight. My tech was using an old polish and painting halfway down my toes and removing the excess with an acetone-dipped brush. I have seen this done successfully, but not here. The lines ended up being different weights on pretty much every toe. Base and colour coats had been applied over the aforementioned still-present cuticles, and at a few points onto my skin.

She had my hands soaking in water to the point where my fingers got pruny. I removed them well before she was done my toes but they still shredded a bit when she filed them. She put cuticle remover on my fingers and then started cutting my cuticles without pushing them, so basically trying to hack away at them. When I pointed this out she said she was going to clean them up under the light, but then tried to continue cutting them. I asked to use the washroom then she asked me to move over to her station.

When I stopped in the washroom and had a good look at my toes I could already see spots where the polish had gone onto my skin and was now separating. I told her that I was no longer wanting to move forward with the manicure and asked to see a manager. She said there was no manager available and asked me to pay for the pedicure. I asked again to see a manager and she just walked back to another client and started working on them.

My friend finished with her other services about 20 minutes later and when we went to pay I asked again to speak to a manager. The woman told me I could talk to “her” and directed me to a woman who was working on another client. I asked her if we could speak privately and she said no. I explained I was unhappy with my service and another woman came from the back and said they would only charge $33 for the pedicure, and not the extra $15 for shellac. I told her I didn’t even get a complete service if the tech skipped steps and failed to clean the cuticles, and they asked me to sit down so they could fix it. I told them I didn’t have the time to wait and we moved towards the cash. They ended up waiving my fee and offering a weak apology. I going somewhere else to fix them tomorrow.

I went in to see Maria today she did a lovely job with my nails! I am so happy with how they turned out. Thank you

Not a great experience! Called to ask if they had the dip powder and that said yes so I made an appointment for two side by side. I get there and waited half and hour to get in as they were taking people who came in after me. I finally said something so they sat one of us down infront of a tech and the other just to the side. I asked again if they had the dip powder and got a deer in the headlights look so of course it turns out that they don't have it. Will NOT be going back!

My 11 year old daughter saved her money, she went with my wife and 16 year old daughter. I dont know much about nails but they are horrible my 11 year old is crying my 16 year old is going back because they are smeared all different sizes.thae took of a couple dollars but then charge my wife more. I took pictures and will be taking them to small claims court not for the money but for the the complete lake of humanity for a 11 year old.the owner is a complete moron, ignorant.fix it dont push people out.

Better pricing then most to get my ombre nails. However I am alittle frustrated. Came in on one of my days off because one of my nails cracked and it really hurt so I wanted to get them taken off and get colour put on while they grew back. I walked in and they said they were pretty busy but there afternoon was free so I booked an appointment for 2pm which was about 4 hours away. I made sure I was there 15 mins early and sat on my phone waiting for 2 o'clock. I grew very frustrated when it was now 2: 30 and still not one person said anything to me or what not. I walked out after someone finally came over and instead of grabbing me for my appointment which I was already waiting 35+ mins for, grabbed someone else who walked in after me for her pedicure. I went across the street to which the other place took me in immediately. I was waiting to see if they would even call me to say "Hey you didn't come in for you appointment" or anything along those lines but unfortunately never got a call.

KIM has a detail for your nails. She does not know English well, very little but is a hard worker and works very well.

Had a manicure and a pedicure! The place is spotless, great color selection and the staff is friendly and efficient.

The place looks really nice and clean inside, and is very close to where I live which is fantastic. I walked in with out an appointment and got me in right away.
I got a manicure and pedicure, My manicure turned out amazing and I love the chrome colour i chose!
My pedicure how ever was a little disappointing, The lady who did my Pedicure cut my big toe close to the cuticle and is now in a lot of pain, When I mentioned it she looked at me and said Uh Huh like she didn't understand so I just left it because I didn't want to make a big scene. She obviously didn't mean to cut my toe but she seemed a little careless when trimming my nail and cuticles, i'd say it was fairly noticeable because there was a bit of blood so I'm disappointed she didn't say sorry or at least acknowledge me when I mentioned it. My toe is still a little sore and I hope it heals okay.
Overall I I'm very happy with the colours of the polish but disappointed about her not acknowledging the fact that she cut my toe.

I walked in yesterday for a pedicure, and the young girl helping me was the most kind and respectful nail technician I have every had, I ended up staying to get my fingers done too, and they look great. I am sorry I didn't get her name but she was absolutely amazing. As many women know its not often you get you quality work and exceptional customer service at nail salons!

The customer service at this Kingsview Nail is the best of any nail salon I have ever been to. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and very professional. Especially Maria, she is very general and takes care.

The space is absolutely beautiful and clean - the nail tools come freshly sterilized out of the autoclave bag each appointment which is a rarity at most nail salons. Also, I have a box for my own stuff for nails.

My pedicures to date have been extremely high quality with no polish on my cuticles, they have a machine to smooth my hills so well. My last nail fill lasted a month and 2.5 months for the pedicure. She never tries to rush me out, she takes her time and does an excellent job. Love Maria!

Highly recommend this place!

First time to try this salon which is very convenient for me.

and not that busy so didn't have to wait
I am very pleased with the pedicure that Cherry gave me and I will be back
The only concern I had is are the nail dryers that cover the feet cleaned after being used

Such a great experience. I’ve been here multiple times for pedicures and always been happy, I got a full set of solar nails put on at a different salon on Sunday, they put the wrong number on and what was suppose to be nude coloured, turned to be dark brown. Wasn’t what I wanted. I came into Kingsview tonight for a polish change and they exceeded my expectations, they freehanded a beautiful snow flake that blew my mind. Will definitely be coming here for my fills from now on!

The store is very clean, bright and the staff are super friendly. As for the manicure, I've never seen my nails, cuticles and everything so cleaned up! I'm very pleased with the final result. I’ll definitely go back!

I was sitting behind you guys on the day you came. I am afraid there is a misunderstanding. I am 1 of their clients for 8 years since they opened.
They are in business and they value their words more than anything. You just wait 10mins after your appointment, it's not a big deal. They were setting up something to get ready, why are you so picky?
When they run a promotion, the goal is to have a chance to provide service to new customers and hopefully earn their business. You might have mistaken the price for your NewSet. It was not $55. I’m really sure that the cashier already gave you 10%off without your coupons which just be given after your purchase and it would be used for the following time. There is a note in the front, have you read it? After keep asking for a discount, your NewSet was $36. Seem you guys were pretty happy. Your bad review makes me surprise so far.

I just want to respond to point out that this is a completely unfair review for them. It's a scam. They are not interested to have an argument with a 16 years old.

It was awful. My buddy and I had an appointment at 10am. We were at this place 10 minutes before 10am and it was closed. We had to wait 20 minutes till the person opened the location. They were pretty rude and didn't do a good job. They were trying to charge us 55 dollars and the price on the list on the wall was 40 dollar plus when we made an appointment they said it will be 10%off. My buddy didn't like her nails as well. She didn't size the nails properly. My nails were extremely short because she made a mistake trying to square them when I told her since the beginning that I wanted square style. I wanted a clear powder but she keeps insisting with color. I had to tell her 5 times no. Very pushy.
