These guys dont care for your time, i dont wanna say that but they are unprofessional, they had wasted my 3 days. Today is Saturday and they again told me to come Monday.

Never have anything in stock. Everything has to be ordered from the warehouse which takes forever. I don’t want to wait 3 hours for a spark plug.

They changed my car's oil but they didn't change the filter, leaving the previous one besides that it was out of adjustment, I still don't understand how my car didn't get damaged

I usually go here often for regular oil change but unfortunately I don't know over the blue moon the guy who talked to me so rude his exact words were we so busy we don't have time come tommorow. I don't wana be judgemental.have respect for women's for gods sake you gys u run a business we all understand it but a little kindness customer service would help I honestly took a diffrent route I went to lube city instead that day I got my service done and there service was awesome thx lube city I hope we all do good to each other

I came for an oil change and they told me they would replace my drain plug but instead they left it on and told me they had replaced it. These people seem friendly but honestly just spend the extra money if you care about your vehicle.

Bad attitude and poor customer service. The owner is acting like he is fixing your car for free. Workers are unexperienced over there. They learn on your car.

Worst place ever my car broke down there and was not driveable and the said we wont get you in for no reason

They were nice and kind. That's it. Don't get anything major done by these guys as they are very sloppy and don't take care with your vehicle like they should. If you're getting a small thing done like an oil change or a tire change then they're great for that because they're cheap. But they are cheap so remember that You're getting what you paid for. I had a timing belt done by them and after it was all done I had multiple codes come up. Things were broken. I took it to a specialist and they told me that I had several things that weren't torqued properly and put back into place correctly. The belt was rubbing against the cover, etc.

We’ve been having problems with our van jerking for a long time and taking it to a shop is long overdue. Last Monday we took it in and was able to get it looked at right away. It’s perfect because beside the shop was auto parts - amazing. The workers and manager Assad is very helpful and accommodating and they explain to exactly what they’re doing, what we’re the challenges and what needs to get done. My hubby and I were so delighted and relieved we got our van fixed. Thanks Auto Kingsway and will definitely will recommend to our friends and family. Keep up the good work.

Very friendly staff. Will take care of your car the best way. Maintenance costas are very affordable. Best shop for UBER ALVIS vehicles inspection. I always love it to be there.

The price is cheap ok but you have to go back many time they don't understand what you want or need

Most reasonable prices for parts in town. If it's not in stock they'll have it in by the end of the day.
