Prices are great. Went to ctc, 2 auto values and prices were rotten, AND NO STOCK, on common items. (thermostat & gasket and temp sending unit for dodge caravan). Kingsway had them all, no sweat AND prices were almost half, no fib. AND only have to wait 1-2 minutes for service. Note: these guys also know there stuff. Those other place are always web for some reason. At kingsway i feel comfortable, like am at home. Not the other "polished" stores.

The prices are very good with their parts. If they don't have it on hand. They will have it in 4 hours. So if you don't mind the wait. It's worth the price! The service is pretty good. But expect to wait a bit when they are busy. And their warranties on parts are also very good. They carry thousands of parts. At a fraction of the cost of auto dealers and other parts stores. Call everyone else, then call Kingsway. You'll be surprised!

I am very impressed with the service I have received today from Omar. These days is very difficult to find good customer service that is why I feel when we do it is important to recognize it. Omar is a young employee he knew what I needed helped me find it explained everything the company should be very happy to have him as their employee with his conscious work he will retain the customers super happy with my set of new shocks

Need to add parts catalog with prices online.if possible.will save lots of time for both sides.pone service sucks.

Competitive pricing. We always call ahead to see if what we need is in stock. Bought a Canadian Tire battery last year, already it's toast. New one from here was less and they give you more for the core charge, $18 compared to CT's $10. Like everything else, ya gotta shop around, but we always seem to find ourselves coming back here.

I called once they put me on hold, but im still hearing the staff and the customer talking. I keep saying hello they aren't answering. So i hanged up called again and still did the same thing. Called the third time and did the same thing again. I feel very disrespected. And that was very rude. Thanks!

The lady behind the desk was yelling and swearing at 2 different customers with my children in the building.

The service at this place gets worse and worse, The attitude is unbelievably bad. Best go anywhere but here.
