Friendly staff, fast efficient service. Kept the whole experience light and relaxed. Been coming here for 5 or more years now and the service is excellent every time.

This dental choice is truly amazing! Dr. Husack and the staff was attentive to all my needs, listened to everything I had to say and she performed great dental work. I recommend her to anyone needing great dental work done!

I had an appointment earlier and it was the best customer care I had experienced. They always check up on me if was I doing okay still during the process. Also, they gave me a heads up of the amount I am paying out of pocket before we started and they gave me option to whether proceed on all of them or not. I love how dentists there and front desk staffs are really chill and accommodating. Indeed that it is a great Dental Choice!

Be careful with this place in Kingsway Mall, I Went there for a cleaning teeth because my insurance covers $500 when I was there I asked how much would be it? They said I need at least 2 to 3 appointments to get my teeth clean and apart I needed to pay by my pocket $150, total for clean teeth $650 it’s insane.

Very great staff friendly and understanding. Hous are great too. Dr Hart is very understanding as I have major anxiety, great place to come too

Staff are friendly, attentive, and easy to get in touch with. Combines with good service and availability to make it really easy to book with them again. Shout out to Kandra who was especially helpful and welcoming on my first appointment.

Absolutely amazing - the staff were kind and patient and Dr. Randhawa went above and beyond - he even performed the cleaning on my teeth because he wasn't busy with other patients. I had a checkup, cleaning and extraction done. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone not 100% loving their current dentist.

From the first time, my boyfriend had to go there for getting teeth pulled. It's been an amazing experience. Everyone there is so helpful, and listen to what you need. I personally started going here for my own dental issues, and I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist, and kingsway has made me feel more relaxed than anywhere that I have gone to.

I highly recommend! Got a root canal and everything went fantastic. Doc had me out in less than an hour and the best part is I didn’t feel a thing!

There are a few Kingsway Dental (something) in the mall, this one is behind the Tim Hortons on the 2nd floor - not the one in front of HBC on the 1st floor.

Dr. Ferguson and his team were amazing with my child! They made sure he was comfortable and explained what they were doing during exam and hygiene. I highly recommend them!

Had a cleaning done 4/09/21 and it was fantastic! Normally I'm very apprehensive about ANYthing dental, but Laura was fantastic! Put me at ease, was polite, funny and didn't make me feel bad about gripping the chair so hard or always trying to close my mouth. (Did I mention I hate dental work of any kind?) 10/10 - Would go again. Thanks Dental Choice!

I have been visiting this location for regular exams.and cleanings for the past 3-4 years. My past hygeniest's name was Amy; my most recent hygeniest was someone else. Both hygeniests were thorough with their cleanings and some hygeniests are more or less talkative than others yet, to my knowledge, have been able to answer questions about such things as periodontitus.

They can and have suggested gentler mouth wash products that are not typically seen on convenience store shelves. The staff here make it a point to schedule regular cleanings, at least bi-annually, and will tell you of the state of things going on inside your mouth as a-matter-of-fact and will suggest at home routines to keep teeth in fair condition until the next cleaning. They might ask if you would consider braces such as Invisalign and might suggest ways in which coverage may be obtained.

As for the office itself, it was always as bright as their walls with some art hanging behind the desk, and clean, with small offshoot areas that are not so much actual rooms with doors, some do have doors, perhaps a few. Ceiling here is high with flat screen TVs and posters to assure the comfort of their clients. Reception area is usually tidy with a few magazines on the table and a water dispenser nearest the door. Although this office is small, in comparison, to some dental offices in this city, I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see an appointed hygeniest.

The only downside is the location; it can be hard to find for 1st time visitors to Kingsway mall: It is a sharp right turn from the 2nd floor elevators down a somewhat narrow but quiet hallway. The door itself is a tad difficult to open for those with less arm strength.

Great experience, amazing stuff and atmosphere from the moment You walk in. My 7 year old had filling done today by Dr. Ferguson and his assistant Kendra who went far and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. They managed to do it without any freezing and in a quick time frame. My child left with a smile on his face and already willing to come back. Highly recommended:)

Dr. Ferguson and the team at Kingsway Dental Choice are phenomenal.
The front team are friendly and knowledgable about the office and services offered. They answered all of my appointment booking questions and were able to find a date and time that worked for me, even when I had to reschedule.
The back of house team was friendly, efficient and kept things moving at just the right pace.
Dr. Ferguson was exactly the type of person I want as part of my health care team. He listened to my concerns and questions and gave me the information I needed. He provided the available treatment options and suggested those options that would make sense and be beneficial in the long term.

Dr. Ferguson and the nurse who helped with my fillings (Sorry I forgot your name) were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and very welcoming. I was nervous going in and they both comforted me and got me through my procedure. They were some of the best dental professionals I've ever come across. Everyone down to the front desk staff were very nice and understanding. Would 100% recommend.

I haven't been to the dentist in over 9 years, and I was so incredibly scared to go again. When I say the staff here were so understanding of my situation and very professional I mean it. They kept everything light hearted and made me smile the whole time. Even with negative news I felt like I was in good hands. They will be my regular dentist from now on for sure. I never thought I'd feel different about the dentist, but this office changed my perspective in just one trip.

Same day appointment for an extraction, expected a long and grueling ordeal, but the Dr said he was done before I thought he started

Back to my favorite dental place, only to find out Dr Steven Rich no longer works there and Ashlee is no where to be found. They knew everything about me & my son's dental. Today, the receptionists were just rude and had no idea about what I was talking about. So much for that call back It's very important and crucial for my son to get his braces for his over bite. Trying to explain made me feel unwanted there. Snobby receptionists. We want Ashlee & Dr Ritch back. We will be looking for another dentist if they don't get on the ball asap for my son.

Excellent Service and overly satisfied, Marissa, the receptionist at the front desk was amazingly caring for her customers and was very helpful, she has given an adequate information and took care of all the billing and coverage. Without her help, I wouldn’t know the procedure or manage as I’m new to Canada. Despite having tight schedule, she was able to book me conveniently on the day I was available. I love her so much. I would definitely recommend friends and families here at Kingsway dental choice.

If I could give them more that 5 stars I would. Dr. Ferguson is the best dentist I have been to ever, and they are all so accommodating. I called in one morning with extreme tooth pain and I was in the chair an hour later. I have never had a dentist do that or explained what was happening and why I needed to do the prescribed treatment, Dr. Ferguson made it easy to understand. Best dentistry office in the city. I won't go anywhere else.

Pretty great. I had a five year lag on dental care before deciding to get a bunch of stuff looked at. Everyone was quite understanding, not at all judgemental, and just worked to take care of the necessary treatments.

I would probably recommend this office over a MegaDental place with ten chairs or whatever, if only because the care is much more personalized at a place like this. Your team is your team from start to finish. And it is a good team.

Of that team, Doc Ferguson is an artist with the sedation and the drill. Maddie is as cute as a button and smart as a whip too. 10/10, that one.

Since me regular dentist is on sabbatical, I decided to go to doctor Ferguson, because I met him before when he briefly worked at my regular doctor's office. A filling fell out of my fang and needs to be urgently replaced. I communicated this all to Dr. Ferguson but he focused on the lengthy examination, including poking in my ears, checking my jaw, sinuses and throat. I did not ask for it, and I did not need it, but this is what was done and charged for. After more than and hour and a half, I walked out of your office with no tooth fixed, only a large bill (paid partially by insurance). I am upset that I was not told about this lengthy examination, and that no work was done. I feel cheated. I should be told what will take place, what your policy requires (?) BEFORE, so I could make a decision then. I am not going back.
