Pretty quick turnaround when I need my flukes calibrated, people are nice to deal with good customer service

My company uses them for all our calibration and I see why. Excellent service, quick turnaround and kept me informed, by letting me know my manometer was not repairable I was able to order a new one and limit down time. Both meters were returned in excellent shape.

I'm an instrument mechanic in oil and gas. Over the years I've dealt with several local companies, and honestly, none of them are terrible. However, once I decided to give Kingsway a try for my equipment calibration, I was really impressed by how easy and friendly they are to deal with. My equipment has always been ready when they said, and often sooner, so that makes one less thing I have to worry about. Worth every penny in my opinion.
