Last night driving home from work I blew a tire on the Henday. Once I was pulled over safely o called Ford Roadsode Assistance and they quickly dispatched Kingsway Towing. I knew that I was in for a wait with it being 6 pm on a Friday in the summer! Dispatch called me right away, we verified my location and then I waited. The tow truck arrived exactly as promised. The gentleman (who’s name I do not recall as it was not top of mind) was such a professional. He had it done in less than 10 minutes and I was happily on my way! Thank you!

Amazing people I was so distressed and they answered my call right away and had a wonderful person show up to unlock my car. They really helped make my day go smoothly after my silly morning. I now have them on speed dial and will use them for everything but hopefully not often lol. High 5 guys we need more of you in this crazy world

Quick and reliable. Came to impound lot when it turned out my car was towed from the street. Pricing rate could be better, but they didn't charge me the whole distance to the impound which was nice

Historically I've used Kingsway Towing a handful of times. But recently I had a stressful and difficult situation involving an abandoned vehicle on my property. I called Kingsway Towing and spoke with Judy. Judy was amazing. She was very friendly and patient with me, and welcomed my multiple questions. Judy was helpful and came to the rescue. She's my hero - great job, Judy!

Very prompt service, came within 25 mins on a Sunday afternoon. These guys know you're never having a good day when you have to call them, so I was very happy to have great customer service from Noah. He was friendly, positive, and professional and gave me his full attention while finishing the job quickly. Thanks for bailing me out!

Paid $210 for a service that was not completed properly. Vehicle dropped off at the wrong location. Wrong name, wrong address. Keys could not be left as there was no Dropbox at this shop. I was not informed that keys could not be left. I was left to track down my vehicle. Contacted Kingsway towing and they were incredibly dismissive. Extremely poor customer service. No offer at compensation.

When vehicle was dropped off at the correct location I received no call back from Kingsway as they said they would. The shop informed me that they now had my car.

Such mishaps should not happen and customers should be informed of situations where keys cannot be left.

No one wants to receive a message saying “your car of keys are not at our shop”

Absolutely ridiculous

I had my car vandalized, which required a full lift. I have a little Suzuki hatchback, so it can be a bit hard to get underneath, being that its so low. Not to mention that its got little plastic pieces everywhere, which love to break when it's cold! My truck operator, Olivier, was nothing short of careful and amazing! He was careful with my car, and parked it beautifully! (I wish I had taken a photo, you trailer drivers would be amazed!)
Thank you for the excellent service both through booking, as well as the tow itself! Very helpful and informative team that really knows their stuff! Obviously I am not hoping for another tow, but I know who to call if I am in a pinch again!

Choose this towing company if you want to talk to their rude staffs and if you want to be overcharged and get your car damage.

Did a really good job. They were on time and were very accommodating with my request to move the car to the body shop specified.

First time I have every had to have a vehicle towed. The fellow had to put wheels on it and pull it backwards out of the garage. What a pro and so kind. I would use him again at a drop of a hat. Just sorry I did not get his name. Thank you so much!

Towed a vehicle to the wrong location, couldn't leave the keys as there was no drop box, but failed to call to notify that the keys were not dropped off.
Unapologetic and dismissive of the the entire situation. Did not offer to refund any portion of a $200+ tow or offer a voucher for a future tow. I will not be using this company again and will advise others to avoid them as well.

This is my first experience with Kingsway Towing and I have to say it was a very good first impression! I simply needed my tire pressure checked as my sensors were reading all over the place. Turns out they were out to lunch. Despite the cold weather the gentleman (Brian) that came was SO kind and friendly. Thanks for the peace of mind!

Canadian Tire roadside assistance uses Kingsway towing I needed a flat tire swapped out yesterday about 2 hours the older gentleman instead of calling came and buzzed me and went downstairs explained him where the tire was told him I had a heart condition that I couldn't help already stand around he said no problem go upstairs and take care of it so I'm watching him on my CCTV camera the guy has no idea where the spare is he goes back into his truck I assume he's Googling where the spare tire is messing around the back of my vehicle for 10 or 15 minutes finally gets it changed over instead of calling me again he leaves cuz back rings my buzzer tells me the car is done fine no problem a few hours later I go downstairs with my car seat for my kid and dam all the stuff that was in the back of my SUV is now on my back seats where the car seat gos two new tires a big socket set that dumped all over the dam place the back cover the covers cargo are all in my back seat did not put a single thing back in the meantime I have my kid in his car seat had to put them down in the snow so I can make room I've got a bloody heart condition the disk I knew about I called Kingsway towing the transfer me to someone voicemail he dose not call back so they just don't care

First time calling and what a job well done. Matt the dispatcher and Robert were so respectful, kind, and professionals. Robert even went out of his way and used his own tools to help loose the tight bolts. I Truly appreciate the help and definitely recommending to anyone needing road side assistance. Got my car stuck at a parking lot after a snowstorm and my battery wouldn't work at all so I left the car at the parking lot overnight and everyone suggested me Kingsway Towing which was such a big help! The waiting time depends but for me they got there earlier than expected and got my car back home without a problem!

I'm very impressed with how quick and friendly Kingsway Towing was! They arrived within 30 minutes when other companies were quoting us 3 hours. Thet were also $100 cheaper based on quotes from other local companies.

I had called kingsway towing yesterday to tow my jeep out of the parade and Carol Ann came and towed my jeep she did a fantastic job to towed me to Canadian tire on kingsway and they couldn't fix my jeep so I had to tow it again to londondarry dodge and carolann and Ken from kingsway took good care of me and towed my vehicle and helped my family out.kingswaytowing very professional

Amazing experience! Work truck's engine died on the highway, they came out fast, and went above and beyond to get our day rolling again! Couldn't be more happy with them!

Wow ran the wrong card, 2h late and charged me for more than was told. This was a quick job, can't believe how much work was involved in getting this done, like working with kindergarten children, 3 calls 2 email.wow.

He arrived earlier than expected and was very kind and does his job well.

I had 3 tows in one week, including two that were a large and heavy Stageline that had to be towed from a tight space to a wet grassy park and one cube van. The driver each time was Dennis. Every aspect of all three tows was done perfectly, quickly and he came exactly when he said he would. I appreciated that he took very good care of my equipment with no jerks or bounces. I can easily say that I will use Kingsway Towing completely in the future as this is the only towing company that I have ever been happy with.

Tow truck arrived quickly. Driver was polite and transported me and my vehicle to a collision shop in a courteous manner. Would use them again.

I've used Kingsway towing a couple times now and honestly they are the only company I'll be calling from now on. Fast, efficient and customer service is above and beyond! I don't remember the first gentleman's name but if you have the pleasure of getting Dennis know your in the best of hands! Also best pricing you'll find in Edmonton so just call them first don't waste your time.

This is a company I would avoid at all costs. The drivers that I have met are very friendly and welcoming and very well experience and do their job right. Dispatches are rude and disrespectful to the drivers. Unprofessional.
The issue I have with this company is the owner Ken. This individual went into the company believing it is a great way to make money without any experience with towing what so ever. He is the most ignorant, childish, disrespectful individual I have ever known. He treats his employees like dirt from what I see second hand (husband was a former tow truck operator.) Ken doesn't appreciate the work the employees put out for him to do well for the company.
Beware if you are even considering working for them and if you were to ever leave and you forget any tools you paid for out of your pocket. It will be an extreme pain to retrieve back. Even to the point you need to involve the police.

Ken is very unprofessional dealing with any situation.
I hope this review helps someone make a decision whether it's for a tow or even employment wise.

I wanted to say I was very happy with the time and service. I was already waiting 2 hours for another tow company that didn't end up coming, once we called Kingsway towing they came within half an hour. Very friendly, the tow truck driver even made sure I exited out carefully and safely before getting back in his vehicle

The driver came to our rescue on one of our colder wind blown late afternoons just after sunset. I felt badly for him. He had to lay in snow in the parking lot and get the four wheel trolley (probably it is not the right term) under the front wheels of the car. I made sure he got a tip for his heroic efforts. Thank you very much. This is not the first time I have used Kingsway Towing. Every time has been excellent service

These guys are literally terrible, got my car towed by these guys at 7: 30 pm, called them to pick it up, even though they were open at the time I called they refused to let me pick up the car, on the phone I was said they total would be 220$ and when I got there they charged me for 2 days, it hasn’t even been a full 24h since the car has been there. Honestly, these guys are just thieves, and they’re no different than those robbing people at gun point, very terrible if I could give 0 stars I would.

The driver they sent out to me Mike, was great. It never feels good when your vehicle doesn’t start but he showed up quickly and was nice and helpful. He towed me to my dealership and the whole thing took 1.5hrs. I recommend using this company.

I blew out my driver side tire this morning when I hit something in the middle of the road, I’ve never had anything like this happen before so I was pretty stressed out. I didn’t catch his name, but of the guys from kingsway towing came out (faster than expected thankfully) and was able to throw the spare on in like 5 minutes. Super appreciative of kingsway towing and their staff for saving the day.

In November 2016 I had a near-fatal car crash and my car was towed to their lot. Everyone there, from the receptionist to the owner, were extremely rude and made me pay $90 to access my personal belongings from my vehicle. I forgot to leave a bad review then, but the fact that I still remember the company name and am still haunted by the experience should speak volumes about what kind of "people" I encountered that miserable night.

Lyndon Arnell arrived with his truck within 15 minutes of my call to AMA. He was professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle's issue. He was super informative and had us on our way quickly and in good humor. If you need anyone to help you this is your guy. Thanks Lyndon, you deserve 6 stars out of 5!

Got stuck on Whyte Ave with a dead battery and a hungry baby, pouring rain. I was frantic and the operator was so sweet and patient on the phone. The truck arrived exactly at the predicted time and the guys were very friendly and helpful. It was a stressful situation and I’m so grateful for their kindness and skills!

Complaint- Nov 5,2021-Nov 6,2021. For towing and being stranded on the side of the highway from 11pm till 3: 30am when the tow truck towing my vehicle and me back to Grande prairie, broke down and we were stranded not being able to start either vehicle, freezing cold. I got my bf to pick me up from Grande prairie he arrived at 3: 30AM and the other tow truck didn't show up till 5: 30AM, to pick up my truck and another tow truck for the broke down tow truck.if it wasn't for my bf picking me up at 3: 30AM, I would have been stranded on the highway from 11pm-5: 30am with no heat, thankfully it wasn't -40 out. The tow truck didn't get my truck back to Grande prairie till 8: 30AM Saturday Nov. 6,2021. They charged me $311.64 still because I was over my KMS thru AMA, technically it should have been 1 tow till we broke down and a second tow for the second tow from where we broke down to Grande prairie, also charging me $311.64 is ridiculous for being stranded on the highway and having to pay for fuel for a ride to pick me up. WORST COMPANY EVER, the lady I spoke to said she couldn't do anything about it and i have to pay the tow bill and she explained sorry but we had to pay to have two tow trucks come out, well that's not my problem its called a business, very unprofessional and expensive. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM EVER TO ANYONE! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but had to be able to post.

A HUGE shoutout to Lisa and Chris! My car started dying on me while I was in the middle lane on the Henday during rush hour yesterday afternoon at 5 PM. I was in a dangerous spot on the Henday and when I called Kingsway Towing it was going to be a 90 minute wait. THANKFULLY Lisa was able to get Chris out to me in about 45 minutes! Thank you so much for your quick response and getting me and my car out of harms way!

Our driver was excellent. He was there before the estimated wait time and had our truck up and running within minutes. He was friendly, professional, and worked safely and also carefully, as to not damage the vehicle. He also made sure that we had all the info we needed to obtain a copy of the invoice the next business day.

We had a major malfunction happen with our travel trailer and had to have it hauled via a flat deck to a shop. Two drivers, Carlos and Scott, attended and they were fantastic. They were early, personable, efficient, professional, and highly skilled at moving their vehicles, which were moving our vehicle, around. Huge thanks to them both for their work in relieving a ton of stress.

I work at a company, and there was a driver being very unprofessional and rude for no reason. He towed in a vehicle for a customer and came in and complained to us about how we run things. And trying to tell us how to do our jobs when it’s clearly none of his business. He’s a tow truck driver and he should be doing his job he doesn’t understand how things work here. I’d highly recommend other companies!

My son was in an accident with his car and it was in-operable. We gave Kingsway Towing a call and they were prompt to come retrieve it. The driver was very professional and was very compassionate to all involved. I would use them again.

Car towed from hospital. Unable to get it as they close at 7pm. Was there right at 8am the next day when they opened. They were going to charge 320.00 (were charging me an extra 50 dollars for a second day). Totally money hungry they don't need to do this, especially during a time when everyone is suffering. The fee is ridiculous. I briefly spoke with one guy there who knocked off the one day and expected me to be thankful for it. I shouldn't have been charged a second day to begin with. Shame on you guys. The attitude from the woman at the front was highly undesirable as well. I'm sure there's some good people that work there but no one I interacted with.

I called AMA and they sent Kingsway towing. Dennis was so nice and knew exactly what he was doing. He had the truck hooked up and towed in no time. An absolute pleasure.

Screw towing companies in general but these guys specifically were hired to tow my car from my own parkade and rather than move it to the next floor during cleaning they decided to move it to the other side of the city.

I was really happy with the service I got I accidently locked my keys in my car and I had to start work in less then a hour. I tried calling AMA and they weren't helpful at all and wouldn't help me because I wasn't a member. I was downtown and the guy got there right away and got my door unlocked I was stressing so much and was just so happy to have it resolved without the hassle AMA was giving me.

Harmful experience. Staff might be good but the nature of business in not good at all times. They lifted my car from a parkade with legal parking spot for residents. They charged a hell of amount. Also no one informed on Sunday that these guys picked up my vehicle. A loss of a full day, and energy plus it mounted great level of frustration in this pandemic situation.

Our condominium has used Kingsway for the past several years, for scheduled and as needed towing services. We've had various drivers, and all have been excellent: prompt, friendly, polite, very fast but very cautious work practices.
The office staff are also friendly. And very organized!
Today Scot (#87), Alex (#64) and Carlos (#98) did the scheduled towing and it was a true pleasure to work with them. They made a point of asking if we had any specific requests and I can NOT believe how fast they moved, and how careful they were. Especially with a few vehicles that were parked in awkward positions.

All caught in a bind, but Scott (driver 87) did a stand up job and did us a tremendous was Incredibly helpful, punctual and considerate! ONE HUNDRED RECOMMEND

I woke up this morning to a slow leak that had turned into a tire flat on its rim. AMA was quoting 2 days to come out and Kingsway towing was able to be there in less than 2 hours. My driver mike was amazing and even with a stubborn air compressor due to the cold weather stuck with it for 30 min in -43C to get my tire filled so I could use my vehicle!

Had a battery boost by Kingsway Towing. The service was fast and reliable. The staff who dealt with my service from order taking to service delivery was friendly and assuring!

Big thanks to Scottie today, he was very helped and took the time to answers all my questions, as I was pretty upset with my pretty new car decide to not start anymore (apparently starter problems). Very professional and helpful, especially that my car was underground parking and had to be towed from there.
