I recently visited this location due to someone backing into my car. Doris on the phone is always very helpful and answers all my questions. Jackie and Rachel were both friendly and wonderful to work with which made it a very good experience. The body shop manager Ali was a also wonderful to work with. I recommend this highly knowledgeable body shop to my friends and family. They will take care of all your needs!

I had to fill up my left rear tire with air. I was 7 minutes away and spike to Rachel. She said it wouldn't be a problem. I got there, and the technician checked/ filled all of the tires. Awesome service

They got my car fixed after 2 months of delays.most completely outside their control. I did have a few issues which were addressed to my satisfaction. I would go back.

Just awful to deal with. Booked a week in advance so they could get parts and then it still took over a day to fix a mirror and a wiper. The service was bad. I wont get anything done there again

The guys really did a nice job in repairing my truck very happy with it I did buy a paint pen for them to paint the little chip I got from a rock but they missed that. Rachel is a very nice lady it can't be an easy job telling people how much it's going to cost to fix I know when she told me it crushed my soul.but she's a real nice lady and those are best to make everything go as smooth as possible on his painless as possible. There are plenty of doctors out there who could learn a lot from her bedside manner LOL.

I have my car repaired at this shop. Very friendly staff and my car was repaired like new. Doris was great and handled my rental for me. Rachel took care of my insurance claims and got my car cleaned when it is ready. Shane the Manager was communicating with me on the status of the repair. I felt like I was well taken care of. Highly recommended repair shop.

Came in to get a door skin fixed on a 2019 RAV4 because it was damaged due to strong wind blowing it open. Issue was documented with photos, clearly described, and I was assured the issue was fixed.

Not only was the issue not fixed, the service manager would not take responsibility of the advisors doing a false diagnosis. Diagnosis was done wrong, the wrong part was replaced to no effect, and I was charged for it. I was quoted $350. To remedy the issue, I was now being told by the service manager this would be significantly more.

What I asked for: quote to fix a stretched door skin, damaged door stop
What I got: parts thrown at the issue with no resolution (which I paid for). Wrong diagnosis. Blame on the customer backtracking previous discussions, and bait and switch and no accountability.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Customer beware!

The folks here are so helpful and provide amazing customer service. The work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and was very well done. They also made dealing with insurance a breeze! I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in need of repairs.

If I could give less than one star I would.they wasted my time with a hire to turn around and decide they couldnt do it.so with that I lost it on a potientally long lasting job through other interviews because of Shane's lack of ability to manage.good luck to those who work there I can now see why your ratings are so low

They painted my lexus and fixed a scrape down the side. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone that wants fast and efficient work. A1 work thanks guys.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The front receptionist Doris, and the Collision Centre Manager, Shane Shennan were so lovely to interact with. Shane went above and beyond in helping solve a missing/broken fuel door hinge. I am grateful to Shane for taking time and effort out of his day to solve a seemingly small but wildly inconvenient issue with my vehicle. Thank you, Thank you Thank you!

Excellent work repairing my 2017 tundra that was rear ended. Even properly spaced out the rear bumper. They even help ensure that I got the interior cleaned right as there had been coffee spattered everywhere. Thanks again!

Had to wait 30 minutes longer for the shuttle than I was told. However, there service was otherwise excellent.

I had an amazing experience getting my car fixed here. They are very organized and got my car fixed the day before they initially said it would be ready. The quality of the repair was exceptional. The manager and front desk team provided excellent service. I definitely recommend their service to anyone in need of collision repair.

Excellent customer service and my issue going there was completely my error and they treated me like this error was very common, so I was not embarrassed. Hats off to Jas,? I have forgotten his name apologies. But he was WONDERFUL.

I found them to be really consistent with their workmanship and excellent customer service. The receptionist Dory is always approachable and Shane always keeps me an update on what to expect and what i am expecting with the work that is being done to my vehicle. He can accommodate request as long as THEY CAN. There are still room for improvement but generally they handle their customer well. The key here is communicate with them well. There are no dumb questions. Ask if needed or not clear to you so as not to fail any expectations which i found most of the reviews here that give them low score. And don't get me started with because i just got lucky in my first visit here. I've been here thrice in the last 6 years because of some repair work and now decided to write a review so this is 6 years in the making!

Just picked up my car. Looks nicely clean and detailed and repair at first look looks fabulous. It looks like a 10 and I brought it looking like a 6-7/10. Thanks!

This location does the sloppiest repairs possible. The manager doesn't care about customer satisfaction and only wants money. They never take responsibility over their mistakes and if you get a repair from this terrible location, make sure to check every part of your car to seek out the other hidden mistakes that this location loves to make.

If you're referred to this or a different repair shop through an insurance company, do not EVER choose this location. Bad receptions, bad manager, bad service.

Had 2 vehicles repaired here, staff and manager were friendly, accommodating and thorough. They do what they say, and get it done when they say. They kept me up to date if something changed or would take longer. The mechanics, body repairmen and service personnel are professional and take pride in their craft. Very experienced in all makes and models. It is amazing with the volume of daily work they have, to see such team work and meticulous organization. Very happy with the service and friendliness.

WORST place to get your car fixed, the "manager" was rude. My experience was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. 10/10 i do not recommend.
