After experiencing truck problems on our Christmas travels, I called and August told me to bring the truck right in and when there technician was available he would look at it. After discovering parts were almost a week away, August helped us come up with an alternative plan even though it meant her and Danny would have to work late. I bought a new to me 2018 gmc serria 1500 Denali (l86), from used car dealer in town who was great to work with. However right away I noticed my truck was consuming a lot of oil, turns out a common issue is bad piston rings.

Thankfully Kipp Scott helped me jump through the hoops in order to collect enough data to have warranty approve a motor rebuild! It's unfortunate when issues like this happen, but having warranty (not gm, it was third party) and a shop there to help like the team at kipp Scott made me have a little more faith in dealers.

I have to give a shout out to Matt in the service department, he went out of his way multiple times to ensure things went as smoothly as possible despite multiple hoops to jump through for a couple months.

I recently purchased a new Cadillac and the salesperson that helped me was Rohan. Rohan went out of his way to make my experience as wonderful as it was. I felt Kipp Scott went out of their way to help me in my purchase as a whole. I was thrilled with the service and environment. Not only was Rohan kind and considerate, Robin, at the front desk was the icing on the cake. What wonderful staff! I am glad I switched my dealer and brand of vehicle. I look forward to driving my new whip!

I've bought 4 Cadillacs here Maby 5 the last ATS I bought the screen stopped working because these dainty Cadillacs can't be left out in the cold so now I have a caddilac that does not play music wish I bought a ford!

Booking in our truck for service was a breeze. They’re very professional and friendly. The whole process of night dropping the truck off was a unique experience which they’re new key drop machine. Communication along every part of the way was borderline over the top but not quite. The inspection of the truck and report back with a quote for work to be done was speedy and efficient. We are waiting for parts but that is no one’s fault. So far we are very happy with our experience at Kipp Scott.

Saw many other GMC dealers this past week in central/northern Alberta and one were as good as Kipp Scott. Some places didn’t even come out to talk to me. One place asked what I was looking for and I had a list. I also said I didn’t want white and didn’t love chrome. So they brought out a white truck full of chrome. Kipp Scott brought out the truck that had everything I wanted. They gave me a fair trade on my old one and really went out of their way to make me happy. Ask for Adriaan and you will be in good hands.

I would say this is one of the best auto dealerships in Central Alberta. The service department is second to none!

Had a VERY poor experience recently. I was quoted $125 dollars for Kipp Scott to install the mud flaps I purchased and they added on an extra $38.00 in "Shop Supplies" after they were installed on the truck. For What? ? ? All the mounting hardware came with the flaps! They added roughly 30% to the quoted labor price and then told me I was mistaken. That I would have been informed before hand so it would have been my error, not there's. To top it all off.they're not even straight. Every mud flap on the truck is toe'd in. Honestly I just feel ripped off! If I had it to do over, I would NEVER have considered Kipp Scott.

Once your vehicle is in for service, they do a really great job. Trying to get anyone to call you back is next to impossible at this dealership until you complain. We have had the same issue all three times that we have had to book in a vehicle for service with no one returning calls. We will not buy a vehicle at this specific dealership again based on their service / customer service.

I have been going to Kipp Scott for years for my oil changes and maintenance needs. I’m always greeted with happy friendly service and the price is always on point. I recently got new all weather tires put on and got a wheel alignment so my vehicle is ready for safe winter driving!

I went for the $50 oil change and was expecting a bunch of upselling but that didn’t happen instead they showed me my tire and how dangerous it was to be driving on it. I was planning on high way driving after that oil change and instead went and picked up a new tire. The “tire guys” confirmed how bad my tire was. I will be going back to Kipp Scott for sure. It was great friendly service.

Took in our vehicle to change to our winter tires and get an oil change. (Yes! They do that! You can buy your tires there, as well!) Ours are on rims, so it literally took less then half an hour to get it done. We had no wait time to use the express lanes. They were happy to help us with purchasing a spare tire. Excellent service! The technician talked us through the maintenance needs, easy payment and we were good to go. Love Kipp Scott!

Recently purchased a Cadillac from this location. I dealt with Rohan in sales. Truly can't say enough about how smooth the transaction went. Rohan was very informative, got me the price I wanted, and helped me setup my Oncall and Bluetooth upon delivery. To top it all off, he even gifted me with a $100 Cadillac jacket! I dealt with Whitney in finance. True definition of a pro. I didn't feel pressured and genuinely felt like she had my best interest at heart. I will definitely be purchasing again from this location in the future!

Front desk employee was approachable, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. When servicing the vehicle for an oil change, tires where rotated, air and windshield washer fluid topped up. Very efficient and Timely staff, didn’t try to sell anything “extra”.

Johnny and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Having an emergency repair needed on my truck, everyone at Kipp Scott was professional and extremely helpful. Excellent service. Have had my oil changed multiple times at this location. All the staff are friendly and treat you as if you are the only customer in the place.

I took my 04 Silverado in to have the gauge cluster replace. Pat in the parts department was great to deal with, he kept me up to date when ordering the cluster, gave me an accurate price and answered all my questions.
August in the service department was incredible, she let me know that the shop was extremely busy and she kept me posted on when it got into the shop and when she expected it to be finished.
Dustin in the shop did a great job and had it done faster than anticipated. They even checked my wheel alignment and let me know the last shop I went to didn’t set it right.

We were out of Province visiting family with our GMC Canyon. Some sort of squishy and sometimes scraping sound coming from the front drive differential/driveshaft. Called Kipp Scott and they got us in the next day.

They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and provided us great info and options on a few other minor issues discovered during their full inspection.

Had us back on the road by mid afternoon. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I would not hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them.

I went in expecting a bill close to a grand. Instead, I was so impressed with their honesty! Another shop had listed a bunch of maintenance/fixes that my vehicle required but they looked into each deciding that they were so minor it was completely unnecessary and didn’t even charge me for looking into it! Well this is long overdue. I bought my truck in 2019 from kipp scott. Within a couple months we referred someone to buy a vehicle from there. With there referral program youre supposed to get a referral bonus… never did receive that.
Within the last month i had the truck in the have the front end looked at because it was sounding rough and loose. Truck was returned with “no issues”. It was still on warranty at the time. And just so happens to not be under warranty anymore.
Well I haven’t made it to my next oil change and the ball joints are shot in the front end and will be need replacement right away.
Wont be bringing the truck back unless necessary.

Brought my car in for a repair. Was given a diagnosis and options to repair. I was happy that I was given the option to use after market parts at a cheaper price or to stay OEM. There was some fitment issues and was contacted again and given more options. Repair was completed and happy with the honesty and service provided.

Excellent service! The young lady at the front counter was a delight to deal with, and the SUV was in perfect condition. Rates were extremely fair! I would rent a vehicle from them again - no hesitation!

I was in need of an oil change on my Ford Explorer. Usually I do it at home myself but this time I didn’t have time to get it done so I was intending on just taking it to a jiffy lube or somewhere like that. After I went to the closest Jiffy lube they told me it would be a 20 minute wait. So I said no thanks and went over to Kipp Scott’s quick lube.

I got right in, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I was in and out of their in probably less then 20 minutes. Not only was I impressed with all that but their oil change for a full synthetic service was only $50! I highly recommend going here for any quick service needs.

Great service team that never tries to oversell you on the services you need and are very competitive with their pricing.

Great customer service, prices are out to lunch. Oil filter for GM duramax here is $26, in Lacombe it is $9.same ac delco filter, one dealership is more honestly priced than the other.

I went in for an oil change (paid half what I do at the quick oil change places) and they found two mistakes that were supposed to have been fixed by another dealership in town and they were still leaking! Needless to say I will be go to Kipp Scott from now on, stay classy Alberta.

I had an issue with my truck I was travelling for work and I stopped in at Kipp Scott GMC and talked to August, she was fantastic to deal with! My family and I are always treated great when we bring are car to Kipp Scott. They never try to sell us things we don't need. The service is always quick and with friendly service personnel!

I was treated great from the moment I drove into the service bay. The attendant was friendly and helpful and I was provided a vehicle to use while my Sierra 1500 was in for service. Unfortunately this is my 5th visit to address the transmission issues on my 2019 Denali of which it again has not received repair. Transmission continues to slip and vehicle lurches on occasion shifting from reverse into drive. Best recommendation provided by Kipp Scott was to invest in a brand new truck instead. I would love to provide more than one star for the people I dealt with unfortunately there were no noted improvements on my vehicle so I left disappointed again.

Kipp Scott promises the world when you are buying a new Cadillac for 100 thousand. When you go back 35000 km later because the chrome is green and pitted the girls in the service department tell you how you should polish your vehicle. I would never buy another vehicle there.

I come to Kipp Scott to get my oil changed, it is the only place I’ll go! Quick, friendly, and affordable how can you go wrong!

I took my car in for a seasonal service check which I thought it included a oil change because that is what I initial asked for.
However t, the lady on the phone convinced me to get the seasonal service check for 89.95.
The lady on the phone never told me it was going to be an addional cost for an oil change on top of the seasonal service.
Also, I asked for them to take a look at something for me for an estimate to fix also was not told that this would be an additional cost.
So when I got my bill I was shocked and all I got was an apology when I phoned to complain.
Not happy!
