Mike went beyond the call of duty, having lost my hearing aids on the farm, he provided me with a new set on a Saturday! The service was an absolute eyeopener. I had no idea that the hearing aid business was as "ruthless" and "misleading" as it is, I was suspicious, however my meeting with Mike confirmed my suspicions! I had been sensitive from day one that my previous audiologists were more interested in upselling me on a product that I did not need. Mike's approach was buy what you need to accommodate the environment you live in. He saved me A LOT of money! In addition he explained my hearing condition in a manner that was super easy to understand. You will not find a better, more sincere and knowledgeable audiologist in Calgary. Thank you MIke.

I've been there today and was taken care of even without a booked appointment. I was panicking because my hearing aids wasn't working and it turned out to be a small thing.
They were nice and caring. I would be coming back again.

I was having trouble with my outdated and undermaintained hear aids. Since the people I had purchased them from had retired I took them to the company that had bought their business. I was told there was nothing that could be done. I would have to purchase new hearing aids. After a few more months of tormenting my wife and family, it was STRONGLY suggested to me to get a second opinion and buy new if the hearing aids couldn’t be repaired. I saw Mikes ad and since I had bought the hearing aids from his sister I decided to give him a try. Although he was busy, he fit me in at noon. I sat with him through his lunch break and walked out of his office one hour later with a repaired (like new condition) pair of hearing aids. His friendly caring attitude along with his knowledge and expertise were next to none. I will be highly recommending him to my hearing impaired friends and anyone else I meet in need of hearing protection or hearing improvement. Mike, my wife and family can’t thank you enough.

Mike is a true customer service person at heart. Will always jump through hoops to see the customer being looked after.

My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Mike for the excellent service. He has exceptional knowledge in the field of audiology and was extremely informative with every aspect of getting acquainted with our new hearing aids. With the aging process, we our very grateful to experience the new world of sound. Great to take our walks and hear a variety of enhanced sounds like hearing the birds sing and it was nice to hear the childrens' laughter in the park. I was having such trouble hearing, however the place where I bought my hearing aids became under new management and they were actually of little help to me. I was desperate as I had an important event coming up. I heard about Mike and was assured he could fix the issue with my hearing aids and indeed, he DID!

We have gone to see Mike at Kirkys Acoustix.
I honestly don’t even have the proper words to describe Mike as He is the most fantastic professional I have ever met in my life. No joke. I literally have never met someone so passionate about their career and so compassionate towards human beings and you can tell his eyes just sparkle with delight when he has made someone happy. I believe that’s his only goal. He met with us on New Years Eve Day and spent hours testing, filling our brain with knowledge that we never new and my hubby walked out with a Demo pair of hearing aids. His tinnitus was so bad and obviously as said before he was beside himself for loosing the other one.
For him to walk out hearing and with just some hope that everything is going to be ok has been restored. Mike at Kirkys Acoustix went above and beyond what we could even imagine in one day. He said the most important thing to do is find what works perfect for my hubby so he has another 2 demos for him to try before we pick. He told us not to even worry about finances that we will work something out that is good for everyone. I highly recommend Mike He made my hubby smile and that was really nice to see after the whole situation of loosing it.
