I shopped around for a bike policy dealt with a ton of brokerages Klondike is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with by far!

The service is excellent, I have 4 vehicles, including a motorcycle and house insurance with them. I needed last minute insurance for a corporate event and the turn around time was great and everything was done in a timely matter. They are always fair and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

My fiancé call asking for a quote for commercial insurance. He was quoted $6500 for the year then when he said yes he like to get the insurance. He canceled his insurance with cooperators. Then they called back and said now it is over $8000. The insurance company is not honest and we had trouble getting a hold of them. We called and emailed and we were told that our agent will call us back. She did not call us back until day or two later.

Klondike has helped me and my family over this past year with changing over all of our insurance with ease. They also saved us a lot of money! The service is amazing and the staff are so kind! Kudos to the team and also to Rachel who has been assisting us this past year! Thanks team!

Called in asking requesting some snowbike insurance. Candace helped me out and was able to set everything up remotely very quickly. Great service and we highly recommend this company.

Haven't received my quotes in two weeks, my calls and emails to Candace aren't being returned and I'm feeling pretty frustrated.

Calling back, I was sent to a new agent to do new quotes from scratch.

I cannot express how thankful I am to Klondike for helping me get my insurance so quickly. First off, I was on hold with my current insurer for 2 hrs to speak with someone. Their quote was more expensive. If I took it, I was going to have to wait to get my papers another day and wait to pick up my vehicle. NOT WITH KLONDIKE! I received a better price, way better service and I got my insurance that day and was able to pick up my vehicle that day. So a BIG THANK YOU!

After moving my policies from Brokerlink to Klondike I am absolutely shocked by their service. They are not looking out for your best interests folks and I HIGHLY recommend using another broker. These people do not care.

I had a car that got hit (I wasn't at fault). They undervalued my car and tried to write it off. It was appraised independently at twice the value they offered me. It sat at the autobody shop parking lot for almost a year while I recovered from the accident. They then said because it was sitting there so long, it cost them too much and they wouldn't cover the repairs. The car was one of 1,200 ever sold in North America.

I needed to change motorcycle insurance to a new bike and it was done in 10 minutes and emailed.

Inquired about life insurance 3 weeks ago. Was told I would get a quote shortly. Never got a quote from Candace. Called a few days later and still no quote. Called back 2 weeks later to see what was up and was told to leave another voice mail with my concers. (Which I've done 3+ times already)

I told them I would find another insurance company. They really don't seem interested in taking my money.

They are price gouging now. Tried jacking my rate $150 more with a clean record lol. Use to be a good company, but now it seems everyone is trying to make a quick buck. Guess I will take my business somewhere else. As I am writing this I have already been quoted a way better rate, and terms from another company.

Maria is fantastic to work with. I love having one person looking after my various insurance needs. Klondike has gone out of their way to get my coverage set up, including working a few minutes late one day to make sure I could get registration done the same day. If you want to breathe easy, know that you have the correct insurance you require, and personal support when the unexpected does happen, these are the people to talk to. Started with my motorcycle insurance years ago and since then I have migrated all my policies over to their care.

Called in to cancel my insurance after selling my bike. Never got anything back in terms of paper work. I get charged for the following year's insurance, call them and send in documentation to support my cancellation.they sent it in and then after tell me it was the wrong documentation and I still have to pay. I tried sending in the proper paper work but they said I've already sent in the wrong paper work and that its too late. Should they not be working for their customers instead of slamming the door on their face with a big bill that was clearly a mistake?

Having insurance for many many years and dealing with multiple companies, i, by far like dealing with Klondike Insurance! I normally deal with Melanie but i have also worked with Janet if Melanie was busy. They are both awesome awesome awesome to deal with! Best prices that i could find and I do shop around ALOT!

I use Klondike Insurance for my company's general liability insurance and for personal motorcycle insurance. Both policies were very affordable, but what has been more valuable to me is that any time I need a change or update or copy of the certificate it's quick and easy. Kudos to Betty Jo, Larry and Marianne - you have a customer for life.

The change my billing date every month. Never had an accident but my rate always goes up. Asked them why and they got rude with me. Would not recommend. Just went looking for better insurance company and for a rate $51 less.

I have had auto insurance with Klondike for over 10 years. My policy was supposed to renew in August. When I got my renewal letter I had noticed it went up about about $50/month so I called to inquire as my driving record was good. Big mistake - but also a good one. Turns out my policy was wrong and had incorrect information on file due to the fact that I shared a vehicle with my father (he cannot afford a vehicle so at the time I bought one to share, which has changed recently since I moved) either way, I was informed very rudely that it was wrong and now my premium went up $120/month (I take ownership of the fact I was ignorantly thinking it was right). The woman that I dealt with on the phone is part of the reason why not only will I never use Klondike insurance again, I have also told my friends that use them to go elsewhereanelsewhere and each one of them is looking. TD insurance has great rates and the best part is they aren't rude and do not treat you like a criminal. I am not well versed in insurance, I assumed it was correct and that the people I had dealt with knew what they were doing and were advising me correctly. To be treated the way I was was just sickening. Please if you are looking for insurance go anywhere else. Rude companies do not deserve our hard earned cash.

You won't find a better place to get your motorcycle insured. Livia is the most amazing insurnace agent. This will be my 4th bike I've insured with Klondyke.

Very unprofessional company as a whole. If your broker isn't in might as well hang up and try another day as the information you receive will 99% be inaccurate leaving the consumer high and dry.

I was with Klondike Insurance from 2013-2018. If I ever need insurance again, I will definitely contact them first. In all 5 years with them, my experience has always been great. Prompt answers to calls and emails. I have recommended them to a few people as well. All in all, great service!

Have been dealing with Patti and Betty Joe for many years now. Have had virtually no problems requiring any assistance until yesterday. My son was involved in an accident and luckily he was not at fault. I required assistance asap! Patti and Betty Joe responded right away and I received all the help I required to solve my problems.
