I primarily use KMS for welding supplies, and the staff are accommodating and knowledgeable

Everyone was and is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
I feel very welcome. I’ll be back!

Entire staff seems to be mentally handicapped. Bought a product, was missing parts out of the package, was unable to process a refund at the front desk after a 30 minute wait. No communication amongst employees and was treated rudely for trying to return a faulty product.
Would not recommend.

Very nice layout in the new location, some great products on sale these days and knowledgeable staff if questions arise. The new location is easier to access than the previous store on the west side of Highway 2. Definitely will be back for more tools when I need them.

I would rate less than 1 star if I could. Will not ever return. My advice is to shop and spend your money ANYWHERE else

Started dealing with KMS tools since September of 2020 with a simple inquiry about plasma cutter consumables - my orders include that and more. Dealing with Owen, Jared, and Gail is always easy and straightforward. They provide quotes and information needed to make the procurement process seamless. They provide a large variety of tools for small and large shops/operations.

I've always liked KMS. Their prices are standard with other places, and when they have sales, then they're really good. But what I really like is the help and knowledge of the tools from the staff. Just today the fella at the welding counter gave me lots of excellent info, and after asking me questions about what I needed to accomplish, actually helped me potentially save a lot of money by recommending a smaller welding machine that would be better suited to my needs. They also are great at offering support for the things they sell, like finding parts or replacement battery chargers and the like, even for older tools that they no longer sell, if possible. They have easy in store pickup for online orders, and they have a really impressive selection of in-store tools as well.
Definitely a good store for anybody looking for tools of any kind.

Large variety of stuff somewhat cramped due to space limitations extremely ridiculous place to get into when you're driving friendly staff knowledgeable staff

Very friendly staff, they were very helpful even despite these Covid times. Had an online order that was taking forever to be processed. Got things figured out and even got some extra money back for the little bit of hassle. Definitely will shop there again! Thank you

The staff at the Red Deer location are fantastic! They are knowledgable, and quick to help. The staff continuously impress me with their knowledge, Owen is fantastic when it comes to help with Welding and Fabrication.

Very disappointed with the service today My cashier was Half way through ringing in my order. Phone rang so she answered it and proceeded to help the telephone customer. Left me standing there waiting for 5 to 10 min. When I finally said something She got very rude and said it was Black friday weekend and i would have to wait. I don't mind waiting my turn but to make me wait for a customer that called in Half way through my ring out it absurd. I walked out on a $400 Purchase. Will not be going back to the red deer KMS
