Knight Doors & Windows

Booked an install. Was told I'd get a call between 8: 30-9: 30 the morning of.
Never received any call and nobody showed up.
I called and asked for an update, was put on hold then told a sales Rep would call me and now towards the end of the day i never received a call back.

At the end of the day I got a phone call that the job was cancelled last week without letting me know. So I arranged alternative vehicle storage and altered my work schedule for a cancelled job.

We recently had new exterior doors installed and I can't say enough about how happy we are with the expert advise we were first given when discussing our decision to purchase them.
The color swatch that I had picked is BANG ON. The quality, workmanship and finally the installation of the doors are 100%. Being a very fussy person who strongly believes in what you pay for is what you get, Knight Doors & Windows definitely went above and beyond our expectations.

Mostly good experience. Shori was great to deal with. Just edited to say that we have found stucco broken off where one of the basement windows was installed. While I am mostly happy with the windows, the workmanship wasn't great. Probably won't recommend to anyone else.

Had some new basement windows installed. Expectations were set about delays on windows due to back orders, and concrete cutting options and time-lines. We went with what we felt comfortable with and thing went as smooth and winter and construction allows ;)

Trevor our installer was friendly, clean and did amazing work. You can tell his attention to detail.

Overall very satisfied with finished product.

We had Knight Doors & Windows put in four easement windows in our basement. Lance easily sold us on the product but also did a great job explaining the process and overcoming obstacles (created by other trades) to order and have a quality product installed. Kyle, the installer, showed up when he was supposed to, did a great job of installation, and left the place tidy. We were very happy with the transaction and happy to pay our invoice.

They aren't in it just to sell product. If it's not a window problem, they'll tell you. Honest assessment and excellent quality work.

Incompetent. We went with Knight Doors and Windows because of there positive reviews. Something has changed dramatically. From the initial contractor who botched the concrete cut for our basement windows; leaving our home in a mess, and now today, after waiting 3 months for the installation, it has been a horrible experience. The installation team showed up today without the proper materials, they left to get the right stuff and did not return. From a late arrival, til now in early afternoon, knight doors has not had the courtesy to call me and explain. Our out of town family left earlier than planned so this installation could occur today and now I’m left wondering how much longer are we going to have holes in our walls instead of windows!

Best experience ever! We met Shori at the Reno show and out of the all the other window companies that we’re there, she blew us away. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. She had been available to answer all of my questions during the whole process. We just got our windows and doors last week and had Guy and his team come out to install them. They were professional, drop clothes, garbage cans, vacuuming up as they were cutting. When we did run into an issue with the front door they gave expert advice and fixed it up and not a quick fix but quality fix that Guy said now you know it will be done correctly. We highly recommend Knight Doors and Windows for your next project!

I currently have an exterior door on order; So far I have received prompt, friendly and professional service. I even ran into a problem with my garage door and Waylon responded immediately. He took the time to come out right away (twice actually) and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them! I can’t wait to receive my door.

Knight door replaced a door in my house and it's beautiful. We had an issue with the installation which was not covered by warranty. Despite that fact, they stood by their work and their word and made it right. I really appreciate companies who go above and beyond like that and wouldn't go anywhere for a door because of that.

Our 120lb Alaskan Malamute broke one of our living room windows because he thought the mailman was actually an evil cyborg from the future that was trying to take him back to the humane society. Or at least that's what he told us. Waylon was out within a couple days to measure and order a replacement. We will be using Knight for all of our future mailman incidents.

I contacted Knight Doors & Windows last year to replace my old garage door.
The work was great.and the quality is above and beyond. That door is the nicest part of the house now
So recently i contacted them again for installing another garage door.different location.

They truly care about the work, costumer services and they are true professionals.
I wish more companies would follow the same standards.

We reached out to Knight Doors and Windows to get a quote for windows on the entire main floor, plus the patio and front door. From the initial reach out, to the final email, we had wonderful service.

Wyatt, Guillaume, and Damian were great contractors who had our windows done in less time than anticipated.

My garage door stopped working suddenly during one of the colder days. I emailed Knight Garage Doors after hours and Todd the manager replied right away. He called that night and left a message indicating that he’ll have a technician out to see us the following day. And he did!
Brian arrived early afternoon. He diagnosed and repaired the door and by 4 pm that day, we had a working garage door. He even counselled us us on not using LED bulbs in the overhead door as it interferes with its operation AND he changed the bulb. He also got our garage opener key pad working… They were not even the ones to install it which speaks to their professionalism and ethics.

We are so pleased with the quick turnaround and diligence of Knight Garage Door and their staff. Thanks again for rescuing!

I recently had some windows replaced by this company. The experience from start to finish was top notch. The sales agent, Shori, was effecient and professional, as were the installers. The windows are of a very high quality, exceeding our expectations.

We had our front picture window replaced. We now realize that it is no different than our old window. Very disappointing.

During this cold spell, our living room is no different than it was before. Must have the clear wrap to keep out the cold.

Last year, we had a huge draft in our house and could not figure out where it was until the Christmas tree came down. The guy that came and fixed it noticed that it was not sealed correctly at all.

We spent thousands on the huge window, and it provides the same protection as our old, deteriorating one that was removed.

We used Knight Doors and Windows for 2 replacement bedroom windows and a front entry door. From first contact to the last visit everything about Knight Doors & Windows was professional and timely.
Waylon was available readily to provide us with a quote.
The product arrived as promised.

My fiancé and I used Knight Doors & Windows for our rental property. We had them replace majority of the windows on the main floor and all of the basement windows. The service from beginning to end was professional. Todd met with us at his shop prior to signing the estimate to go through the quote and any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His installers were on time and faster than expected. They walked me through the home at the end of the install to ensure I was happy with everything and understood how the windows operated. I would highly recommend them!

Used this business to replace all my front windows a couple years ago. When I had issues with a window leaking they replaced it promptly. Then in July 2021 one window was smashed in a hate crime. They came out promptly, put up plywood for me, and as soon as the glass came in they replaced it.

Had a small issue with my house door. Waylon came out on a stat holiday and went above and beyond! Excellent service! Would highly recommend!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to deal with, great communication! Waylon helped us when we have had our garage door replaced, new windows installed and a double door installed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else with our doors and windows business. Installers are punctual and they do a fantastic job. Honestly I could go on and on about how wonderful they all are but I’ll stop here and just say - phenomenal company to work with! Highly recommend!

Knight Doors & Windows were very responsive and professional in all our interactions with them from quote to installation. They were very easy to interact with, personable and took the time to explain the option and process for replacing our 18 windows including cutouts. I appreciate Waylon taking the time to answer all my questions. The windows arrived ahead of estimated time, installation crew was on time and very professional and experienced. I was impressed with all interactions and the final product. I love the replacement windows and they look better than the originals.

Terrible, just terrible. 2 totally different experiences with this company. First time dealing with Todd, would have given them 6 stars. This time dealing with Lance, I'd give them zero if I could. Ordered a new storm door and front entrance door on March 24. With zero contact from Lance, I find out it's another month away!? 4 months for white storm door and a white entrance door? Unacceptable business. Go somewhere else or deal with a different sales person. I bet they'll be in touch quick, now that I want my money back!

Update- As expected, Todd jumped on the poor review within minutes. That's the kind of guy he is. Todd came through with the professionalism I experienced the first time dealing with the company. He did what he does and my doors were installed within a couple weeks. The installer, Kyle, was top notch! My original poor review was directed at the sales person with no interest in keeping his customers updated. 4 stars for Todd and his crew!

Todd came out to our place and quickly identified some options based on our need for a storm door; not only did he know his stuff cold but he took a very consultative approach in his offerings.

We were given some different options and styles and he gave us some time to think about it, and even had us out to his showroom, which was very helpful.

Their team was flexible with when to come out and the scheduling was handled very promptly and professionally.

The contractor that came out to install (Kyle) was a great guy and did an excellent job, not cutting any corners. Great job!

I worked for knight several times in the past as a painter. All their guys do great work. Todd is also a great to work for:). I know they have been in business for a long time and their customers love the service they get. I had a great experience working for them. 100% would recommend them to anyone, I pass their information to my clients all the time.

We had a middle window of a 3 section window broken on our 10 year old house and feared we wouldn't be able to match the other 2 windows when we replaced the broken one. However Todd with Knight Doors & Windows came out, measured everything up and installed the new window for us! Everything matches, even the decorative bar grids inside the 3 pane window - You cant even tell its not the original window. Service and Price was 5 Star!

After getting 4 quotes, we were happiest with price, product, and customer service after meeting with Knight. Waylon was up-front, not at all pushy, and just gave us the best vibe. Anytime we tried to get a hold of him, he was available and answered all our questions and facilitated our preference for a different interior trim than their standard style. As far as install, Knight got the job done within the timeframe we were originally quoted and did a superb job. The installers were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated. Our windows look great, and when we get our garage door replaced in the upcoming future, we definitely will call Knight first.

Knowledgeable sales people, timely install, and excellent quality products! We replaced our 7 year old door with them last week and the quality difference between the new door and the builder grade door we had is unbelievably noticeable. We have another door to replace next year and will definitely be using them again.

Previously had a garage door installed and everything was perfect. The service, the price and Todd of course, who knows everything.
Felt so comfortable that we just had 21 overhead windows installed and a new living room unit done.
Mike, Marshall and Tanner were amazing during the 4 days they were here. Punctual, polite, informative and super conscientious. Every evening everything was cleaned up perfectly. No drama, no problems just getting the job done. The windows are beautiful and We feel like we got a very fair price.

Had new garage doors, a front door and a patio door supplied and installed by Knight. Price was good, service and install was very good. I was surprised at how quick doors and windows were replaced, how clean it was afterwards. Patio door was something that other companies, like the ones that did my windows, said they could not provide, black frames.

Who knew there was so much information about doors and windows - but Todd knows it all! He always dresses so nice, that he even looks good in the day time!

Knight Doors and Windows just replaced several custom windows for us and we are VERY happy with the outcome and particularly impressed with the work that Mike and his team did. They were always on time, they were very tidy, and they handled themselves with professionalism. But most importantly they did great work! The windows are clean and the trim work is precise (high praise coming from a very particular interior designer). We will certainly be in touch to get a quote for the remainder of the exterior work.
