Jas has been my main source of contact and she has done everything to ensure I get the car I truly want.

I have had no issues with KO Auto finance and for them to deliver to Ontario is amazing.

Recently just got my new car delivered to Ontario and the delivery went smoothly and the driver was amazing and lovely.

And gave me a comfortable feeling I’ve never had with any sales people in the past, especially auto dealers!

Being young and buying your first car is always nerve wrecking.when i first walked in I was greeted by this individual named Sam.he had a very honest vibe to him from the start and i probably bombarded him with a million questions but he answered every single one of them with a smile on his face and made me understand the whole process.i am now a proud owner of a 2019 Nissan Sentra and i couldn't be any more happier than i am right now.thank you Sam! This was my first time using this dealership and I have to say that the whole experience was great. Mike Bernardo made me feel very comfortable and confident I was making the right decision. I would absolutely recommend KO Auto.

I have dealt with this company for some time now and I am very thrilled with their service. I also wanted to shout out the sales woman who I was dealing with, she went over and beyond to help me out!

Do not recommend! They'll pressure you into applying for a camper, quad, ski-doo or something like that before they “try” get your vehicle traded in for an actual vehicle. They'll take months to get you approved and constantly tell you that you've been “shopping your credit”. They’ll cut you off when trying to explain stuff. They won’t deliver before the first payment. They’ll write on the bill of sale that it was delivered to status land but it actually wasn’t. They will say anything to sell their stuff, said the camper sleeps 6 people but it only sleeps 4. I could of went the legal action way about this but I found someone to take over the payments on the junk they made me finance.lmao

Constantly Harassed with texts and phone calls even after I said I wasn’t interested. I said I was no longer interested and they still ran my credit after I told them NO!

Awesome experience Dealing with Jas Saleswoman.she will get approved even when you don’t think you would! This is the second vehicle we got a vehicle with this company.and they deliver ask for Jasmeen if you are looking for quality experience!

If I could give this zero stars I would. They kept me waiting for two weeks for my vehicle after it had already been approved and everything. When I would ask for when I could get the vehicle they would say a date then leave me hanging. Eventually it got to the point where I thought they were scamming me. When they finally delivered the vehicle it came with flat tires, fender in the back seat, no windshield fluid, and on top of that it needs a oil change. Very unorganized and unprofessional I do not recommend.

Was a great experience would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in buying a new toy or vehicle just got a used rzr from them and love it so much exactly what I wanted thanks to Dustin for all your help and patience working with me

Jacques helped me and my sister out with getting our first car. Him and the company worked to get us our loan even with little to no credit score to work with. The only thing I would say they can work on would be their communication.

Sam at KO Auto Finance was amazing. When everyone else said they couldn’t get me truck, Sam did! He went above and beyond. Not only did he get me a truck but he had gotten me a great interest rate (50% less than everyone else offered) at a very easy to do monthly payments. And he did it all in one day. I love my new truck. I recommend that everyone go see Sam at KO auto finance. Thank you Sam and everyone at KO!

I came across Ko Auto Finance through a friend and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Being young and not knowing anything about financing I was a little nervous at first but Sk. Needed a quad for work but put it off cause I was worried about the financing process, Tristan called me on Wednesday at noon and I was able to sign papers and pick up at noon the next day, was so easy and painless and was able to find me the quad I wanted plus a few extras, I really appreciate the speedy and simple process, I don't find my self with a lot of time or phone service while working, for me it was a great experience and removed all my worries about the process.
