Overcharges and does work without consent. Customer service is horrible especially with Jay in the service department. Save your money and go to a different dealership. Jay is very confrontational and they take advantage of people with disabilities. I finally was able to talk to the service department manager Blair and he agreed with me that they if they did not have the concent that it not allowed. I told him to listen to all the phone conversations where it proves they didn’t have concent. He was more concerned about sticking up for jay than refunding my money. He told me he would not listen to the tapes and the second I said Iam getting a lawyer he said we have to end this call. Nothing got resolved. They only wanted to give me a store credit. I would never go back there. Horrrible customer service
Easy to book a service appointment with these guys. Their service is reliable and they make sure the works gets done right. My preferred dealership to bring my vehicle to.
My past experience in having two tires installed and balanced on my motorhome turned out not to be very impressionable and it still shimmies at 110 km/h and although fixing it they marked my paint in three places. This is a very expensive motorhome. Wife is furious.

Very friendly service. There was an issue with the repairs, and when I called with my concerns I was able to take my car back right away and the issues were rectified. Only leaving 4 stars because I still haven't received some follow up info I was told I would receive about a reimbursement for a recall repair.

Friendly service coordinator and loaner car delivery drivers. Efficient and quick service. I was very pleased with the car detailing done along with the oil change.
Scheduling was easy. Drop off easy. Work to be completed Friday. Was told it was not gonna happen due to improper staff on schedule. Did not receive a phone call with the delays. Had to call in to find out. Was luck as my original contact Maurice stepped in and got my work done which was still a day late. Been a ford owner for a long time. Also own a plumbing and heating which is just around the corner from Koch. We have 25 vehicles in our fleet. This was what I call in my business as a missed opportunity.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Dropped the truck off at 8am and I phone them at 3: 30 to get an update and was told it hasn’t even been in the shop yet. No issues were resolved and 90$ for Windshield wipers.

Original problem was corrected. However, another has now surfaced with the same infotainment system. It will require me to visit the dealer as I believe it may be a unique problem that hopefully can be corrected as well.

Service department was able to solve issues with our truck that the dealership we were seeing before, couldn’t even find.
