Went in to buy some gold with my husband the old age aunty was so rude and never bothered to explain rates and show us any jewellery.
We were embarrassed and stood hanging never go close to the shop. They literally hand us the gold we bought never bothered to give us the bag even after asking.

Went there along with my family. We were helped by Baldeep. She is really very knowledgeable and helpful. In future, would request to work with her. Thanks Baldeep.

Don't go there unless you wanna spend over 2k and treated poorly by customer service.
The would embarrass you at there best.

It was horrible experience i went to buy some jewelry for my mother-in-law and there was lady first dealing with us seem nice and professional but she has to go on break then other lady came to assist she showed us earrings we choose on pair and she was about to checkout but it was pricey so we talk about price but lady talk so rudely by saying it’s upto you wanna spend money with really bad attitude which I don’t like it was my second time shopping here first experience was really good but the second was horrible never visiting again disappointed

Nice collection Good customer service. Neeta was very helpful, kind and professional. She helped me to choose and purchase a gift for my daughter's birthday that I couldn't buy a day earlier because of very rude and disappointing behavior of a staff (later figured out that she was the manager). This place was the best before they switched up the staff a few years ago. Before you’d get honest service and the guy would even cut you a deal if you were a regular customer. These days it’s so impersonal and they even lied to me about the karat of my gold jewellery I wanted to get appraised. I hate to leave a bad review but it’s really not nice.

This was my first visit there and I got really awsome experience. The associate who helped us, she was so polite and showed me various designs with such a sweet smile.wonderful customer service

I came here with my mom trying to find the perfect gift for my baby niece. We had an idea what we were looking for but wanted to look through our options. We were helped by Baldeep who was lovely to work with and extremely helpful. She probably showed us all earring and ring choices they had available and took her time to answer our questions.
