I’m really impressed with this coffee table from Konto.
Sales people were very chill and not annoying, The shipping boxes were well wrapped and the contents well protected.
When I assembled the coffee table, the legs and top lined up perfectly.
All the holes were straight and plumb, they used grade 5 nuts and bolts, two little wrenches came with the parts, super heavy duty!
High quality, worth the price, very happy. 10/10.

Super impressed with this company! We found a table we liked online however it was not available to view in Calgary - only in Edmonton. I contacted them and a really friendly staff member, Sonia, emailed me lots of pictures of the table and chairs so we could make a more informed decision. The ordering process was easy and although we were told the chairs were not in stock until mid-October, we got a phonecall after a week saying our items were ready for delivery! We paid the extra for the team to assemble and take the packaging away which I'm glad we did as they spotted damage on the table and reported it right away. I got a phonecall the next day confirming they will replace the table and it was delivered the following week and is perfect. Really impressed with the customer service and the quality of the items themselves too! Thank you Sonia and team:)

I had not purchased new furniture for quite a while. Danielle was really helpful in me selecting right size furniture for bedroom and helping me choose the right product as well as proper placement of furniture in room to maximize space. The quality of bed and nightstand was top notch as she promised. You may pay a little more as opposed to some bigger box stores but the quality and service was well worth it.

We have bought several pieces of furniture from the south common location over the last few years. The furniture quality has always kept us coming back but our recent interaction with the manager Paul has definitely solidified our opinion of konto to the point I wanted to leave a review.

We ordered two chairs in a custom colour and the manufacturer had a delay way past our expected arrival. Paul managed to track down two chairs in similar colour and get a rush delivery to our house. He was very honest and easy to deal with which I appreciate.

I was very happy with the service I got from Rahel at the Edmonton Konto store. After my husband and I made our selection, Rahel kept us informed on when we can expect delivery of our dining room table. The friendly delivery fellows were good enough to place the large packages directly in our dining room.

Konto obviously carries great products but great products without great service is meaningless. We were helped by Sonia Panesar who was fantastic. She was happy, friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and somehow remembered our names when we returned to the store after a week of browsing elsewhere. Thank you Sonia!

Konto staff treats the customer with respect. The sales representative Kevin is instrumental in satisfying my furniture needs and points to the right furniture I am looking for. The delivery team does a good job in wrapping the furniture to avoid potential damage to the house. They help move in the furniture and install them on site. Overall, a very good experience with Konto furniture.
