If you are actually visiting the shop to get plans activated, they are pretty quick and easy. No issues there. The only reason I have an average rating is due to lack of communication over the phone.

Plz don’t order from this restaurant we ordered two curry pulao and garlic naan
We pay for garlic naan but we get plain chewy naan ordered chickpea curry but gets regular curry.ordered aaloo gobhi but chef doesn’t know how to make it being a Italian chef I can beat there chef in making Indian food
We just ate the food because we guys were hungry but couldn’t finished the food plz shut down the restaurant

Eshan has been amazingly helpful, guided me with all the information and looked by near by stores to see if my phone of choice exists. He was so dedicated to ensure I had a great customer experience and went above and beyond to help me out to pick the best option. He is a real asset to this store.thank you so much

Murtaza was AMAZING. The best customer service experience I have had hands down. All the employees who were working were wonderful and friendly, but Murtaza was top notch.i will be using this location moving forward for all my Telus/Koodo needs. Thank you Murtaza!

Just a heads up this review contains words of praise and recommendation.
When I visited this location due to needing a smaller more compact phone for my hands, I was saddened to see all the phones available were the size of books. My sales associate Natasha, without even skipping a beat, took me over to the Telus store to show me a brand new deal on an OLDER model that wasn't even listed yet! (read: flip phone easy for chrunchy hands) She did everything in her power to make sure it would work with my plan, before confirming with me that it was what I decided on. Natasha utilized another sales associate to ensure that I was getting the best possible deal and to make it a seamless set up. Thank you, for being kind and seeing someone's needs versus their wallet. You rock.

They lies to to the customers about the plan and keep the facts hidden.
I was on a plan with another company with $55 for 10 gb data. My another family member want to purchase with plan under family discount and the rep told us it will be $50 for us if change our plan to telus. We had to pay $80 for first three months and now paying $65 a month. They will lie to sell you the plan.

Brought my phone in for repair at this location. While Priscilla was fantastic, Shafin was less then happy to help me when I needed further assistance and sent me elsewhere- to which i have still have not been able to receive help.

Zain is the man. After Freedom let me down for the final time I decided to switch. Got a better service for less than I was paying. Super pumped. Thanks Zain!

Purchase a new phone today the sales person was Kyara
She was very helpful and professional and show me how to set up and transfer all my data to my new phone

Amazing customer service. The manager is great, nice to see a woman running the show. The reps are awesome and have a lot of swag. One of the reps in particular has a beautiful smile - wow! Just mesmerizing.
