Koodo Shop

Please do not go to this shop. Yesterday, I went there after losing my phone. I asked them to change my SIM card with the same number, and two crew members met me. Initially, the lady told me it would cost $15, but after a few minutes, she changed her mind. She spoke with another crew member in a different language, and then she told me to pay $30. I was shocked. The next day, I went there and spoke to a different guy. When I asked him to replace my SIM card with the same phone number, he told me it's free.

It was an amazing experience having Aman attend to us at the Sundridge kiosk. Her patience, professionalism, and service is top-notch. She went over and beyond to ensure we got very good deals. Because of her, I have made the switch from Freedom Mobile due to bad customer service to Telus. I am more than happy I visited this location. Thank you Aman for all you do, please keep this up.

I recently visited your Sundridge Mall kiosk to transition from Prepaid to Postpaid, and I must commend the outstanding service provided by Claire. Her friendliness, professionalism, and accommodating nature made the entire process seamless. My sincere apologies for not recalling the name of her equally nice colleague, a lady who was also incredibly accommodating and considerate. Kudos to the team for creating such a positive customer experience. Keep up the excellent work!

My wife and I are long time Koodo customers. We just replaced our old phones with new ones. Our experience with Elliot and Jerome was perhaps the best cell phone service experience we have ever had. The guys were attentive, knowledgeable, accomodating and yes.funny! We went back the second time for a tune up and some Q&A. No problem. Well done guys. Kudos to Koodo, in Sunridge Mall

I had the privilege of having Elliot Powell and Claire Crisologo’s assistance today at the Sunridge mall kiosk. I was having issues with my iPhone and wasn’t able to get the issue resolved at the first store I went to. When I came to the Telus/Koodo desk Claire and Elliot both provided excellent customer service, they were extremely polite, and helpful and went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with my phone. Kudos to Elliot and Claire, thank you for your great customer service, you guys are amazing!
