I would like to commend your staff! His name is Eee Y. He has been the kindest staff at Koodo store that I have spoken to since my contract started. Hoping for more like him in your company!

Anu made everything very easy to sign up. He let me know all the ways to get the best deals and to make sure I had everything I needed. It was the first time I’ve ever had a great experience getting a new plan and phone! All the credit to Anu.

Richard is a awesome salesman! Highly recommend going to him specifically! He deserves a raise!

Absolutely horrible service and experience. Staff were extremely slow, distracted, and seemed only focused on upselling plans and devices. This location is not prepared to deliver adequate service with covid-19 restrictions, and could not offer even the most basic things that online self-serve does. I'm not sure why they are open right now. Do not go here.

Staff gave me the wrong phone and also don't know anything apparently as they don't even know how to transfer text messages from old phones to new ones. It literally took me 2 minutes on YouTube to figure out how to do it but by then I had got my new phone. It's honestly kinda sad they don't know how to do that and I lost of my text messages because of that. She was also very rude about it as if I was suppose to know how to do it. Also the male associate who was eavesdropping heard me say I would like a phone case and they gave me a 81 dollar phone case with a 45 dollar screen protector. The phone case is horrible and I was worth the price of almost 3 phone cases when I bought another one online. That store is very expensive with incompetent staff

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Much better than the call back service. No one call me though they pledge for a call back within 30 minutes

I've been a customer at Koodo for over 10 years and today I received the worst customer service in my life by a woman named Cecilija M. She refused to show me products, assist me, and she kept making excuses for everything I asked. I noticed that another rep was doing everything that the customer asked for that she denied for me. It seemed to me that she was not willing to do any business that I almost stormed out of the door. Never coming back to this location again.

I had an AWFUL experience and cannot recommend this store to anyone. The Rep (Derek) who attended to me was simply interested in receiving payment for the phone i wanted to buy. I got home and realized he did not activate my sim nor did he actually place an order for the phone that was to be shipped to my home.upon calling them back, they claimed my old line with my previous carrier was still active, which means the Rep also did not switch me to Koodo as requested. Unfortunately, i have no access to my old sim because the same Rep thrashed it claiming he had done the switch. I walked in seeking just 3 things which was a new phone, a switch from my previous carrier to Koodo and a koodo Simcard but i am totally disappointed with the service i received. He did no switch, he did not activate the sim and he didn't even complete the order for the phone even after receiving value for the purchase. Koodo assist online has just completed the phone order and my line cannot be activated until i receive the device in about 5 - 7 business days.so I am expected to stay incommunicado for over 1 week.is this fair? All because Derek failed and neglected to do his job

Have been trying to fix the problem in my account for a few years, never got it solved until Derek helped me and got it done today, glad I came to this location and met a staff like Derek.

This place is so nice. Everyone working there is so nice and fun to talk with. Everyone is very helpful and I understand everything they tell me.

I went there because I have seen good reviews! Yet the girl that was working there was very rude and unfriendly! Don't recommend!

Jason fairly rude, obviously doesn't care about sales or making existing customers happy. Had an attitude as soon as I walked in.
