Kosmos Restaurant & Lounge

We recently had kosmos cater our wedding dinner in downtown Edmonton and they were great! We were given a tasting at their restaurant in Leduc to help us decide which items to choose for our menu, which is complimentary if you book with them that day! Sharon is so lovely and accommodating, they have tons of great options for food, and they showed up early and were set up on time at our venue. The food was good and we received lots of compliments, just the carved roast beef was so-so. My only complaint is we asked the kosmos team to take all their dinnerware and equipment with them when they leave, but unfortunately they left all the water glasses and cutlery so we had to drive them back to Leduc the next day. Overall the meal was quite affordable compared to all other researched options, I would absolutely recommend Kosmos catering for your next event!

Over 50$ (including tip) for two "medium" pizzas and an order of poutine. I don't even wanna imagine what size the "large" are and how much they cost.

Great food. Take Out Order. A bit expensive but I am able to overlook the price due to the quality of the food.

Family friendly atmosphere with good food and really great service! Kosmos did an amazing job hosting our team dinner for 50 people. From the planning phase to the service that night, you can see this team genuinely cares about their customers. (thanks Sharon and Anna).

Great restaurant/ lounge. It is not a fancy restaurant, but Alfredo was good and burger was fantastic.

Wings were really great but just not much seasoning. Next time I'll def do saucy!

What can I say? Excellent service! Fast even though very busy (which also tells you how good it is here). The waitress was attentive and quick. Food was amazing.you actually get what you pay for! I love these home grown, not big box restaurants. What a gem! You leave full and happy. Can't wait to go back

Ordered soup instead of fries. Got fries and soup. Soup was not the best. Glade I had fries.

Really amazing food. Everyone was having a good time and there were lots of stuff to do including darts, pool, arcade games and music.

We did a bike ride to Kosmos, we stop for coffee and food on the lounge side. We had lasagna soup, yes I said soup, and wings in 2 flavors. Whiskey Bar-B-Q and Crispy Cajun, BBQ was in a sauce and cajun was dry style spiced, both were excellent. Oh I forgot to mention the soup was delicious. All this was at a reasonable price for quantity and quality. Staff was very friendly. Thank you for you service.

Kosmos catered our wedding reception back in June and their food WAS TO DIE FOR! Literally every guest had rave reviews about the food. If you are looking for classic homemade catered food for your wedding at a respectable cost this is your place. Very easy to work with and helped us organize everything we needed for our meal and to stay within our budget. We went for a buffet style meal but they accommodate plated dinners as well. So glad we picked them for our wedding meal, we got nothing but compliments about how delicious the food was.

One of the last truly good wing night stops. Many fantastic flavours to choose from and you get nice big plump wings that are still moist unlike the dried out small wings so common at other places. Hands down the best wings I've had in years.

Restaurant was recommended by a friend and so happy this place did not disappoint. Quiet, intimate ambience in dining room wherr tables, chairs, floors and washroom were clean and tidy.

Food was tasty. Had wings and soup with garlic toast. Staff was friendly and accommodating to us; we were there for 3 hrs.

Very great place to stop in! Covered outdoor lounge was amazing. Had small mix up with our order but Jodi was amazing, handled it so well. Highly recommend this place and look for Jodi as she makes the experience over the top!

My wife and I had Kosmos cater our wedding. The food was delicious, and served on time. When we had our tasting to see what we would like we were having a hard time picking the courses for our wedding because everything presented was delicious. Our guests loved it as well. The dill salmon was a huge hit! Thank you!

A solid go-to for quick and tasty dinner. Some things on the menu seem to be made from frozen, the staff can be short and rushed, and the prices have increased (inflation though, so I understand). That being said, they have AMAZING pizza and pasta and the portions are quite generous

I have been eating Kosmos for almost 3 months straight X3 daily because I’ve been living and working at a hotel close by. I love their meals, I would recommend their Teriyaki wrap for lunch with sweet potato fries or the steak for dinner and also their pizza is delicious much better then the big box pizza places like Pizza hut or Dominoes… I highly recommend this place great food

The food was great, waitress was very friendly. It's quite nice inside, lots of neat things to look at on the walls.

After placing an order and being disappointed with not only some unexpected charges but also the quality not being up to par with what I’ve experienced in the past I posted a negative review online describing my experience. The owners of the business reached out to me directly to apologize for the situation and to refund my order which was very unexpected. I appreciate that they took the time not only to contact me to apologize but also to offer the refund. It shows they genuinely care about their customers and the level of quality of food they are providing.

Family owned and Operates by the nicest people! Always greeted with a smile and the food is always good!

Kosmos is always great have never had a bad dinner or lunch there. Every time I'm back in Leduc we try and grab some dinner there. The steak sandwich and seafood alfrado is my favorite.

Great owners as well Sharon and Gaby are outstanding business owners but I'm bias as they gave me my first work experience job back in high school.

In general the food was good. The onion rings were a disappointment as they seemed to be overcooked and very dry/brittle. We mentioned this to our waitress but got no reply? Our waitress was very friendly but never came around, after our meal was delivered except to deliver the bill. Would of been nice to top up our drinks but I guess we should have made it known. The souvlaki was good. In our opinion this restaurant is average.

We went for appies and it is always good and great service. We love going to this restaurant as it's very family friendly and we can take the Littles there without guilt.

It was ok. The bar could use a little bit of an upgrade, the menu (drinks and food) were both very limited. There was also an off-putting smell when we were there. It was either from an old mop being used repeatedly, or it was something else in need of a good clean. Perhaps between that and the many smokers that they have visiting, they could consider some plug-in air fresheners, or better ventilation. One of the two. But also change your cleaning supplies if that was part of the problem. It was just not quite what we expected so we only had a single drink each and left.

We got married in October 2021 and Kosmos catered our wedding. OMG! Everything was exquisite! Sharon created the most delicious food! She even created custom made appetizers from Venezuela (bride is Venezuelan) and added a delicious smoked brisket to the entres (groom loves smoked meat!). Every single guest mentioned how good the food was! We also had a Taco Bar around 10pm and it was so delicious! Sharon and her team were very profesional and very friendly, super easy to work with, everything was cooked to perfection, and there was more than enough food for everyone!

I just ate here I actually just left and Felt like I need to post this right away for I am so upset
I just moved to Leduc, so I took my daughter on a little eat out and the staff was distance and rude and barely took my order didn't even think my daughter needed to eat never got a menu for her. I tried to get 4 waitresses attention so I could get Katch up for my fries and was completely ignored the only time they came back to check on me was to take my money for subpar food.
I was hoping to find a restaurant to take my family of 5 to.
They're 100% out of the running.

Food is great. I had an issue in regards to their Thanksgiving dinner order policy which turned out to be a miscommunication error between the employee I spoke with and the restaurant owners. However, within the hour a lovely woman named Sharon who I found out is the owner herself contacted me and made it right. I’ve been supporting this business since 2015 and have no plans to stop.
Keep up the good work guys. Times are tough right now for everyone but you’re still doing your best and that’s all a person can ask.

Kosmos catered our wedding on Sept. 05,2021, and did a wonderful job. The food was delicious at a great price point, and there was plenty to go around. Sharon also made the safety of our guests a priority and all her employees wore gloves and masks when serving food. She also set up our tables beautifully. I recommend Kosmos to anyone planning a wedding, you will not be disappointed.

I grew up in Leduc and always loved their 2 for 1 pastas. Well yesterday we were travelling through Leduc and decided to order some food. It tasted good but there was almost no sauce on either of our pasta dishes. The bottom half of our noodles were naked and because we live in Edmonton going back to fix it was not an option. Overall it was ok, would have been perfect if we had enough sauce on the noodles.

The food was great! The server was super friendly. Service was really fast and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. Totally recommend!

You can't do that maaaan. Ordered the hot beef sandwich, it was skip the dishes so it wasn't hot. (Not Kosmos fault I suppose.)
Buuuuuut, it was some kinda cooked broccoli and beef, beef with a gang of beef goo. Pretty thick.
It wasn't a sandwich, cause it was on a single peice of wonderbead with the crust cutoff. You can't hook a homey up with a nice hunk of sourdough or something? Maybe throw some dry heat to er with a toasting device? Is butter on that out of the question? Im not writing a new menu but help a guy out!
The single cold wonderbread didn't stand a chance against the beef goo, so the whole "sandwich" was a write-off.
Veggies were great but I'm a broccoli guy and only got 1 broc and a bunch of cauliflower. Salad was ok. I'm sure the menu has some good munch but this beef sandwich-ish unit.aint it. Sorry: (.

Recently brought our three daughters for a birthday dinner. The kids absolutely loved their pasta dishes. Their was a minor complaint with one of our food items, which I was happy to dismiss, however the owner insisted on making it right, and offered an incredibly generous compensation. Such a level of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare. The owners are clearly determined to make sure that everyone leaves happy. We hope to return soon.

It was our first time there but definitely not our last. The food and staff were equally excellent. This will be a regular spot for us to dine.

The food was great. The service amazing. Gerry was so friendly and patient, and checked in exactly the right number of times!

Food and service was great as usual, looked like they were cleaning everything that the customer who left touched.

Steak sandwich was very good but only one server trending the entire restaurant. She got a massive tip from us but there really needs to be more waitstaff on a Friday night. Decor is typical dive. Atmosphere was relaxed.

Exceptional food, kind employees, constantly great atmosphere. They charge convenient pricing and the food quality is great. Highly recommended.

I had my doubts because it was a local place that did not look like much In the photos but oh boy, Best Prime steak I ever had in my life. WOW! I can’t wait already to go back and eat some more. Friendly service and Great food.

The bathrooms are discusting, the toilets spit water to a point where there was water dripping off the handle

We got to the restaurant a little early for supper. As night went on they got busier, but the service didn't suffer. The food was great and they we're accommodating to our children.
We will definitely by coming back.

The restaurant area is a bit small however they do have a good sized lounge. There is always karaoke on the weekends and never fails to bring in a crowd, especially being one of Leduc's only socially allowing bars. There is a few booths as well in the Lounge area.

It seems like everything I tried to order you no longer have on your menu.

I visit this special place often because I enjoy the special atmosphere that is part of this restaurant. The crew is exceptionally attentive and qualified. The service is extremely fast. Also, the food you eat is good. I visited more than once and I was always joyful. The cost is modest. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Still fantastic service, but they changed their food! The prices went up for a poutine that now tastes off, and it's definitely the fries. They used to have the best poutine quebecois you could find, too bad!

I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was and how busy the restaurant was on a thursday night. Service was great even tho the place was packed. Lots to choose from on the menu.

Regular conventional food that you can tell isn't the best quality. Veggie burger was pretty good though and the fries are awesome. Super unhealthy but awesome Haha. Waitress wasnt the most pleasant but she could of been having a bad day.both times I've been there

The drunken burger was huge, delicious, and a little messy. I'm glad I ordered it with a salad because there was no lettuce or tomato on it.
Beef dip was pretty good but was served with gravy instead of au jus. Thick but good gravy.

I've been here so many times and the one consistent fact is their steak is to die for! They cook it perfectly. The staff are friendly and the place is always clean!

My husband and I visit Kosmos frequently. I never bother to leave reviews anywhere but feel compelled as my last 2 visits have been terrible. I have given 2 stars as the food is usually great but my last 2 visits the service was god awful. Same server both times, don't know her name I believe its Leah? Sat in the dining room last night, drinks took forever to come out 10+ min, ordered us the wrong meals, waited for her to come back, never came back, we just ate the WRONG meals as we were sick of waiting mentioned the meals being off when she dropped the bill expecting her to do something about it ended up paying full price for wrong order and left. Our first experience was in the lounge about a month ago, husband was there before me, she was stroking his arm and has some inappropriate pet names for him (very strange) he wanted to leave. She also left us sitting at the back waiting for our bill for nearly 20 minuets, I had to come up to the bar and have another server get it for us.not impressed as usually we really enjoy coming to Kosmos will not sit in her section again.

WOW! Just wow! Karaoke was interesting to say the least last night probably the worst singers ive ever heard, maybe mix up some music in between so our ears aren't bleeding by the end of the night LOL. That's the only complaint though came in last night and had a phenomenal experience. It was crazy busy and the servers last night were SO good, I cant say enough good things about them Ive served before and handling a crowd like that and volume like that takes skillllls! Props to Kosmos for their exceptional service and super fun atmosphere such a great time! Cant wait for next Saturday! Thanks JAMIE, AMY and Kosmos such a fun birthday!

If you want a very good family restaurant this is it. They have a wide variety of food selections and great service. This is one of my favorite restaurants to visit when I am in Leduc.

Good food people who like to get drunk. Service is good. And kind.
Lots of fights happen in the evenings I hear. Non the less this is a popular Leduc gathering place.

Had a couple bad experiences at Kosmos haven't been in a long time. Popped in on Saturday night with a group of friends and I must say what a change. Jamie gave us exceptional service we ended up staying all night and plan on coming back next weekend. Impeccable service and the karaoke atmosphere was a blast! Great time cant wait to come back.

Went for a date night. 3 stars because the karaoke was so loud I had to yell at my spouse to be heard. Live entertainment was very good though. It was at a good volume.

Had a great atmosphere. I sware all the hidden talents come there for karaoke; so many great singers!

Food is excellent. Well prepared & generously proportioned. Service is attentive. Nice dessert menu. Will b eating here again

Wings on Thursday and awesome food every other day of the week! Great food at a great price! What else can you ask for!
