I had a very cordial and professional relationship with this agency for the past several years. But they recently went to far and crossed the line, chastising me and blasting me for having a sick young child who was near death from covid. Well folks I hope you never find yourself in my situation as delicate or emotionally heart breaking as mine. Will never use their services ever again, I'll go broke before I let this company do what they did to me again.
