Overall, we had an excellent experience buying our brand new 2024 Mazda CX-50 from this dealership. When my wife and I went here, we didn't have any intention of getting a car as we were just there to compare their cars to the one that we've already reserved at another dealership (Subaru Forester Limited). However, when Nick showed us the CX-50 model, we instantly loved it as it had all the features that we wanted in a car (plus the interior and exterior were sleek and fancier). Nick was thorough, transparent, wasn't pushy and didn't employ any annoying sales tactics with us which was another reason why we switched over to Mazda. We were initially told that it might take 3 to 6 months to get the car, but we are happy that we just had to wait a little over 2 months for it. Ebin and Mukul were equally helpful in assisting us with securing our financing. They presented us with different financing/leasing options. They didn't fixate on what they think would be best for the dealership but considered what they thought would be best for us. It's been almost a week now, and so far we are loving new Mazda! I recently purchased a used Mazda 3 from this branch and Nick Jones was very helpful.
Although they offered several regular sales pitch and extra options to purchase which I respectively declined, Nick understood my need and gave me good deal.

We just popped in for a quick visit, currently car shopping with a newborn and we wanted to see how some of the cars felt to sit in.
We were greeted very quickly, we laid out why we were there, and did not feel any pressure from our salesman David. He just helped us try to fry a feel for some of the vehicles, made sure we had a card, gave us some info to take home and made it a very nice experience.

Had to have my CX-5 towed from southern Alberta to Kramer. The team was really responsive, identified the issue, ordered the part, had it finished two days faster than expected and even cleaned the car! Great service overall.

The folks here made my Covid car buying experience a real breeze. Ebin is very friendly and helped me find what I needed and wanted in my new car. Brad gave me all the details to be able to work the cool features and safety settings so I felt at home driving it away the first time. Susan was really friendly and thorough on all the paperwork. All in all I’d highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my car at Kramer Mazda. The sales specialist (Mukul Anand) was patient with me and explained all the available trims and packages. He was very open with the fees and charges and didn't try to add any hidden fees. In addition, the specific color I wanted wasn't available at the dealership but he was able to help me get the exact model and color from a partner dealership within a week. I'd happily recommend Kramer Mazda to anyone:)

His dealership bought out my lease and his shipping company picked up the vehicle with ease. Super straight forward process and extremely professional. I bought a new-to-me car from Kass and had an amazing experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was able to answer all my questions and find a car that I not only really liked, but that fit my budget. I never felt like I was being “sold”.

Dennis Kwan made my car selling experience very easy and transparent. I would definitely recommend him for car buying/selling.

Got swarmed by sales people, dealing with one sales person is bad enough let alone 3 plus the sales manager. Tried to sell us a busted up Mazda 3 for 16k, well over prices elsewhere, including other Mazda dealers. When we asked about options at other Mazda dealerships, we were lied to.

Dylan is one of the biggest boneheads I’ve ever met in a dealership, which is really saying something. Telling us you “used to sell Subaru’s” as a flex is not going to sell more Mazda’s

Went to Stoney Mazda and had a much better experience.

Recently I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Kramer and had excellent service. Right from the moment we entered the dealership, we were treated with respect in a professional and friendly manner. A big thank you to our salesman Ebin who answered all our questions fully. Also thanks to Layla and Bradley who helped complete the deal. I would certainly recommend Kramer Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Never booking a car service with them again. They're unreliable depending in who's working. We booked a car service and were promised over the phone that we will be driven home as part of the service while waiting for the car. My partner gets there at 7am with the car and all of a sudden Kramer Mazda decides that a 15 minute drive is too far for them. Don't make promises you're not willing to keep.

Update: edited to 3 stars because the Service Manager called, apologized, and took steps to rectify the situation. I stand by my comment that this means they are unreliable depending on who is working.

We had a car listed for sale elsewhere but Dennis reached out and agreed to work with us to get us close to our asking price. Everything went very smoothly and Dennis was a pleasure to deal with and made the process of selling a car very easy. Very good experience with Kramer Mazda.
