Only go here if you have extra money and ur looking to waste it on garbage. Yes it’s a dollar store so quality isn’t expected but customer service is expected.my grandma bought herself a radio from here, she only listens to red fm, at the time of purchase she asked the cashier if all the channels are working and she was told yes.brings it home and red fm doesn’t work at all, all the other channels are muffled w static. We take it back for her to get a refund with the receipt, granted the receipt said no returns or exchanges but someone should tell these scammers that doesn’t apply for defective items.we take it back and tell her that red fm isn’t working this sorry excuse for a human being says “i know, i only tell the people that ask first” and proceeds to underline the no returns or exchange thing on the receipt.don’t understand how this place is still in business, Krish dollar & gift bazaar more like Krish Dollar stealing bazaar.absolute filth

The way of talking with customers is really untolerable + also charge extra if pay by tap machine
Last thing i was unaware about not return policy i just went back in two minutes to return but they refused i was having recipt nd they didn’t gave my receipt back

I walked in the store with my friend and the owners told us to take off our backpacks without giving us a reason.im 13 what do you want me to steal, your store is literally overpriced we could only afford a drink. You need to get on too of that.its not my fault im black.i will get my parents involved. SHAME ON YOU KRISH!

These people are fraud. I bought a glue from this store. My husband told me to return it because it wasn’t the right glue we want. We thought we got refund but they didn’t refund us back and charged $5 instead of $4: 75. My husband was in a rush he didn’t even ask for the refund receipt. Shame on you Krish dollar and gift bazaar.

Very poor customer service, rude behaviour, misbehaviour, all the bad words for the customer service over that store are less. I have seen another bad reviews too, you should really work on that as we don’t get your things in free, give respect and take respect

This place sold me a cord that didn’t work and would not return my money I was only gone 2 min before coming back in and they refused to even exchange it! GARBAGE service don’t go here!

WORST place ever over charge for young kids they look at us and charge us extra for no reason don’t buy from here

Worst costumer service ever. My sister walked in to buy a birthday crown and they over priced her. The crown was only $1 and the cashier was charging her $5. These people over charge young kids.

First of all your items are way too overpriced and the cashier always asks for more money like why I will never recommend this place again

Excellent selection. Excellent, friendly service. I once lost my wallet in the store, they kept it for me, what a relief. I always will shop here.

1 star is way more for the disappointments this store owner and employee gives you, they are a bad tag to the human race in these hard times. I strongly recommend to discard the shopping from there until they shut down. Disgrace to the community, Disgrace to the Canadian policies made for the convenience to the customers.

Got there for some print outs. They printer printed some useless stuff and I don’t want that. They make me pay for that useless papers. Worst experience from the store. Non-Recommended.

Shoutout to Divya! She a real G! I lost my glasses and she spent 1 hour finding them. She also helped me find the paint set I was looking for and thanks to her I got to finish my painting! 10 stars but can only post 5, but 10 in my heart! Awesome job, making Calgary a better place! Lovely service will come back soon.

In times of need, they've proven how selfish the human race can be.my dad paid $63.00 for a pack of mask the store probably got for less than $5 before COVID-19.

Trying to take advantage of the time when we need to help each other out. If you have Hand Sanitizer sell at the original retail price so everyone can afford buying one and protect themselves from the virus.

I came in to exchange a lock the day before. All i got was accusations of me breaking it and why I didn't come earlier. I didnt have a need for the lock till today so i didnt notice. I come pretty often to this dollar store to get small things. They lost me as a customer over a $5 lock that they had broken in there inventory. Good business model! Loose repeat business over small items. They acted like I was there to rob the place, then had the other coworker test it. They said I shouldve got a key lock, BUT I KNOW HOW TO USE A COMBINATION LOCK AND I DIDNT BREAK IT. Ridiculous. Goodjob lost repeat business for a $5 lock. Hope that keeps your bellies filled!

I had a really awesome experience shopping here. They have a unique and large variety of stuff and the store was neat and clean. The staff was also very helpful. I would recommend shopping here.

My fav place to buy different stuff, friendly staff eager to help and make shopping experience great.

Staff not friendly, not co_operative. Things are very expensive compared to dollar store in whitehorn and temple. Twice I went to correct my copy of keys set which they made for me but still couldn't opened the lock. I don't want to go 3rd time and waste my time there.

Very organized and staff is very helpful. I found very unique kitchen wares spent so much money and very happy.

What a great store. Very well stocked with excellent assortment of products that other traditional dollar stores don't carry.
