I’ve been holding off sharing my review because I wanted to experience the service and parts desks multiple times before I formed a solid opinion.

It’s been 8 months since we bought our car from Aaron and we still talk about how amazing it was to buy a car from him. He was so honest, friendly, hardworking and gregarious- he made it easy when it was a huge stress for us to have to buy a car. We came in with the idea of maybe test driving a car for the first time and walked out with the paperwork for our purchase.

The warranty puts our mind at ease that we won’t be bled dry in service charges every couple of months. The parts and service department have been warm, professional and efficient.

The car runs so well. It has everything I’ve ever wanted in a car- a starter, heated seats AND a heated steering wheel. I don’t dread an Edmonton winter anymore because I’m safe, warm, and comfortable.

Overall, I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I wash my car Sunday. Drop off my car Tuesday for service they wash it again and see how they wash it water stains everywhere on hood roof glass mirror.have to wash it again. Hope you guys can focus on.

My wife and I had a great experience with Kross Mitsubishi. We dealt with Madison in sales when purchasing the car and Sam with finance. We even had help with some of our questions from the GM Bryan and Service Manager Colton! Overall, I felt we were treated fairly and kindly, and everything was straight forward. For a sales experience, I think that's the best you can ask for. I would recommend Kross based on this.

I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. I found a vehicle online and sent an inquiry, and I received an almost immediate response from Aaron, one of the sales team members. The first vehicle wasn't a good fit for me, but because he was so pleasant to work with, I kept checking their website, and when I found another vehicle that I liked, I emailed Aaron, and he responded almost instantly, and by the way, on his day off this time. I went to the store at the same day and Brandon assisted me. But, for the record, Aaron went there on his day off just to check how things were going. I have no words to describe how nice they were. I went there with my three-year-old daughter, and they made us feel very welcome - it's not easy to do business with a toddler. It was a very smooth negotiation with Brandon, and things continued to go well when Bill from the financial team took over. He went above and beyond to get me the vehicles I desired. I went there to purchase one vehicle and ended up purchasing two! Sam, another member of the financial team, completed the transaction in the most efficient manner possible. He completed all of the paperwork in such a timely manner that we were able to complete everything in a single day. I got the cars I wanted at a great price, and they even arranged for delivery of both vehicles for me because I wouldn't be in town for a while for work. To be honest, it was the best dealership experience I've ever had. Those guys get 10 out of 10!

I bought my new Eclipse Cross couple of months ago. Estephany gave us a five star attention and helped us with the whole process. Also, she speaks Spanish so it's easier to all the people from Latin countries to run through the path of buying a new car.

Things were all fine and dandy till I needed help. Brushed off for two years and then given the run around.
Issues with the car, called dealership cause sales guy stopped answering my messages, service said call customer service.
Customer service said call another department
That department says they can’t help and to call dealership
Now dealership isn’t answering either.

Sad part is this is the best dealership in the city. I like the make but if it means no support later down the line then I will never return.
(Backstory I have the electric car so anything that goes wrong is electrical and they refuse to help me fix it.)

Recently purchased a 2022 Outlander…Aaron Glena was my sales person, he was very knowledgeable, answered all my question, very friendly. I would recommend him to any one wanting to purchase a Mitsubishi. The best of the best Aaron! Thank you for your excellent service

I dont even know where to start on this poor excuse of a dealership.i went in looking to trade in my vehicle for an evo i saw was listed.i met with diego and we ended up "agreeing" to a price of a cash difference.the deal was they keep my car overnight to inspect it and if their inspection went good we would exchange keys and i pay the difference, i was very skeptical on leaving my car there as I take very good care of my vehicles and i didnt want to leave my car overnight and get covered in snow so diego had promised to me he will keep in parked in his service department.fast forward to next day they tell me their inspections on my car came back clean but they wont honour the original trade in value now because they said they wont make money on it because they couldnt get another dealership or wholesaler to buy it.and then tell me my car is waiting outside to be picked up and i show up to see my car covered in snow.then his manager charlie came and talked to me and explained that he won't give me the value because he cant make any money onthe trade.like why would you even offer me that value then change your mind.but they told me before i cant back out of the deal if i change my mind but its okay for them too do it.very bad taste in my mouth for dealing in bad faith.shame

The Kross Mitsubishi team is great! Aaron G has sold us 3 vehicles over the years. He is very knowledgeable, down to earth and never pushy. It's like talking to a friend! Sam in financing is also excellent. We always get a great deal and friendly service! We recently moved further away but went straight back to Kross when we needed a new SUV.

What An amazing experience!
I took the whole family in to look at a bmw that my younger brother was looking at, and under 1 hour we made a deal. Dany and Sam made the deal happen in no time, absolutely blown away with the service they provided.

This is the first time I actually had a great experience with a car sales person - she was super helpful and made the test drive and car buying experience a ton of fun! I tend to be pretty thorough with these things but she was very patient, easy to communicate with and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. 10/10 experience

Second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership always a great buying experience. Everything always explained in detail and never feel pressured making a deal here. I had the chance to meet and deal with Aaron and Sam on this purchase 2 great down to earth guys. Aaron is extremely friendly and approachable. He makes sure you are getting exactly what you want. I will be back most likely get those emblems on front and back blacked out as well. Sam in finance is very thorough and quick, also very patient as I had my 2 year old in there with him. Glad to see the shuttle service is back so I can continue doing my vehicle services at this establishment with this vehicle. If I could give 10 Starts I would, The Whole team at Kross were great and they got me into the Outlander I wanted for the price I wanted. Steph in sales and Sam in Finance were both outstanding to deal with.

Not ready to tell the price of vehicle. Forcing me to put accessories (because other dealership Don't have vehicles). Manager is rudest person in this world! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! There is no option in Google to give negative stars. But these guys deserve negative stars. Now I know why this dealership is rated low.

Bought a truck & we asked for 3M to be installed as part of our deal. We got the truck delivered to us in Airdrie and saw that all the 3M installed had dirt trapped under it and was peeling. We reached out to the dealer and asked for it to be fixed. We got the run around and it got to a point were the salesman paid out of his pocket to get another company to fix only 2 parts of the film while it still left the other sections in need of repair. It's been over a month and have gotten nothing but ignored by the dealership. It took reaching out to the owner for this situation to be corrected & we appreciate that the owner was willing to work with us and correct it. Sadly will never buy from them ever again.
