Love this store. Often, we have to wait as it can be rather busy, but the quality and selection are all worth it

More staff this time and very helpful and friendly!
Found good quality shoes and each of my party bought at least 3 pairs.

Came here to get a pair of Blundstone shoes, and the lovely sales lady Nelinda (I think that was her name, was working at 3: 45 on October 7th) was SO knowledgeable and helpful when I was picking out the sizing. Definitely will be coming back for the great costumer service.

Sooo very disappointed with the staff and owner of Kunitz shoes saddleback road location, we have been going there for decades! The staff is rude and the owner is more so, they don’t know what one person said to the other and they can’t even get the rules for online ordering properly, I will be telling everyone I know and all my vast customers NOT to go shopping here I hope that they have an attitude change fast and get some customer service skill management courses going for the staff and the rude owner

Can't beat the service and selection. They even fixed my boots because of the warranty. I won't hesitate to continue buying my footwear here

Terrible place! My experience shopping at Kunitz shoes was horrible. As a POC when I walked in I could feel I was being racially profiled and the only staff members that smiled at me were the black and Asian people on the staff. I tried asking an older white staff member about a shoe I wanted and they never came back to me. Instead I noticed later that they were helping someone who looked more like them. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received especially as we’re in 2023 and you’ll think they’ll be educating their staff. I would highly suggest to any POC’s thinking of coming here to avoid at all cost. I would give them 0 starts if I could.

Such a great experience buying my work Birkenstocks. Last time I was here was 7 (!) years ago when I bought my first pair, and the service was phenomenal. I don't know the name of who helped me but she was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful! The shoes can be expensive, but it's because they only stock the best. Evidenced by the fact that my shoes lasted 7 years! Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I just had the best service with Kunitz shoes. I ordered some shoes and they shipped them to Grand Prairie quite quickly. I emailed a couple questions that I had, I got a personal and automated response within minutes. It’s a busy time of year for retailers and their customer service is absolutely top-notch. I will definitely be a return customer!

We went in to beat the winter boot rush. Staff super helpful. They had the boot we picked out in our size. We bought Kuoma boots bcse my little wanted something light and she no longer fits Stonz. They had an amazing array of themed socks so we bought a bunch of these too for Christmas presents.

I had a fantastic experience today! Morgan was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had bought a pair of shoes online, and Morgan showed me different insole options to help make the shoes fit just right! She came up with several variations before we were successful in finding the best combination possible for those shoes.

I was told about Kunitz’s shoe repairs, and was impressed with the variety of shoes that were available. I’ll definitely be returning!

My shoes came 4 days sooner than expected and the customer care team was very friendly and helpful! There was an error in my order which they were able to sort out the same day. I will order from them again!

I contacted Kunitz using the online repair form, received a quote back in less than 24 hours and my shoes dropped off shortly after. The repairs took about 3 weeks to complete but I knew that ahead of time. They called me to let me know they were ready to go and that unfortunately the footbeds needed to be replaced but because I wasn’t quoted for that work, they did not charge me for the extra work. My Birkenstocks feel brand new and Kunitz saved me over $100 by not having to buy brand new sandals. I’ll be shopping here again very soon!

Clean store with amazing selection of shoes where the primary concern is clearly comfort. This is a store for people who walk extensively. Excellent service s d good return policy. I have been coming to them for 30 years and they don't disappoint.

I visited this site in 2020 and saw their shoes, and fell in love with them, but due to the pandemic I was unable to buy them. And besides all the events I was invited to had to be canceled. But this year, everything is almost back to normal. So I bought these absolutely gorgeous shoes and they weigh almost nothing, but they fit so lovely. I was pleased, so pleased that I am going to get a few for my kids. The delivery was quick and efficient. Thanks everyone at Kunitz thumbs up

I've been going to Kunitz shoes for years now, mainly because they have great quality shoes and the staff are really knowledgable. I'm giving them 4 stars since the staff seem to be less knowledgeable this year. I did not have to wait long to be helped, but the staff did not know much about the shoes themselves. I'm glad that I was able to do some research on the shoes before going in in (which I haven't had to do in the past).

Great selection of winter boots that are great for Alberta winters. The person helping me was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Some of their boots have an ice pick pad on the bottom that can easily be switched on or off. Great for ice.

My favorite place for buying shoes! Great collection of good quality of shoes. Friendly staffs and awesome service.

Remember when shopping for shoes was not a do it yourself thing? When a knowledgeable salesperson actually helped you choose and fit a pair of shoes? If you do, and if you miss that kind of gentle and conscientious service, Kunitz Shoes is the place for you. Selling both men’s and women’s shoes.

Was there on a Saturday afternoon. The store was very busy, they were still able to give amazing service.

I have shopped at Kunitz Shoes for many years in Edmonton and spent a great deal of money there over the years. Sadly, the first time I tried to return faulty merchandise I was told it was "my fault and it was not covered by warranty and could not be repaired". This was the most expensive pair of slippers I had ever purchased and the first time I wore them the felt ripped. I was shocked that they would not stand behind their product or at least repair them. I am very disappointed in their customer service and sadly will be spending my hard earned shoe shopping money elsewhere in the future, anywhere but Kunitz Shoes.

We were looking for spike boots and the service was outstanding. Everyone was polite and welcoming.

Wonderful selection and service! I bought men's and women's boots, got a great deal with the current Sales and was pretty impressed with the wide variety of styles to choose from.

Curbside pickup is not actually curbside. You have to enter the store, use a sink that everyone is touching to wash your hands in cold, under pressurized water, and dry your hands so you can ask for your "curbside order". I wont be going back just for the fact that there is no sanitizing and they wont answer their phones if they're slow (what I was told by staff).

I went to Kunitz shoes for the first time on Jan 18,2021. A young lady named Claire helped me and she was awesome! I had picked out several shoes that I liked. I am a diabetic and have neuropathy issues with my feet. After advising Claire about my foot issues, she then went through my shoe picks and advised why some would work for me and why others wouldn’t. She then found me other options that I really liked. I ended up buying 3 pairs. At checkout, Claire wrote out the directions for care (which needed to be sprayed and which did not.). As you might imagine, I took up quite a bit of Clair’s time while I tried on shoes and boots. The whole time Claire had a smile on her face and never made me feel as if I needed to hurry up. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I will be back and I will be referring this store to family and friends. (Plus another bonus is that Kunitz has a great shoe selection!)

The service from them for my snowboard boot repair has been awesome. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. They got my boot fixed quickly for me to make my mountain trip. Thanks for the excellent service guys. Keep it up.

I have been going to Kunitz Shoes for many years.
I have trouble finding a good shoe that fits my high instep.
I bought my first Kunitz sandals at their Mall store in South Edmonton.
Now I go to the store on Saddleback Road.
Their shoes make my physical being 100% better. Good shoes on my feet contribute to a better life for me.

One of the poorest shopping experiences I have ever had. I will never recommend this store. If I could I would not even give it one star. The only reason I did, was so I could post my comment.

It was my best shopping experience so far during the Covid-19 pandemic. Right by the entrance, there was a sink and customers were able to wash their hands. Everyone before entering the store was encouraged to wear a mask (before they have become mandatory). The staff sanitized benches frequently so it was safe to sit down. I didn't even have to touch the door upon my leaving since the staff opened it for me. Thank you Kunitz Team.

Several friends have recommended this local shoe shop and was well worth stopping in. Found two pair of summer sandals on sale!
Staff were extremely helpful and kind.
For Covid: They do have a hand washing station upon entry and currently limit the number of shoppers, masks worn by all staff.

I always find the shoes or sandals I want and in my size. They usually have the best quality shoes and the shoes I can afford and sometimes I do buy the better quality shoes because they appear and feel that much better. The staff usually can inform me about up coming sales.

Absolutely fantastic collection of shoes and socks with many European brands. A focus on both style and comfort. They also have some great sales! Friendly and knowledgable staff that are available but not pushy.

Kunitz Shoes is a Great store. I just bought a pair of Spike boots. No slipping on ice for me anymore. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Not a lot of parking though.

The staff is the most helpful and nice! I went for a little help even though I didn't buy my shoes from there. But they still helped me! Next pair of shoes will be from there most definitely!

The sales lady was very passionate about selling shoes, she was the best I would go back again.

I brought my dress shoes to 3 separate places who all turned me away due to the colour and type of leather of my shoe. They said nothing could be done and that was that. Kunitz was the last place I was going to try and they took my shoes and did an amazing job at a reasonable price. Would recommend!

We are out of town and this store was recommended to us. First visit was good. Due to kids being chaotic we didn’t finish with a sale without a bit more research. Staff was very helpful. I’ve returned with our kids trying to buy an insert only. Arriving at the doors 5 min before 6 pm in July 24,2019 the doors were locked. Waited for some customers to get out and ask the staff if I could only buy the inserts (quick transaction). The staff denied my entry and the outgoing clients shook their head saying that this is not the proper way of doing business. I agree with them and didn’t insist more and left. This Store should rethink on how to deal with near closing hours. This made me not to ever spend any dime at this store.

I got some great shoes but was not impressed with the lack of attentive service. Won't be back.
