First time experience in getting eyebrows tinted/threaded. Happy with the result. I felt I should have worn a cape as I ended up with some of the dye on my shirt and the cut/pulled hairs went down my top. Minor improvement. Thank you.

This is my first time and it didn’t disappoint me️ i have a very thin brows and it looks fuller now and my lashes looks natural after too. I will definitely come back again! ️

I have very mixed feelings about this place. I have been here a handful of times & always thought it was good because it gets the job done, personally I believe that these things you get it done, you pay & go no need to make small talk with me. So when i read reviews about the whole “bad customer service “ it doesn't really bother me. They did a fine job the first few times i went (nothing to great, Ive had better but higher price point).

Today I went, it wasn't the same lady who usually does my eyebrows but i didn't care. She did a good job & she made sure I was happy with my eyebrows and everything. Until it came to me paying. On the counter it says “cash tips are APPRECIATED” (they dont accept card tips so it makes sense ive worked in restaurant business where you offer a service you have an option to give a tip & with cash tips you dont get taxed) I didnt have any cash on me today so I said i was going to pay debit. The lady says to me “ no card today, the machine is broken and is slow” (I couldnt really understand her but i got the jist of what she was saying) so i asked her how am I going to pay, she tells me to go to an ATM I started to get frustrated.

If you debit machine really doesnt work maybe put a sign on your door. I could tell in the ladys voice she did not want to accept card because of taxes or something and just wanted to pocket the cash (i know the business industry). This wouldnt be a shock because it is something that you dont need much product you’re essentially paying for the manpower/service.

In the end i left frustrated because i had to walk in and out of the store searching for the ATM, for the ATM to charge me an extra $3 just using the machine. This wasted a lot of my time. The point of these little kiosk types of things is that it is quick & gets the job done when im out running errands, I dont have time to go in and out of the store multiple times. I dont know if i will be back.

Not very friendly. Noticed the lady wasn’t into washing her hands or using hand sanitizer between customers, even after handling cash. Won’t be back.

I have been a customer here for several years and my boyfriend and I always leave pleased. We’re always greeted with a smile and the two women who work there are always super friendly and they know what there are doing and are really good at their job! Love going here.

I was here about a month ago they did an amazing job on my eyebrows definitely be going back very soon
