We had a great experience at LA Mazda with Rhaymon and Craig. Both were personable, professional and fun to work with. (Love the new look with the earrings Rhaymon)

My spouse and I both bought a new vehicle at this dealership. He’s 50 and I’m 45. It’s the first time either of us has bought a new vehicle. And, honestly, I used to be dead set against Mazda. I was so impressed. Jas, Nav, Anish, Steph, Craig, Yaro... Great group. Friendly as hell and easy to deal with. And, if Mazda puts its money where its mouth is on these warrantees, you can’t go wrong.

We are still getting calls from them. They are using different area code numbers so they can trick us to pick up a call. This is the reason why we put a 1 star review, please please stop calling us anymore… (they always leave voicemails and now their tone is getting scary.please stop!)

Even though we are not interested in purchasing a vehicle from them anymore, they keep calling us and leaving messages. Please stop calling us every week and leave a message, it is very annoying.

Aug 9 we were in a purchased a vehicle and had a great experience with Anthony being the best by having patients with us and very personable with the process of buying a vehicle. He was very thorough with us showing the options on the Jeep and was as interested as we were. Also to Craig for doing the financial part making it seem smooth and seamless. Kiddos to both.

The customer service at this location is awesome! They answer the phone quickly and trouble shoot.even had a call after-the-fact to see if my concerns had been resolved.

Eric Gillett was an excellent Sales Consultant and made the experience of buying my car easier. There were some issues with one sales manager undermining what the other one had promised; however, Eric did his best to ensure that everything resulted satisfactory and checked in at every step. I would highly recommend going to L. A. Mazda and asking for Eric.

After going to over a dozen dealerships looking for a new truck, I found the one I was after at LA Mazda. The truck was exactly as advertised. The salesman, Jas, went above and beyond to make my buying experience enjoyable and hassle free. I appreciated the custom video that Jas created for me before I ever even set foot in the dealership, highlighting the features abs condition of the truck. Craig the finance manager made the whole transaction smooth and easy. Can’t say enough about my buying experience!

Helping my nephew purchase his new Mazda 3 SportGT was a lot easier thanks to Eric Gillett’s sales process. My nephew had a horrible experience with Gary Moe Mazda out of Red Deer and called me to help. We met with Eric at LA Mazda in Leduc and his sales style was so much better. He knew his product and adjusted his sales process to make my nephews first new vehicle buying experience what it should have been.

We were, however, not at all impressed with Navi, the sales manager. Unfortunately, Navi came across extremely arrogant and was not accommodating in anyway; zero customer centric thinking. He had a militant, this is our rules and how it is going to happen PERIOD attitude…. If Eric was not as good as he was, and the same color vehicle was available elsewhere, we would have purchased elsewhere because of Navi - definitely took away from the experience at this dealership.

Overall, I would highly recommend LA Mazda, but I would ask your sales person to use a sales manager other than Navi if it is possible.

I deed my service last Thursday Sept 14,2023 coz I need to replace a new tire, me and my wife are not happy because after day change all my tire the guy told me to come back to re torque my lug nuts after 50 kilometers, but I told theme that I can do that coz I have my own torque, so when ww rich home I deed my re torque so I rialize my 4 special lug nuts are missing, they put the regular lug nuts, so in the next day I call the service center and they told me that I don’t have that in my tires and they didn’t make an action for my complaint, I have a proof that every tire that I have has a special lug nuts so I’m so very upset and we will never go back there any more…. I have proof that I have a special lug nuts in all my tire check the picture.

My mom just purchased her last car from Mohit Sharma at LA Mazda. He was fantastic to deal with, respectful of the fact that she didn't want to share her personal information until she decided on a car. He was very patient with her when setting up the new car! I would HIGHLY recommend LA Mazda and Mohit!

I don't often write reviews however, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for our salesmen Eric. Although I can not talk about the sales manager without lowing my rating significantly.there sales tactics are a bit less difficult but significantly less the other dealer ships. The Team here is exceptional at what they do! Will come back. Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Was shopping for a new Mazda. Had my heart set on a specific model, trim, and colour. I ordered at another dealership and they couldn't give me a set date when it would arrive.

Because of this, I started looking at other dealers to see what they had. I checked LA Mazda's website and they had a car I wanted coming in soon, I gave them my details. Within 2 hours I had ERIC from LA Mazda call me, he was extremely transparent and honest, told me everything that was coming in and what options for trims and colours they had.

ERIC even went as far to book a time with me, and did a full video showcasing their newest arrival and giving a thorough tour and drive video. I was pretty much sold!

Things happened with my other dealership; I got really lucky as a customer had canceled their order for the exact car I wanted and I ended up finalizing with the other dealership.

However, it didn't stop there. ERIC even followed up after my purchase from the other dealer to make sure everything fell into place.

I did not imagine this level of service was possible for a customer who didn't even buy anything.

If you deal with ERIC at L. A MAZDA you will be in great hands!

Had a great experience with LA Mazdas service department. Janelle was great and kept me informed the whole time and didn’t push for anything but what my CX-9 was in for. The tech (not sure his name) got my car up and running and kept it over night to be sure there was no issues that arose in the AM before returning my car to me back up and running. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car in there again.
