The vehicle buying experience is becoming less painful. We didn't experience overly pushy sales people, although quite helpful. The young man we dealt with was Karson Benoit. He seemed quite knowledgeable and expedited the sale of my previous vehicle as well. We have actually now purchased two vehicles from the dealership and I would recommend them to friends or family.

We purchased a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and were helped along the way by Sal. Sal was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and patient as we had multiple Nissan models we were considering. At no time did Sal use high pressure tactics and let us make the decision. Similarly the sales manager was also excellent and made the whole process very easy. Furthermore I have since had the opportunity to work with the service department and are similarly very helpful and friendly. All in all I found the staff and management excellent at LA Nissan. Update 04-16-2021
I've had my Titan for about 6 months now and I'm not satisfied with the vehicle. This truck barely lasted through the winter months of Yellowknife, NT. At times, the truck struggled to start even when plugged in over night. The electronics started flickering mid-drive and had a delayed response. The windows would easily freeze shut. Door hands wouldn't shut after opening a door. Tail gate wouldn't shut (took me 20+ tries at one point. Use straps to hold it up). I assumed having bought the truck in the midst of winter season, that the truck would be winterized. It had been not. I had to change the power steering with Synthetic fluid and install a battery trickle charger. Tires we're warn and didnt do well in the snow. L. A Nissan had no comments on these concerns. Their only option was to move forward with a trade in, which was $9,000 lower than purchased price. Most other dealer ships offered $2000-$3000 lower. As a dissatisfied customer, I would think L. A. Nissan would offer any sort of assistance and options. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the way the Titan handles the harsh winters of Yellowknife and currently looking for something more suitable for the conditions.

We had been looking for a suv for a few months. We were down to either a rav4 or the rogue. Two very good vehicles. Toyota's attitude was, this is what we have, take it or leave it. "Can you come down in price? " Sure thing, we can take a hundred dollars off.lol. So we rolled into LA Nissan and met Rowan James, who is an excellent listener. He took his time, didn't rush us. Let us drive different vehicles and made us feel welcome. Rowan found the vehicle my wife wanted, which is important. Four days later we bought a Rogue from Rowan. No pressure sales, but made us feel comfortable and we feel we got a great deal. Everyone at LA Nissan treated us with respect. Thank you all.

I recently drove home a used vehicle from LA Nissan. I received excellent service from Ish, the sales rep, who has a nice combination of being enthusiastic, attentive, knowledgeable, but and not pushy to the point of being annoying. He also makes good videos (which is useful in these times). The dealership also has pretty good amenities. The negotiation is going to be stressful no matter where which dealership you go to. I think if you do your homework on your numbers before going, be firm but reasonable, you should be able to work out a fair deal with their managers. Overall, I am pretty happy with the experience overall at this dealership and will recommend to others

Worst dealership around.will try and sandbag you instead of offering a reasonable rate.salesmen don't listen and are poorly trained.take your credit card and hold you hostage so you have to play their game.

I just bought a new Murano from this dealership. Right from the start the team there jumped in to ensure I was well looked after and was buying exactly what I wanted. Austin was phenomenal going over everything and doing test drives with me (I think 3). Fazar worked closely with us to make it work and even the store manager Dan interceded to help. Ryan, the finance manager worked with the banks and went over things clearly and precisely so I understood everything, and to ensure I was covered comfortably. His partner, Dave, answered some questions as well when Ryan was out. I feel very comfortable saying I trust this dealership and look forward to continuing the relationship with their service department and Cindy.

Roger Frederick is a great salesman and I like the people there. My only issue is the used car I bought had a few minor issues that seem to be taking forever to get solved! When you buy new OR used and they say it's certified you expect that car to not have ANY problems.

On September 26,2018 I had put a call out on facebook that I was looking to get a vehicle. My good friend of 20+ years Roger Frederick told me to come see him and he'd help me find something reliable and also within our budget.

He found us a 2013 Nissan Sentra that we immediately fell in love with. GSM Jon and Roger were such a help walking me through the process and paperwork and are absolutely fabulous.

Kira and Will from finance were absolute angels and helped us get our financing underway.

After the first month, Cindy in parts called to remind us to get our winter rust protection applied. When I got to the dealership, Cindy was so incredible, she got my vehicle in right away so I didn't have to wait around in the lobby all day. She is an absolute gem! ️

After October we found that the all season tires were just not cutting it on the ice and snow, so we called in to get a quote for winter tires. There was a bit of an issue with our quote at first, but Jordan stepped up and totally fixed the issue! He's such a champ!

After much deliberation, going into November, we did a lot of re budgeting, and figured the the sentra was just too much for us financially, so we decided to downgrade.

Roger was out of the office when I arrived, but Jon and Jesse were on point, and totally set us up with a 2015 Nissan Micra!

It's cute as a button, and much smaller in size which is so much better for fuel economy. Jesse got winter tires ordered for me and I can't wait until we get them installed!

It's always a blast when I get to the dealership and see my Nissan family! ️
I always leave feeling a sense of relief that everyone is willing to help or and resolve any issues we run into. Owning a vehicle is a lot of work!

I drove from Calgary to make a deal on a 2018 Titan Platinum Reserve. The deal and paperwork were all done ahead of time which made the pickup and paperwork very fast. They honored the very fair trade value I was given from a dealer in Calgary. I was very impressed will all the staff. Faraz Ahmed was great to deal with and very thorough explaining all the features on my new Titan. It was an amazing deal that Calgary dealers refused to match. I love the new truck.
