This la senza has excellent service. Went into determine new cup size, Ladies were super helpful in finding something sexy. Love this place, For this reason I will be back.

Staff wasn't very helpful. Went to the dressing room and waited forever for someone to come check on me because I was needing a different size. Left empty handed.

Ladies here were really helpful. I couldn't remember the name of the bra I usually get but they were super stars and figured it out for me.

I took a few steps into the store and a worker rushed over to me as she was dodging other customers and asked if I need any help. I answered no thank you, I’m just browsing and she went on her head set and told her other co workers to watch me, as if I were going to steal. I immediately left and went to Victoria secret instead where I was treated with actual respect.

Went in there with my wife and felt very judged. I get that we aren’t the best dressed people, but we felt like they thought we were stealing…. Major deter ant for spending money

Horrible service. Ignoring the one single person that walked in. That’s a great way to make a customer feel unwanted. Not going back to this location. Gonna try south side next. Here’s hoping for better service.

A nice store with very friendly staff. We found exactly what we wanted at a pretty good price too.

Worst customer service ever! There were three rude girls there chatting and not even bothered greeting me, although I was the only customer they had!

Watch the way they do their pricing. Bought this bra thinking it was marked down and didn’t realize it was a different form of currency.

Was here on June 23 2021 with my Mother-law she needed some new bras as her other ones were old and cheap. When we arrived we were greeted friendly and helped by an amazing sales associate! Super friendly and helpful she did do a bra fitting for my Mother in law helped her find her correct size, helped her feel beautiful again with a proper bra. Overall was super pleased with the staff and store.

I like the merch. So does my boyfriend but the staff. There were 6 staff, me and my boyfriend and two other shoppers. And after waiting 10 minutes we had to ask for help. Then got passed to a different associate.

I wish I could remember the asian girls name, but she was beyond helpful, I'm always anxious and self-conscious going into stores to purchase bras, but she made the experience actually enjoyable and I appreciate her

Declined service because i am medically ecempted from mask although i wore a face shield as an alternative.

4 stars for customer service and keeping the store organized. I wish I could give 2 stars for not having enough sexy collections.

Not sure what kind of training your staff go through. But i dont really appreciate the terms "youre spilling out", "youre over flowing" and "your falling out of" when referring to my chest. This is a store for private area clothing and i dont think thats language i am comfortable hearing from associates, especially with customers in the store. I also dont like when they shout my cup size at me with people around. Not everyone is super comfortable with their bodies.
You could say things such as "maybe we can find you a better fitting bra" or "lets look at different options that could fit better".
Instead of yelling my cup size to the world you can just take me to the drawer and say these ones should work best for you.
Instead of embarrassing me and announcing my private body to the world.

Large selection and friendly staff. They often have a sale on panties which is nice, but not always. I want one of those completely strapless bras but it's pricy, need to catch it on sale.

Great just felt that it was short staffed as I had to wait a fair amount of time before j could get help

Good selection but disappointing how almost all the bras have a tonne of padding. Would like to see more of the broad selection in normal bras without feeling like I need to change how I look.

I came here with my girlfriend on July 4th at around 5: 30pm. I know nothing about women's lingerie but from what I saw they were really helpful and the service was extremely good from the two ladies that were working at the time. As my girlfriend was checking out she had a medical emergency that caused her to pass out. I had to hold onto my girlfriend and I asked the lady checking us out to call 911. She immediately got on the phone and called for am ambulance and then the mall medical staff to assist with my girlfriend as we waited for am ambulance to arrive. They closed the gates to the store so no new customers could enter and allowed for the remaining customers in the store to finish their shopping quickly. Everyone involved was extremely professional and courteous. Thank you for the staff working at La Senza at this time and the medical staff at the mall, which made this really stressful situation for me that much easier.

I've been here quite a few times and everytime was a good experience. The people who work here are always so nice and very helpful. They even look in the back to try and help you find the size you need if it's not on display on the floor (a lot of places just say they don't have it). The store is always organized and clean. Even when there was huge sales going on and the lines were incredibly long they checked people out very fast.

Ok so I came in the other day with a friend to do a bit of shopping. I was having a fairly pleasant experience at first. HOWEVER I over heard a lady who I assume is a manager (taller Asian lady) berate an employee right at the cash registers. I felt incredibly uncomfortable as I could hear every word that was said. I also don’t particularly find it Appropriate to be disciplining someone In front of customers. You can tell the poor girl didn’t want anything to do with the conversation but the manager just wouldn’t let up. I’m absolutely disgusted by what I saw and will not return to this location. If this is the store manager she NEEDS to be retrained.

Not the usual experience perhaps the staff member was not having a good day. We wound up leaving without buying everything we had planned to get as we felt like we were being rushed.

I always have this problem in bra shops.staff look at you but don't acknowledge you. I was looking to get fit because I lost weight and took well over 20 min before anyone asked if I needed help. I was literally about to leave. When I did get a fit they gave me a few samples to try on. I pressed the button they told me to when I got the bra on.no one came. So I took it off and walked our without buying anything.

I personally don't fit there products I go to Torrid for mine but my daughter does and she loves there products, I do like the prices especially their sales just wish they had a plus size line of products as well so I can shop for myself there for myself.

THE STAFF HEREIS SO WONDERFUL. The selection is usually pretty good but i will sit in traffic on the handay to get the service at this location.

I am very happy with my purchase today. I am also very happy with the discount on the underwear. Love the collection this year. I also love how quickly was to find out my bra size (lost a lot weight), and they gave the 6 bra options, and I was able to find out my favorite three bras. I bought 2 today. I will be coming back in the future for more options.
