La Senza

Attended the Market Mall location at 7: 30pm on a Saturday. Staff advised that they were unwilling to allow fitting room access as it was “too close to closing”. Don’t bother wasting your time or money here. There are plenty of other stores with better service (ie; La Vie en Rose).

Was here on Sunday and was ignored when I entered the store, even though there was 2 employees there. Just disappointed.

I have come in to this store multiple instances and have received the same level of poor customer service each time. Multiple sales staff working but they are all busy chatting to each other about their personal lives meanwhile I am the only customer in the store and no one is offering me any kind of help. Do better, La Senza.

Sales staff is very helpful and was able to find the correct product for me. The girls were helpful in the fitting rooms and provided me the support I needed in order to find the perfect bra! Best La senza ever!

Incompetent, lazy staff. They can’t even read a receipt properly. I contacted customer service through email about my terrible in store experience and they couldn’t even offer any solution except for a “I don’t understand why that happened. ” Wow well that doesn’t help me at all. Complete waste of my time and money. This company is just a complete joke now, don’t bother shopping here.

Went in here with my friend on a Wednesday afternoon, and we were followed the entire.we dont give off the appearance or feeling that we're trying to steal, and ive even worked in loss prevention before at past jobs.i knew from the jump that they thought we were going to try to steal, and im not sure what led them to believe that.will not be returning, plus i didnt even find a bra that worked
