La Senza

Very low on stock and very rude with response. I was told to shop online maybe I needed it now not in a week.

For whatever reason they had the lights off for the whole day although people were shopping? The rest of the mall had power, only this store did not.

Staff aren't very friendly and if you do the math on the sales, you actually aren't saving much money; La Senza is just trying to distract customers from complaining about stopping bulk deals.

Picked up a couple bralettes today, so exiced. Been struggling to find a cute bralette for my bigger bust foreverrr. Ready for summer thanks to the girls on today

Wish the fitting rooms were open but I understand due to covid. Excellent customer service and always willing to answer questions.

They got rid of their sales (5 panties for however much etc) completely. They also have really low selection right now - and no clothing (as in robes and lounging clothes). I used to come here sometimes to stock up, but I probably won't anymore.

The girls at Kingsway are always amazing. I've been shopping there for over 3 years, and I've never had a bad experience. The girls always go above and beyond, they really know to make you feel comfortable and beautiful.

The young women there are always soooo helpful. They usually give me cupons as soon as I enter the store. I love La Senza

Izzy is fantastic, she helped my mom and sister find exactly what they wanted and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

This location is consistently disappointing.

They are always low in stock and have dismal variety in styles. The sales associates are rarely helpful and come off as unprofessional.

Understaffed, limited selection and La Senza no longer carrys a size that fits me. AA women exist and want sexy bras too
