One sales lady helped us shop. She even offered to check in the back for sizes and other styles of pjs for my daughter and I. Another one cashed us out and was also so nice. Great customer service here. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Products and Customer service are great, however they must pump perfume through the vents or something because I purchased three items here that absolutely stunk of this horrible perfume (all from different sections of the store, so i don’t think another customer trying them on was responsible for that). I have washed each of the garments 5 times now, with various things to try and eliminate that perfume smell and nothing is working. I am incredibly sensitive to smells due to a neurological condition, and while I appreciate that many people enjoy perfume and I am not saying they shouldn’t be able too, I don’t think products should come home from stores smelling so badly that several washes can’t even remove the odour.

I likely will not purchase from here again, despite the quality products, because now I am unable to wear the clothing OR return it since it’s been washed.

They people doesnt have bags. Want their customers to run around the mall with nightssuit and under garmets in hand. Gracy told me to buy tote bag for 19 dollars. Poor customer service

The shop was very neat and organize Gracie. She was very helpful and helped me to decide what is the best that will suit me. Usually I get overwhelmed by all the products and I end up leaving this time because of Gracy I bought many things. Thank you gracy

Kiran was such a helpful associate at La Vei En Rose. She helped me find the perfect bras for comfort and size, and she knew exactly what I needed. She was very knowledgeable about all the items they had in store and she consistently kept checking in on me by the fitting room to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. She is a valuable asset to this store, give this woman a raise! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here! Thank you Kiran!

I went today to ask questions at the counter. There were 3 or 4 ladies standing there chatting, but no one seemed like to greet me until I made the eye contact with smile. The lady coming to me didn’t give me a good answer to my question, so I asked for the someone else who can answer. Then another young lady who was also at the counter turned to me. She looked a bit annoyed, and then just firmly repeat what the other lady said to me. When I tried to explain more, she interrupted me with a grumpy face and stopped talking to me anymore. There were a few customers waiting behind me so I decided to leave because I don’t want to keep others waiting. I truly hope the ladies working in the store understand that this job is all about customer service, and what they did to me today is absolutely unacceptable.

Good selection of panties and bras for the wife. I go for their selection of pj's. Especially if on sale for $19.99. Friendly staff. Don't feel weird going in there.my wife went there for bra shopping and then at Victoria's secret. I obviously don't wear a bra, but she says that la vie en rose makes quality bras at a slightly lower price point than VS.

Bethany is awesome & so helpful! Great environment & atmosphere in the store. The team work really shows, all the girls are so comforting & knowledgeable. This is my favourite La vie en Rose location! Thank you guys for all of your hard work <3

Worst service ever and I didn't think it could get any worse with covid. They have the worst customer service since before covid

All the sales people were so incredibly nice and helpful! Even though it was very busy in there, the floor staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for and in the right size.

Went in yesterday with my friend to purchase some pajamas. This one female worker asked if we needed help and we replied no, as we knew what we were looking for, we were just looking at all of the options. We said we would come back to her if we did need help.
She would not leave us alone, no matter where we went, she followed. My friend and I would try and talk, & she would interrupt us to tell us what pair she owned. I did say that was awesome and the pjs looked great, but I wasn’t interested in that pair.
I would look at some pjs on a wall and she would start talking to the back of my head as I was clearly fine looking by myself since that was the second time I said we were ok looking ourselves.

I think it was pushy and we never got to enjoy our experience together. I’m not sure if the sales women there make commission or not on things they try and sell to you, but I did not want to purchase anything after the worker was being pushy and overbearing. We ended up heading to Victoria’s Secret.

The manager at this location is extremely friendly and amazing to speak with.

Check this store out for amazing designs on clothing at low prices! The store Is always clean and organized with friendly staff! Great place to get a gift.

Honestly the best shopping experience I could ask for. Not only amazing sales but amazing people! I believe the sales representative name was Chantal and she was fantastic. I normally hate shopping due to my size but she made me feel comfortable shopping here. She helped me find beautiful items. She is so genuine and kind. Also I never caught the cashiers name but she was hilarious aswell. Thank you la vie en rose for making my shopping experience amazing. Definitely will be a regular and I’m so in love with my purchase!
