Terrible experience, the staff were rude, unhelpful, unhappy, ignorant, worst
customer service I've ever seen. Not only what I mentioned in the above but I forgot to include the fact that I was bullied out of the store, in a manner of lieing to me about what time it was saying they were closing when after the fact looking at my clock in the parking lot I have 50 minutes left before thet closed.just a downright nasty experience

If something appears to be on sale, be sure to clarify with an associate before assuming. The signage is very misleading. Also, be aware to bring your own bag. I bought $140 worth of merchandise and the bag cost $3.50! I had just bought a beautiful bag at Marshall's for $1.50 and I wish I had brought it in with me to this store. I don't know her name but Employee #237405 was very condescending. I won't be back.

The sales associate was the best she checked the back for stock for me, offered to check other stores. Ultimately, I made a large purchase.

This has been my preferred venue for the last 8 years based on the store cleanliness, in-store deals and customer focused staff. Roula, Elaine and Liberty at the Signal Hill outlet always go over and beyond to help me find the right sizes, colours and best value. I always have a pleasant shopping experience there and highly recommend this outlet.

Very unfriendly fitting room associate today. Came in with my mother around 2pm today and we were offered a fitting room and my mom asked me to find something of a similar style for her while she was in the fitting room. I came back with an alternative style and the associate loudly stated while other customers were around " you're not allowed to do that. Only I am allowed to offer other items to prevent theft. Now I don't know how many items she has in there. Great! "

Okay then. Maybe implement another system to keep track of items like a whiteboard like other stores?

This location is AMAZING, specifically because of Taya. She is consistently helpful, more then willing to help with needs and bringing new sizes or styles to try, and is always very genuine. She makes this the only location I want to visit!

Came in with my mother in law and we spent quite a bit of money and had amazing service from employee (#848043) the first time we came in but we had noticed a damaged product so we wanted to exchange and we called to make sure all was good. We came in for the exchange a few days later and the staff was rude. I work customer service and it’s not a hard task to complete. Attitude was not needed from the employee (#237405)
