La Vie en Rose West Edmonton Mall Outlet

I had a few items i had tried on and wanted to calculate my total. I told the employee that i wasn’t sure about them and i’d take a peek around.she told me that i could make my decision at the counter and took them up to the front.that’s what we do at my retail store when we think they’re stealing lolol it wasn’t slick.very obviously made me feel like i was stealing.i decided to not buy anymore than what i had and leave.

Similar to a review a couple down, I too experienced something similar. Picked out some items that were on sale and when brought to the counter I was told one wasn’t part of the sale and was then told to go back and pick another one. I did that with no issue. Then the cashier told me again that another item wasn’t part of it. Getting slightly irritated I went back and picked out another one and brought it back to only be told AGAIN that it wasn’t part of the sale and that customers sometimes put things in the wrong spot. While I completely understand this it was very frustrating to have to go back not one but THREE times. There wasn’t a whole lot of options for my size so I ended up leaving all the items behind.

I hate to post this review as I usually love coming to this location to shop.

The staff here are AMAZING! They're so helpful everytime I come in here, it makes such a lovely shopping experience. This location is worth the drive for me.

Lots of stock, was neat and tidy (other than the bargain bins but I know those are hard to keep organized). Came in to find bras and once again no one asked if we needed help. I'm big on customer service, especially at places like this where finding your size can be difficult among all the stock. Quiet night, no one else in the store but the staff were all hanging at the till. I did buy some panties but walked out without bras, we ended up going to another store in the mall and were helped quickly.

One of my favorite stores to go and get bras. First of all it's wayyy cheaper the Victoria secret and has better quality for the cloths that they sell and the lingerie. Definitely recommend this store!
Also the stuff is very nice. I need help and the lady was so nice! Great experience over all!

I was greeted by Lacy who showed a genuine interest in making sure I found the right garment for my needs. I found Lacy to be engaging, knowledgeable, and personable. She is a great member to the La Vie en Rose team

My favourite branch to shop. But of all the years I’ve been shopping at la vie en rose, today I’ve experienced one awful attitude from Helen. The face she gave when I was merely asking for the price. It’s just so insulting She’s with another sales clerk. I’m here infront of the store typing this. Hope you look into this. Thank you.

My daughter and I recently visited this store and had an amazing experience! I think she was the assistant sales manager (she had blonde hair and was petite) helped us and she was absolutely ahhhhmazing! She went above and beyond to help us. She was continually checking on us to make sure we had what we needed and she new all the product they had in store and was able to make many recommendations which I would never thought of. There were other customers in the store and it was like she was juggling a set of balls while and successfully keeping them all in the air while keeping all of us happy. Man could she move quick. It was like she was running a marathon! Her customer service was exceptional and her attitude was upbeat and positive. I will never go to another outlet store again. Keep up the great work! I would rate you higher than 5 stars if I could

Shout out to Lacy! She is the best sales associate I have seen. Went above and beyond to look for a product that I was looking for. She even communicated to other store as WEM location didn’t have the one I was wanting, requested the other store to put a hold under my name, and called me back to update me. ️ and respect for you Lacy! ️️

This place is a joke. Unbelievable managing. I run two warehouses so I do have room to talk here.
Treat your workers better and maybe you’ll get good results/reviews on here. I walk past nearly everyday on my way to my meetings and I see them busting their hard work off and they just have such a tired/sad look.

I’m sure they don’t get paid what they deserve. But I will say THANK YOU to the wonderful two young ladies that helped my wife find some under clothing, one bright blonde girl and a dark brown hair girl, you guys made my wife’s day, thank you so much. If it wasn’t for them i’d be leaving 1 star for bad management.

Associates you are so much appreciated just know that and there is always a place where you are appreciated!

My husband went into this store yesterday to get my some underwear, they told him if we need a bigger size or different style just in case it didn't fit me right. To come back in but to MAKE SURE ALL TAGS WERE STILL ON! Which the pairs thats didn't fit me or I didn't like. We followed the instructions they give him. Anyways we went back today to return two of those. And they first yelled at me saying that they can't do anything but then said whatever you can change them. But not next time. Because we can't change those type of items. Which I understand but don't go tell someone something else. Then say something else a different day. (again the underwear even said don't remove tag or you can't return. Also the worker's were really pushing on selling things after I said I was looking first. Anyways this store needs to work on what there policies are!

Looooooove thia store, can never get enough in person or online shopping here. Love the selection, the sales people. Its one of my favorite stores

I absolutely love this store! Every time I’ve come here, the staff are always super attentive and helpful. I was helped by Bernadette (I think that was her name) today when looking for bras. She checked on me constantly and even measured to make sure I was getting the right size. I was asking for her opinion on certain sizes and she was completely honest and when one didn’t fit she went and found one that would! She was AMAZING!

Staff was hard to find and when they did it was.disappointing. I asked for a bra fitting and the lady helping me almost seems disgusted by me.
Everything was stocked so that was nice.

I got what I needed here, and the sales were great, BUT the girls were very intrusive into our shopping experience. My sister and I prefer la Vie en Rose because after the initial greeting the ladies usually leave you alone unless you need help, but today we were told the sales by three different people, and asked at least 6 times if we were doing ok, when we were obviously fine. And my friend was in the change room and I was standing right outside the door and the one girl came and knocked on the two other change rooms with customers, and then came and said, 'is she doing ok? ' When I obviously had her covered. It's just awkward when you're shopping with teens who are not comfortable with bra shopping and then you tell them the girls won't bother you.

Lauren was so helpful and super friendly. Helped me with cross sizes i came from out of town where I cant get my size and she was great. Not 5 stars because the cashier was kind of stand offish.

So it might seem a bit odd for a guy to do a review of a women's lingerie and accessories store. No I'm not afraid to say I've been in here for several different purposes and this latest visit was no exception. I was in looking for nightwear for my other half and decided to drop in. The store is very clean, open, well ley. And well-stocked. The staff are definitely friendly and not entirely weirded out that a guy comes in looking for night wear for his other half. I will definitely keep returning here for my needs. The staff were great, friendly in sale prices at the time I was in was extremely good.

Great selection, great prices, outlet, awesome helpful staff. Truly the Canadian Victoria's Secret.
