I'd like to Thank the service team of Natalia the lady who took my call and Dan the technician who came to my home.
I received a reclining chair from my daughter which had the controls on the right side of the chair. My health declined to the point that it was painful to reach the control. So talking to Natalia and explaining my situation she went above and beyond to try to save me a service charge by gathering the info of my recliner & make sure Dan came equipped with the proper equipment to convert the chair to a remote control!
Unfortunately one item to switch over was overlooked lol.
But I wasn't charged for the call but Dan Mc givered it so I could set the cntrl unit on my stand until the part came in lol
Then Lazyboy stepped up to the plate and covered the conversion at "No Cost " to me other than the service call charge. So Thank You Very Much Lazyboy! And your Fantastic Team of Natalia and Don

Brittany and Lynn were so delightful, helpful, personable, and patient during my adventures in finding a chair for my nursery. I spent a lot of time debating if I should or shouldn't buy a high quality chair, and while it took me a couple of months to come to the decision, I am so glad I finally decided to buy. I love that La Z Boy carries a stock of what they have on the floor so that I don't have to wait several months for the chair to arrive — I only have to wait two days! Thank you for the wonderful service.

I would give five stars, also know as "Love" for some odd reason, but the prices I do not Love. Understandable that they have a superior product but it's a little excessive in my opinion. Credit is definitely given for the wonderful staff that are not pushy, just helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to furniture. The furniture itself is very nice and I will most likely consider buying more from here.

We recently purchased furniture from the west end Lazy Boy and had excellent sales service from Kevin. He was really helpful and patient as we made our selections. Though the manufacture wait times are longer now, Kevin provided regular updates and was forthcoming with information. We will definitely reach out to Kevin for any future purchases.

An area of improvement for lazyboy itself is to ensure production systems are updated in a timely manner so sales teams can give accurate statuses.

I love the no hassle shopping, being able to freely walk around and try any couch or chair without being pressured by a sales person works well for me, and when I needed assistance the sales personnel were all very knowledgeable and able to assist.

Excellent customer service from Kevin. He provided product information and knew exactly what to show us based on our wants e.g. Deeper seat, nonrecliner, stands up to kid wear and tear. We ended up purchasing 2 couches. Keep in mind some products take a long time to arrive right now. We ordered May 2021 and order will arrive November 2021. Will update review with quality of product at that time.

Third lazy boy chair (leather) and the color has faded bought (life time warranty) 2 times and the special leather treatments and it all failed.lifetime warranty is a lie and cash grab $250 for nothing they cover very very very little like an astroid strike or something like that.read fine print everything is NOT covered nothing is covered actually.but live and learn had second chair 9 months and it faded, returned it got half the money back toward new oneguess what same thing again.they said oh well, I recommend spend on natuzzi NOT lazy boy buy a brand that lasts.really not a solid product long terms unless the chairs are good for a year or less but 1800 is a lot to get a failure three times.

Website is somewhat cumbersome and the use of blank sofas etc made it feel clinical. Prices were on the side of outrageously high when compared to other nice quality furnishings.

Great service from Kevin. We left very happy with the help and advice we received in choosing our recliners. Also, a big thank you to one of the designers for her advice on color choices.

I'd say it's one of the best furniture stores in Edmonton. We went in browsing for a couch and came out with a recliner and a couch. We visited a few times before buying and never felt pressured. Tom is very helpful. He knows his stuff and is a nice guy. He pointed out the Greyson recliner, which we had not noticed ourselves, as being good for taller people and he was bang on. The difference was felt instantly. La-Z-Boy recliners are so much better than any other brand. We have one from Urban Barn that looks nice but it's a major step down in comfort from our new La-Z-Boy. The couch we got is great too. We'll shop here again for sure.

If we could choose a salesman to help us with all life's purchases, we would pick Kevin Ogren. Very professional from the start as he continued to narrow in on which sofa would work for our family. He gave us space when needed, never putting pressure on us. I felt like he was really on our side and got us the best deal. Thank you Kevin!

In home Design Service is a joke. Designer Sharon Van Buren at this location decided to contradict all that is said about their design service on the website. Not WORTH doing in home measurements for $7000.00 couch and chair. Must want tables/area rugs/lamps/artwork and accessories? I think it would be more aptly named La-Z-SHARON. Will definitely be purchasing furniture ELSEWHERE

Ordered a recliner with massage, heat.love it.custom made.they had told me a 3 month wait.recliner was delivered, set up within about 2 months.beautiful, durable fabric with arm covers and head cover.beautifully, solidly built.worth the money

Had purchased a hide-a-bed with an air mattress from La-Z-Boy Furniture just under 5 years ago along with the Platinum Protection Plan. In early February the mattress started losing air. I contacted La-Z-Boy and spoke with Jamie on 11Feb 2019. She confirmed that the mattress was under warranty and suspected that the problem may be the value. She arranged to have a new valve sent out in the mail and upon it's arrival replaced it. Unfortunately the mattress was still leaking air and upon closer review found that a hole had developed at one of the folds when the mattress is put away.
On 20Feb 2019 I spoke with Braiden from La-Z-Boy and told him about the leak as well as our concern that a replacement air mattress might develop the same issue and wondered if it could be replaced with something different than the air mattress.
Braiden checked and confirmed they could swap it out for something more appropriate. I responded to the warehouse where I exchanged the air mattress with a spring mattress
On 27Feb 2019 I removed the plastic cover from the spring mattress and found that the stitching along part of the seam on the one long side was not properly sewed. I again spoke with Jamie who immediately indicated that I could return it for a new one.
Amazing customer service. At no point did I have to contact numerous people, repeat my story or get frustrated with the lack of understanding or effort. Not only did they listen to the problem I was experiencing but they immediately assisted me in attempting to rectify the concern.
Very much appreciated.

My fiancé and I were surprised by the selection of furniture and the unbelievable service by Everton and Sharon! We visited the showroom three separate times without ever being asked to make a purchase which was a welcome change from most chains such as The Brick. They always set aside time to go through our options and what would work within the floor plans of the home we are building.

We will definitely be going back to them to furnish the remainder of our house this summer!

When I originally went in I was given a price and the salesman gave me one knowing I wanted a different color. Than once I went to purchase he said that price was only for the color on floor. I did purchase because it was the couch I wanted Than delivered he wanted another 150. I think next time I will go back to Leon’s.they deliver and set up for nothing and give true prices

Our experience at Lazy-Boy was a delight! No pressure, knowledge and friendly staff made shopping for a sofa easy. The salesperson let us have time to browse and made sure to inform us of all the options, styles, and services. It was very helpful to see the actual options on the furniture. Definitely would recommend visiting them especially if you need ideas-the store is beautifully set up! Thanks!
