Kerry provided exceptional customer service! She was friendly, professional, and efficient! We bought a reclining sofa.

We love the furniture and the sales people are great. My only negative review is the warranty program. We had issues with the leather on our sofa not holding the color. Warranty repaired the love seat after months of back and forth on the issue. A few months later the sofa started showing the same issue and when I called warranty they refused to fix it and claimed it was no longer covered. Don’t waste your money on the warranty.

Each store is not interested in checking other stores or warehouses to see if they have the item the customer is looking for. The customer has to check or phone around.
Otherwise the sales person (s) are excellent. I presume they are working on commission and that’s why. I understand.
I am looking ahead to see how the service will be IF there happens to be any problems. I am not anticipating any. The chair is certainly well made.

Friendly, clean, and they show the furniture well. A lot of their stuff is made of actual wood, not just glued together sawdust.

We dealt with Patty at La-z-boy in Red Deer, she was amazing to deal with and answered all my questions. She helped me with choosing table styles and colors also made sure we were getting the best deal that we could before ordering the table. She would even text me instead of having to go in all time for any questions we both had, that made things so much easier with having three kids. The day I did go in to select colors she was so good with the kids and let them sit on the beds which kept them busy and happy! I will recommend her to anyone and La-Z-Boy seems like a great place to shop with amazing quality furniture.

Great experience with excellent staff. Josh was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable and not pressured at all. Found him to be honest and transparent, there were no hidden fees.

Kerry was amazing at helping us pick out a rocking chair! She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and easily answered all our questions. She even informed us about custom fabrics on any of their furniture, which is such a fun option.

We just purchased a new recliner here. They have a great selection and were super helpful answering all our questions while we sat in most of them at least twice.

Help was appreciated. Only incorrect info we were give verbally was we we told extended warranty was transferable but in the paper work it says it is not. Delivery was very quick-the next day. Delivery men were great.

Carol was extremely helpful and patient with us. I wasn’t sure what I wanted at all and I think she showed us the whole store! We really enjoyed the experience even though we were dreading furniture shopping. Buying local has many perks and the current promotional prices couldn’t be beat. Very good value for the quality, selection and service. Ask Carol about their attractive extended warranty- comprehensive coverage for worry free ownership. We are looking forward to many comfortable years on our new Lazyboy furniture.

We went to the store in search of a recliner to fit my specific needs. Our salesman, Ivan, made the whole experience very enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and very pleasant. I left there very happy with my purchase.

This was a 5 star from entering the door to leaving. Kerry approached us, welcomed us and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We told her, she indicated where all the items and told us she would leave us to look around. After about 20 minutes she approached us again and said, "what do you think, see anything you liked? " We had decided that we were going to think about what we had seen and get back to her. She walked us to the exit door and once there we turned around to thank her again and there in front of us was a loveseat that caught both my husband and my eye. 30 minutes later we had tried it out, liked it, she made sure the same one was in the warehouse and it could be delivered this Tuesday. We paid and signed the paperwork and we're on our way. All sales people could learn alot from her! Very good experience!

We went into the La-Z-Boy Furniture store looking to buy one couch and ended up buying another one on sale. There was such an amazing inventory in the store and our Sales Associate, Josh was very helpful but gave us space to make our own informed decision. It was a great experience and we are very excited with our purchase!

Quick and painless just like furniture buying should be. Great not pushy salesperson explained delivery etc thoroughly. Highly recommended.
