As usual the service was great. Colleen was our customer service representative this time and she didn’t disappoint us. She's been working for
La-Z-Boy for 17 years I believe so she knows her furniture.

She suggested that we have their decorator come and measure the area to make sure it would fit and with the computer program that the decorator uses gives us a picture of how it will look with the pieces in the room.

Once again the service was excellent and we can’t wait to get our furniture.

Salesman didn’t seem to care if we purchased or not and gave wrong details about the features of the chair we purchased. After sale he didn’t answer cell or email when we requested warehouse address and as a result we got to the warehouse 3 minutes before closing time. Warehouse was great and we believe we’ll be happy with our purchase even though it’s missing a feature we were told it had.

Zsolt was friendly, competent and very informative about all the recliners. He spent a lot of time with us in choosing the one we decided on.

Colleen was very knowledgeable. She helped us without being aggressive sales. Left us to chat to make up our minds and we did end up purchasing a couch from her.

Although we didn't find a couch that works for us, the service was awesome. They weren't hovering like they do at some places.

We purchased a Trouper power loveseat with console and a non-powered sofa. The salesman, Zolt, was friendly, respectful and attentive throughout the entire process from selection to purchase and through delivery. We also appreciated the included design service which ensured that the items that we purchased and the colours would look good and fit our space properly. The designer, Kendra, visited our house, took measurements and provided a digital layout. She also attended the delivery to help get everything properly organized in our family room. We love our new furniture and had a fantastic sales, support and delivery experience. Very highly recommended.

I was really happy with the service Ruth provided to me and my husband. She was knowledgeable about the products and helped us find options that worked for us. With Ruth’s help, my husband and I have found something that is perfect for us!

Ruth the sales associate was super helpful and walked through all the options with us without pressuring us at all. She was great. Even after we’d purchased our couch she called us and gave us a deal on delivery that’d she didn’t know was on at the time. Definitely recommend her and this location!

We purchased a recliner from a very competant sales lady, Ruth, and we travelled to pick it up at their warehouse in SE Calgary the following day, the item was not as we had expected and they offered us 3 options, one of which was to return to the store and speak with the manager. We returned to the Cross Iron store and spoke with the manager, Brian, who listened to our needs and cancelled the previous chair and my husband selected a superior chair, which had to be ordered and Brian arranged the trade-up and provided free delivery so we didn't have to go to the SE warehouse again. Thank you Ruth and Brian for great customer service.we'll be back!
