Could be hands down the best mechanic shop (and maybe the only one) I would highly recommend. Owner actually CARES about his clients so much so he gave me a ride when I dropped off my truck. A+ will be back.

Have had work done at this shop in the past. Was generally satisfied. Was not this time. Truck spent 3 days in their shop for a wheel alignment, an oil change, and a pinion seal replacement. They did not do some of the other repairs I asked for because they didn't deem them necessary. Truck now pulls to the right and the other concerns I had are still being exhibited. I found the contact I dealt with didn't believe what I was telling him. Will be booking my truck in at another shop for another alignment and the repairs.

I had to get some new tires for my trailer, the tires they ordered came in less than a business day, they were able to get me in very quickly and they were prompt and professional and friendly! I would recommend them to anyone!

I will always recommend these people. Went in to get a new wiper because mine broke. The gentleman helped me find a new part for mine and installed it for me, no charge. Made my day and I will be passing it on, thank you.

Had truck in for fall /winter inspection and replacement of heater damper motor. Got "vehicle condition" report via email before work was done (included photos with check list and areas for work). Staff "scoped" heater system to confirm problem with damper actuator motor. Also identified leak in radiator in place other than where I thought one was. Staff checked on differential seal leak and we confirmed it would be covered under warranty when staff called back to confirm needed repairs. Everything was done in reasonable time and reasonable rate. Would readily recommend To anyone.

Went in for a front diff seal, while they were in there they sent me videos of a couple other parts that needed to be repaired I thought that was awesome, went above and beyond to get the job done! Will definitely be back future services

Very pleased with the service I got from them. They replaced a couple of my idler pulleys and the serpentine belt. Friendly and efficient and car running perfectly again. Would recommend.

I will never go anywhere else! I bought a used vehicle and brought it to them for a third party inspection because i was having issues with it from day one. I am new to the area and hadn't needed any mechanical work until recently when my vehicle wouldn't start. I had it towed to Lacombe Auto Service and they found the problem and quoted a price. Even though they were very busy and I was a new customer they were excellent in repairing my problem. They also worked with my extended warranty company and the repair was covered. The final price actually came in below their quote, very nice change to what I have experienced with other companies. They are an excellent company with honesty integrity and great workmanship. I will definitely be using them for my vehicle work and I highly recommend them!

My 16 year old son bought a car from another province. Lacombe Auto completed the out of province inspection. They were fast, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my son's car was road worthy at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

I've had good experience here. I brought my van in twice- once for what I thought was a power steering issue, another as the engine light was on. Their reports are detailed and I was surprised how it came with a texted and detailed basic inspection of my vehicle. They found issues I hadn't asked about which I appreciated because I like dealing with things before they get troublesome. At the same time I never feel pressured to fix something they have inspected. When I said I didn't want to fix one known issue there was no arm twisting and instead they just gave me info on what to watch for.
We'll definitely be coming back.

Bought a car for my daughter and needed a mechanical inspection for my insurance company. Rod at the service counter was professional and courteous. Called when it was completed and emailed the diagnosis. Repairs were authorized and work /pricing was on point. No complaints from me. Donnie and Rod always go above and beyond to help me with my vehicles maintenance and repairs. I have to say out of all places I have ever taken my vehicle to get work completed they have given me the most outstanding customer service. I asked them to look over my vehicle to see if it needed any repairs when I took in in for an oil change they were very thorough and direct about what was urgent needing to be done and what wasn't. They accommodated my schedule and even helped me out with a loaner car when they had one available. Very pleased with this business and definatley recommend taking your vehicle to Lacombe Auto Service!

Great garage to go to. Honest people. I highly recommend this garage. A month and a half ago my block heater cord broke on my car and it was minus-40. I took my car there and they were extremely busy, but were it was so cold they took me in and quickly fixed it for me. Great service.

My car broke down so I got it towed to Lacombe Auto. They found the issue and resolved it, along with the other two issues that it turns out were connected to the same part. I am really happy because I feel like I'm driving a new car that runs a lot smoother now. They kept me informed through the whole process and the cost was exactly what they quoted me. Really happy with my experience and will definitely return!

I love these guys. I had an electrical problem with my car and they had a hard time tracking down what it was. They found the problem, fixed it and my car works great. Yay.

The shop provided me with great service. They presented me with a cost effective plan for repairing my car, which was great because I am a student with limited funds. Moreover, they treat their customers like family, giving them a detailed explanation to repairs which is unlike most auto shops I have been too.

I took my truck in because my 4 x 4 wasn’t working for quite sometime So I brought it into Lacombe auto It ended up that I had to replace the whole transfer case but they did an awesome job and great prices I’m very happy with the service that they did I highly recommend them to anybody else

Great service for first time. Felt very confident that they genuinely cared about my Subaru and me. Efficient and timely service. Easy to read report about work done and any further recommendations. They took care of an inspection for my S2000 and did an amazing job. I knew of a few "gotchas" with it, and they found all of them and noted them for me too. Lacombe Auto Service is run by experienced staff with the highest levels of integrity.

This place is fantastic. I took my vehicle there to have the water pump fixed and they called the dealership since they suspected my drive-train was under warranty still and it was! They called me back and told me to take it to the dealer and get the work done for free. Now if that isn't trustworthy, I don't know what is. I am very thankful.

Honest, good prices, excellent service.

Did an inspection and oil change. Price was good and they told me to come back for next change in 8000km, per my vehicle guidewhen I should come back, not 3000km like most oil change places.
Inspection indicates a few problems that they documented with pictures. They gave me estimates for repairs beforehand and stuck to them if not a little cheaper.
They explained their policy that no one is to lie. To each other, front of shop to back or vice versa and especially to the customer. Living is a firing offense. Greatly appreciated their honesty.

Horrible service brought my truck in to get diagnosed they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it charged me 300 bucks and told me it could cost me a 1000 bucks just to diagnose it the mechanic shook his head I have no clue what's wrong with it. In all honesty o wouldn't let them work on my lawn mower
