I searched everywhere in Edmonton looking for a Ford Maverick with zero luck. Called Lacombe Ford and found they had the one I was looking for, so I came the next day from Edmonton. We had some major diesel engine problems that needed to be identified and repaired. The staff at Lacombe ford were extremely helpful getting our vehicle back into service. Their extremely comprehensive inspections helped us identify potential issues which were developing, and ensuring our fleet vehicles were the safest we could be on the highways. I personally would like to thank Tayler, Harold, and Ron for doing everything possible to handle our service needs and questions, questions, and more questions. I just bought a used explorer from Phil at Lacombe Ford. Phil is not the typical car sales man, he is kind, polite, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He takes his time going through everything to make sure you know what you are buying. Any questions I had he answered. If you are looking to buy anew or used Ford product I would definitely recommend going to see Phil @ Lacombe Ford! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

The only complaint I have with Lacombe ford is the vehicles seem to show up twice as fast as expected, ordered a 22 f550 in Dec 21, showed up in March 2022, ordered a 23 expedition in Jan 23 showed up in March 2023. Extremely fast turn around on factory orders! Cody McBeth was very easy to deal with, no nonsense, best price out the gate and made sure everything was taken care of, Jennifer in finance is extremely good at her job, doesn't try to squeeze every dollar out of you, just makes everything work. The after care has been fantastic, I required some extra paperwork during my year end and Jennifer had it sent off immediately. All in all, 2 vehicles in a year and zero complaints, myself and my company will definitely continue to make the drive to lacombe for all of my fords!

I buy a truck every 18 months pre COVID. Found Adrian through Facebook and best truck buying experience I have ever had. I have sent several friends to him. He is the best salesman and actually gives car salesmen a good name.

I’ve always had great experiences with the service department from the quick lane to the main shop. Cheyanne has always been great with any of the issues that arose on my vehicle. Harold has also been great and has helped with diagnosing/fixing many of my issues. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a new pickup in Jan, got called in July saying order is cancelled, kicked to a 23 model year, no price guarantee, so don't believe sales when a signed offer to purchase was in place along with deposit, salesman's response was 'not our issue, take it up with Ford', and lowballing trade in to boot.as for parts and service, service throws parts at a car hoping to hit, parts can't figure out what to charge a customer consistently from one day to the next! Will never set foot back in this place.

Great service. Got winter tires installed. They dug out block heater cord without being asked too.

Took my truck in today to get a oil change done and a code came up headlamps system check they replaced the module didn’t cost me a thing The service was second to none I couldn’t be happier in fact I’ll be getting all my servicing done there and buying my next pickup there great job guys.

I recently had the opportunity to trade in my third vehicle from Lacombe Ford for a fourth, newer, shinier, more environmentally friendly, and bigger vehicle that is perfect for my family.

Tom Christensen is a wiz with numbers and found me a superb financing plan. He really took care of me, and patiently explained things I didn't initially understand. I can't speak for other dealerships, but at Lacombe Ford, you can rest assured they care a helluva lot about making sure you have a plan that fits your life's current circumstances. They have never tried to railroad me, or pressure me into something that really didn't fit my life. I am massively appreciative of that. Thanks Tom.

On the sales side, Cody McBeth is the person you should hope you're dealing with. Extremely courteous, patient, non-pushy, very personable, and he knows his stuff about the vehicles. A week before my purchase, Cody drove the vehicle from Lacombe to Red Deer so I could do a test drive. This is what I call above and beyond.and that doesn't even mention the initial phone call, the sit-down at the dealership to discuss options and what would fit into my life the best. He even took a call from me to his personal cell phone on the Sunday evening, a night before my purchase, to answer a question. Thank you Cody.

Had service work done today on my Lincoln MKX. Brianna and her summer student were great. Luke was very polite and understanding. Brianna was amazing. Very understanding, knowledgeable and most professional. She kept me informed before, during and after repairs were completed. Excellent service advisor. Foreman, I believed named Harold was great. Immediately went for a test drive. I have been involved with vehicles my entire life (about 48 years) and spent 18 years with a few dealerships as "Service and Body Shop Manager"

I love Lacombe Ford's service. I mostly have had good experience with them. And if I didn't one time it was rectified immediately. I love the service they provide, and always in a timely manor. Their parts person at the time, helped me to get tires for my car twice. He went out of his way and found what I needed. His name is Evan Mason. His kindness was incredible and over and above I believe.
