I went with my cousin to shop there last month. She was visiting us from Nova Scotia. So we went together just before an hour before the store closed. But good thing we managed to make good decisions about the shopping in hurry. We were kind of 50-50 to go there as she was here for that night only. But glad that we could make it.
On Black Friday, this Lacoste store has decided to say that the fitting rooms are closed for the day. This forces customers to buy clothes that may not fit and leaving them stuck with final sale clothing or store credit. What a terrible way to force sales. I have never experienced this at a store ever.
If crew makes mistakes Sorry they will not do refund so you are forced go spend more Money at the shop. Which does not make sense its their fault, negligence and customer should suffer its a very minimal Amount but what if its more. I understand no refund policy but the mistake of your own Employee and Customer should suffer the loss. They just basically said sorry can’t do anything oh but if u paid by debit or any card i could but not with Your cash payment.
Bought a watch, but they gave it with a dead battery. And when I went back to exchange it even the manager said we sell watches with dead batteries and if you want your watch working go to another shop to get a new battery. Poor customer service
This was our first time at this store and it looked like a dump. Shoes everywhere and no help to be found. The cashiers barely spoke and it was such a challenge getting help. Would have bought more but the lack of service was a total deterrent.
